While I had been frustrated with my point of sale system in regards to how to actually get gift cards set up, Ashley O from Plastic Printers was efficient, knowledgable, and helped me understand the needs and requirements for the physical cards. I got the cards completed and in hand before my provider could even get them turned on in our system. Needless to say, I was quite impressed.

Our Little League ordered our volunteer badges and they turned out fantastic! The response to the order was immediate and we received the badges in a couple of days. Could not ask for more.

I had been looking for a company could make 4 in X 6 in plastic cards with a thickness that would make the cards semi-ridgid. They had to be waterproof and could be written on with either a dry erase marker or a china marker. I needed an initial quantity of 100 pcs. Every company I contacted either didn't have what I needed or would not take small orders. I contacted Linsay Whipps at Plastic Printers and she was extremely helpful. She quoted me prices on various quantities and provided me with samples with various thicknesses to choose from. She guided me through the artwork and approval process and in the end, I had exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I look forward to doing business with Linsay in the future.

Tim Clark was our salesman and we were very happy with the service we received and with our final cards. I called these guys in a panic on Monday needing a work ID ASAP.
No one local was able to print a plastic credit card type work badge for me with a picture and it was IMPERATIVE that I have one.
They talked me through the process, did the typesetting and humored me through 3 or 4 edits that I kept overlooking.
Even though final approval was delayed on my end and I didn't pay until Tuesday morning I still recieved my tag Wednesday by 1130 am.

My experience with Plastic Printers was great. They worked very hard to get my design to exactly where I wanted it. My first order printed with the colors off (digital printers do not like our logo) and they re-printed and replaced our order at no charge. Lindsay W. is especially nice to work with and was kind enough to send me a picture off her cell phone to ease my worrying mind that our second batch would print wrong. My cards came in a couple of weeks ago and everyone I've handed them to has looked at me as though I have two heads.. they're all extremely impressed! The quality of the card, from the thickness, to the print quality is brilliant. The colors pop, and they just look beautiful, all-around.

My salesperson was John Zavoral, and he was extremely informative in regards to the printing process and dispelled any doubts I had because of my dealings with other printing companies. I received physical samples of other work they'd done before I placed my order (very promptly) which sold me completely. After seeing plastic cards printed by other companies and the ones done by PlasticPrinters I knew I couldn't settle for less.

I'm extremely meticulous with design work and designed my cards accurate to 1/1000 of an inch, there are no visible deviations in the measurements, and you can see the consistency clearly between all the other cards, because they're transparent!

I ordered gift cards and backers for the holiday season. I started my project in October so they would be done in time. The amount of time my sales rep Lindsay and I spent on these gift cards was more than I would have ever thought and I never imagined they would be done in time once we got into it (it was because I was so particular about what I wanted), but she was so understanding and willing to help. After what seemed like 20 emails a day and 1000 proofs they went to print last week and I received them yesterday. To my amazement they were even better than the proof.
