I met with Dr. Doug Steiner, he was very nice, knowledgeable and gave me the time that was needed. I have been to other doctor offices where you almost feel like you are bothering the doctors and they spend as little time as possible with you. I would highly recommend Dr. Steiner if you need an orthopedic surgeon. He will take the time to educate and evaluate your needs. Facility was nice overall and the easy check in system was convenient.

I feel everyone is very professional and good at what they do. From the medical staff and Physical therapy department and also the office staff they are all very accommodating.

I have been seeing Dr. Heather Heck for acupuncture for my neuropathy in my feet. There is no known cure for this disease but acupuncture helps to keep my body functioning. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Heather. Highly recommended.

This was the best experience I ve had with a medical team in my entire life. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. They were quick, efficient and kind, while still taking the time to answering all my questions and not make me feel like they were rushing me out of there. Everyone was so kind. I ve had a couple experiences here with myself and family. Also with the surgeons, the PT, and the urgent care. All have been very good. The urgent care is fantastic. They have good staff and when I needed stitches recently they were the only place that would do them and they were thorough and the stitches barely left a scar and the gash was on my face so that was important. The stitches were $230 which was almost $2000 less than what I had to pay when my daughter needed stitches 5 years ago. My wife broke her foot and after the first place she went told her it was a sprain and to walk around on it to see if it got better and come back in a couple weeks she decided to go see another doctor. Thankfully she did because it was broke and they took great care of her. Hopefully we don t need their help anytime soon, but it s good to know they are there if we do.

I was first referred to NWO after I had an injury to my ft/ankle over two years ago. Since then, I have had the pleasure of seeing their staff for other chronic pain relating to past injuries and have been beyond satisfied with all of the doctors, nurse practitioners, and associated staff members. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Shut out to Dr. Nye, Brady CNP, Dr. Kelle Schweitzer, and Dr. Kim Smith, who I have been working with most often. I appreciate all you have done for me and your patience in understanding my issues and taking the time to address my questions. I m a big fan of all of you!

The experience was TERRIFIC! We got in right away, saw the doctor as soon as we got in, and my wife and I were correctly diagnosed! My wife needed shots in her knees, and Dr. Nye personally gave her the shots! I NEVER have seen that before! I would recommend them anytime!

Was told from day one that my insurance paid for all therapy and get hit with over a $400 bill do months afterwards. Therapy was good. Financial Dept does not have a clue

Went in for MRI. Very courteous Technician who explained what was happening before administering the procedure. Made sure I was comfortable and provide music that I tend to like. The whole experience was over before I knew it. I recommend getting your MRI at NWO!

I've attends Dr Heather Hecks Chiropractor practise for the last two years and have been very satisfied with the professional service she had provided both my wife and I.

Best place for orthopedic care and Out patient PT. Dr Nye and his staff offered outstanding care and rehabilitation services to my Mother in Law for a broken leg. Highly recommended.

Dr. Smith provides consistent personalized service and support. Dr. Smith's service and support is unequalled by any physician I have interacted with. Service is usually very quick, not like sitting in other doctors or dentist office for 1/2 hour or more before been seen, keep up the good work it's appreciated.

Receptionist jamie was rude!! Cancelled my appt and will never go to NWO for anything, nor will I recommend to anyone simply due to her inappropriate and unprofessional attitude.

I have always had a great experience at nwo I have very bad knees, and I get injections in both knees every 6 months and it helps me maintain a stable life with little to no pain, Julie is the best, .
