Couple of things would like to highlight...
1. The display board is not visible from road so proper hoardings would be nice..It's between IDEA showroom and Sarswat bank on top floor.. Google maps has correct location...

2. The spa aroma was missing.. Bit improvement on room fragrance and varitions in music would be good..

I took a blueberry cheesecake spa...It was an amazing experience .Starting with citrus scrubs followed with massage and blue berry gel application was a lovely experience.Best part was the last application is of blueberry gel which penetrates in skin and you need not take an after shower...Which allows you to carry the lovely smell along with you .
Ambience ,service , hygiene is commendable !

Very bad service, the massuse was not trained and presses some wrong points that lead to a lot of physiorgephys session to recovee. On feedback providing the owner started defending and shouting over the phone. Very very bad experience. Whoever is reading @Mystiq spa is your plsce. Better price and so much better quality.

From outside the building didn't seem well kept and had my doubts .But basis the reviews I read online I went in . Was greeted very well by the manager who took interest in sharing about the products they use .next it all depended on the massage and must say it was a nice experience. Had taken the two hour package and it was very relaxing especially due to the products they use .It wasnt all that luxury as I read online but it's value for money. Over all good experience .

Therapist are not much experienced. Spa ambience is average. No change room after shower.No generator/inverter on power failure. It was an average satisfaction for me. As you replied, the spacious spa room was not comfortable it had no AC/ Fan. Couldn't be used as change room.

They have the most horrible customer service and professionalism. I booked an appointment and just before my scheduled session they abruptly cancelled it because they assumed I wasn't coming .
Honestly I feel the manager lacks in handling customers the right way and I highly doubt it many of the reviews in regards to here are true as well . I've had another friend tell me the same thing that they lack professionalism. I would never visit them .

Well isn't it surprising you had the time to write an even more malicious and super long letter response to a customers honest opinion about your spa and from even this message from no angle do you'll come across good and genuine ,very clearly evident by your response .
I would say I would let you stick to your negativity and continue in your unprofessional and terrible customer service and would choose to never recommend or visit.
And in regards to a follow up call, you dont follow up with a customer when I confirmed the appointment at 12ish the same day and even if u had too you would have mentioned that I would be following up please answer your call which clearly you'll didnt ,get your facts right and dont waste people's time with your even more vindictive responses which I have no time for .

The spa is one of the best one's in Pune. The first time I was there for a body massage and next time for a hair spa and they have never disappointed!

The therapist was well trained. The place is authentic. No under the hood stuff.
Took sweedish massage and it was done quite well.
The area around is a bit misleading but once you are inside the spa, the ambience is simple and well maintained.

Excellent services. It was very well planned out. We opted for Balinese massage and both of the masseurs were very good. Then we had body and scrub and Moroccan bath which is their signature spa massage and was again top notch. Will recommend it to everyone who want to experience a genuine and wonderful spa in Pune.
