Helpful staff and good advice on nearby attractions.

Attentive and educated. A service to the essential citizen that in many occasions we do not know of its existence and really do a great service to the citizen. Carnets, wallets, keys ... Many people deliver the lost items and these people keep them for two years to be claimed. Yes, on the contrary, no one is looking for it, you can retrieve it with a receipt that is delivered to you.

There has been an error in the information of a visit and they have not been able to solve it correctly. Your "help" is useless, better to find information one on your own. With the beauty of Granada and the bad management in the tourist office ...

A very disappointing experience from unhelpful staff and this was me giving a second chance after a poor experience two years ago. eventually a different office gave us the help we needed but this was not a good advertisement for the title, tourist information

Very kind attention, they clarified doubts and advised us different things to visit according to the time we would spend in Granada. Recommended, also the interior patio is very beautiful.

They always serve you super well ... even being from the city, they inform you of unknown activities or provide you with a wide range of upcoming cultural activities or shows in the city. It is a place to return, without a doubt.

Very helpful tourism office located in the beautiful center of Granada. They have many people on staff that speak many different languages. They helped me plan the perfect 3-day visit on a budget!! I recommend them 100%.

You can only give 5 stars, but if we could give 20, we would give them too. Wonderful attention of the girls! We had a problem this morning to be able to download the Granada app but in a little while they have solved it by calling the computer technician who has had the detail to approach to install it personally! They have also informed us very well of what to do in this magical city, explaining everything with a kindness and a smile worthy of mention. Many thanks Arantxa and partner in addition to the computer technician! That's how nice it is !!! Good job!!!

On the road to Murcia, the car was forced and absolutely everything stolen. We have called the police and they have denied us to come to the site of the incident. The car was full of glass and dangerous for driving. In 1 hour we have been in the place where we have been caught by criminals has not appeared any police. And we go on a pomegranate with a bad taste in the mouth and nothing protected by the police. Lamentable, by its absence, the performance of the National Police in Granada, in a place where it seems that there are incidents of this type on a daily basis. Bad for the city, harmful for tourism and pernicious for people who are going to protect themselves to continue committing crimes without any opposition.

Visited 20/01/15 I was embarrassed because I didn't know where I could buy a bus card. I asked the innermost female staff for an explanation, so I kindly showed you the photo of the card ticket machine and showed you the location on Google Maps. It was a thankful place for Granada's first memories. :)

The square is in the middle of Calle Navas and the other most active streets in Granada. It is a lively area and the building is a pretty extra to the views.

Requested details of tickets for Alhambra palace. The unhelpful woman behind the counter said get them there. She was not interested in helping. We went up to Alhambra palace the next morning and all tickets for the day were sold out. As we leave tomorrow we won t get to visit the palace the main reason we visited Granada
