This market is one of the biggest markets of Islamabad. It has almost all kind of shops in it. It is a cheap market too.

Good place for low cost shopping. A couple of good eateries are also operating along with an intercity Bus terminal, make it a good, busy area

A for poor and middle class White collar people. A cheap market where everything is available.

A good bus stop and you can get here buses for most cities...

Nearby flats were built by a company from Karachi, now whole area is called by this name

The second best business hub of Islamabad after blue area.Has hotels,restraunts,shopping malls,food stalls,good parking area,banks,offices,ATM'S,school and college uniform stores.
Mostly crowded during the evenings till around 10pm.
Could use a bit of cleanliness and more parking area.

Kind of local area but you can reach food and clothes easily and in reasonable price.

We left off some friends here after exam, who were returning to Peshawar. It looked okay from outside. They offer bus services for Bilal Travels, Niazi Travels, and a couple more maybe.

All things enjoyment entertainment shopping banking all etc.....

If some one is missing Karachi, then the concern should visit Karachi Company to come across with haphazard shops,dirtiness & encroachment s etc similar to Karachi.

The G-9 Markaz is a sprawling market area. It has banks, Gerry's, car showrooms, clothes, household, furniture.... Everything one could possibly need at least price and mediocre quality in Islamabad.
The place is chaotic, often filthy and downtrodden on many places. Food is the Street kind and definitely not a good quality

Karachi company is the main shopping centre of G-9 Markaz. This place is relatively cheaper than other same markets in the city. It is a kind of business hub of local vendors and shopkeepers. Although there are some brands working here, but it's identity is local Pakistani food, stalls, typical Pakistani style bazaar offering everything. There are some shopping malls as well, but people mostly prefer to do shopping from the local shops.
There are some good health clinics, diagnostic centres and educational institutes as well. Automobile repairing workshops are also the main reason for its popularity.
Overall, it is a good place, you can almost get everything here that you want. It is a kind of main centre market of whole Islamabad city.
