Great Restaurant friendly employees beautiful Oceanside view. You can have the window open to see the siegels come up to the Perch of where you're eating.. Food is delicious and reasonably priced....great experience.

Great place to watch the Milwaukee Bucks Game.

And hangout with celebrities like Chris Wylde from Dadholes....lol

Tony's on the Pier my favorite Seafood Restaurant on the Pier. The view is great the ocean and waves crashing into the reef and beneath the Restaurant. The food is good. I would go more often but I moved a good distance. But Love it.

When at Redondo Beach pier, get your seafood anywhere, but get your Mai-Tai at Original Tony's and do it up in the crows nest bar (not sure if that's what they call the upstairs bar). A family fun place pier, no doubt, but for the adults Original Tony's is a place with a parothead vibe sans Jimmy Buffet (Jimmy Buffet in no way sanctions the use of his brand in this review, opinions are my own).The team here has been working customers for over 20 years, and no one in the place is in a bad mood-that says something! I don t know if I ve ever been more underwhelmed by a meal. We ate here based on the reviews (not only the reviews for Tony s but many people mentioned that Tony s was better in reviews for other restaurants in the area) and I have to say I don t agree with most of the reviews. The drinks were the best part of our meal. The dinner meal with a side, house salad, and soup was way too much food for an average person. All of the food was just ok. My husband had the garlic butter scallops, and I ordered the crab stuffed shrimp which turned out to just be a huge pile of crab on top of tiny, over cooked shrimp.

Not worth the money despite the great location and view from dinner.

Another one of my favorites!! Been coming to Tony's for 27 years. Love the nostalgic feel and the ocean view is phenomenal. The mai tai's are the best and the food is absolutely delicious. If you want to go on a romantic date I would definitely recommend this place! Both upstairs and downstairs are beautiful but the crows nest upstairs has a breathtaking view.

We ate at Tony's on March 9, 2015. Everything was excellent. Their house salad is a must. Topped with egg crumbles and shrimp it's really delicious. I had red snapper and my husband had the broiled seafood. Oh, and don't forget the superduper chocolate cake. Everything was fresh and tasty. Service was excellent.

Can not stress enough you should not go here for seafood!!! Service was not good and totally unfriendly. The shrimp was straight out of the freezer section of a Costco or Walmart. On a plus the bottle beer was cold... lol

Great Mai Tai, Keep the glass in the bar up stairs. Fantastic view. Order the coconut shrimp.

My family has been going for years... was my first time.... loved the quality of the seafood and the relaxed/ upscale pier environment.

The perfect place to get the best mai tai in the South Bay while laughing and sharing with friends with the waves crashing in the background.

Steak and shrimp are pretty good. Their clam chowder is really good. Service was prompt and professional.

The food was mediocre and drinks seemed watered down. It seems like more of a touristy spot where you're paying for the view. Expensive too.

Horrible. Avoid. Overpriced and they serve junk. On the bright side you get a lot of that junk, but it's so poorly done it's almost laughable. They have no idea how to make a Ceaser Salad (hint: do not use vinaigrette); the shrimp cocktail is served pre-smothered in sauce; the linguini is a awash in over-salted cream sauce, drowning the flavor of the assorted bits of seafood. The crab cakes are mealy and weak. There are many other restaurants in the same area; hard to imagine they could be worse.

Best place in the SoBay to watch the sunset. 270* views from the upstairs bar. Don't forget to order the FireChief!! Take home a free souvenir glass

This is a special place. Chose to come here every year on my birthday growing up, 50 years. Great food, drinks and service every time.

Great drinks, beautiful view from the bar upstairs. Fun lively atmosphere. The restaurant downstairs is ok. Solid food, nothing fancy.

Tony's is a staple of Redondo beach. It's perched at the highest point of the Redondo pier and has 360 degree views of the marina. We decided to be at home tourists and get specialty cocktails in the old Tony's souvenir glass. I always send people to Tony's when they're visiting from out of town.

A nice old restaurant and bar with good drinks and seafood. The scampi was good as was the service. The views are great, come near sunset.

The calamari was much too salty, and the place was rather noisy. Probably a decent place for drinks and a snack, but dinner not so much.

Great location. Great food and friendly and fast service too. Loved it. Definitely a five star restaurant.

Love eating at Tony's on the Pier tonight. Great food, wonderful staff and the veiw is spectacular. The Seagulls begging was hestercal. If you're ever in Redondo Beach go to Tony's on the Pier

FLAVOR CRUZ AT TONY''S. Our eccentric relative pops in from Texas and says let's do Tony's. Our party of 8 found ourselves immersed in the fish nets and the glass Japanese fishing net balls. Our servers were top notch, hovering around for our every need. I escaped from the thrall of the family to enjoy catching up with Manny the Bartender in the crows nest while sipping a Mai Thai that was made to perfection.
My Swordfish dinner was much more than I could handle. (SHARE YOUR DINNERS) From the fresh bread to the Salmon Chowder. Flavor boat just keeps moving from Port to port.
I can't wait to take another Long Flavor Cruz at Tony's.

Review for bar upstairs: Cane here for the famous views and Mai Thais and neither disappointed. We ordered the charbroiled chicken sandwich, fish tacos and fried shrimp. All food was pretty good. The French fries share the same fryer as the fish so they had a slight fish taste which I didn't mind. The Mai Thai comes in a souvenir glass which you can take with you for free. The only problem I had was the slow service: no napkins or ketchup until we asked, same with the check. We'll definitely go back eat downstairs in the dining room next time.

We went at a good time which was early during the week before the lunch crowd. I was pleased with the salmon and the service we received.

Iconic restaurant on Redondo Pier where you sit with the waves crashing beneath your feet. Their seafood sensations menu is a must where we all thoroughly enjoyed our Calamari steak, Maryland Crab cakes and Shrimp stuffed with crab. Don't have an appetiser as your main course starts with a clam or salmon chowder followed by choice of salad and then the main with sides, which is huge.

Came here on my birthday, cool atmosphere. Drinks are on point and you get to keep the glass if you order their house drink. Food is bland I'd rather just get the fresh food from the fish market they have on the pier.

Perfect place for dinner and drinks on Redondo Beach Pier! The views are to die for in the upstairs bar and the drinks and food are fantastically affordable especially for the location! Get a Mai Tai and you get to take home your glass!

Tonys is definitely a reason to go to the pier. The seafood is beyond exceptional and the service is first class all the way. I never miss a chance to go when i am near Redondo.

One-of-a-kind iconic restaurants that you must see in South Bay unique old school vibe and a very laid back atmosphere.. Great my ties and you get to keep the glass.. Very old school only go if your a cool person..

Great place to eat or drink on the Redondo Beach Pier. Been here 60 years and it's a special place. Recommend the seafood combo or the Chiapino.
