I neither can comment this place as good not bad... The overall experience and environment is just average...People and staff inside are like outdated ... Its better not to comment much about this because there is nothing special..

very Poor service and i suggest better don't visit this ,if you give any thing for service you need to wait for months and they will not pick a call too..

Worst service center in hyd, first of all listen the customer problem clearly that is the basic service u should give to ur customer.

Currently closed. Mobile touch service center is alone active on this hcl tower

50 days for a phone service which is under warranty.
Worst visiting there .
Accessories are very costly.

Most pathetic service. They are very rude. Almost every customer literally fights with the staff. Those idiots refused to fix a battery problem for a customer because he had a crack on his screen and he was not even asking to fix touch problem. Very unprofessional and cheap staff. Will never buy Le 2 mobile again and wont suggest to deal with them ever again.

T touch service centre for Coolpad phones. Pathetic and careless service. Better to stay away from these Chinese phones. Service centre opens at 9:30am but nobody will show up untill 10-10:30.

Worst staff, I have a bad experience with receptionist n technician, there is one person so called name SATHEESH, he is thinking that he is the CEO of the co., the entire staff is unprofessional n argue with customers.
They don't maintain any stock, even for small parts have to wait for months.

If your mobile need repairs just through it out and buy other branded one instead of this.

Actually before this place there is lenovo customer care but it was moved but still in google it is showing lenovo care ovrr there
