Northern Quest Casino Review

I've mostly only gone out here for concerts or the buffet. I think I've played the machines maybe a dozen times in the last 18 years. I'm not much of a gambler. I won $3,000 on a keno machine though! They have a LOT of video slots here. They also have a lot of table games. They have several restaurants, including a Fatburger. While most of the casino is smoking-allowed, they have recently expanded the completely separate non-smoking casino rooms, that have separate entrances (I base that on commercials I've heard on the radio). I have a friend who regularly goes out & stays a night or 2 in the hotel, he says it's fantastic. I do know they have a cigar bar upstairs, and according to recent radio commercials, they are building a kid-friendly video arcade & fun center. In the casino, they have aycd sodas, coffee, & tea. My only complaint is that they don't have any energy drinks on the soda fountains, like the CDA casino does. I think if you are looking for a Vegas-style gambling experience, this would be the place to go anywhere near Spokane. They also have a shuttle service & you can get free rides from/to Spokane International Airport.

Jackpots are rare compared to other similar casinos. The points acquired on the rewards cards are very slow to bank. Food variety is very good with many eateries and chain restaurants too. Non-smoking section is totally enclosed and not smokey. Lots of big name stars on their entertainment venues.

Beautiful casino with lots of water features and friendly staff. Numerous places to eat and fun gaming.

I'm always stunned with a casino that charges for beverages. This is a nice looking place, tight machines, no matter the denom, floor space is tight. It's a fun casino, and calls to mind the strip casinos of las vegas, with a decidedly native American theme.
I had a good time, lost all my money in an hour, and left.

Always a great time at northern quest. The beds are like sleeping on pillows, and the showers are.amazing.

Really liked their spa! If you getting a pedicure, wait at least couple of hours before wearing your socks or stockings - I got imprints from stockings even three hours after the pedicure was done. So, use their facilities and get pampered!

Amazing place and I would recommend the meeting room. Staff where very helpful and professional. Casino was smaller than I would have liked and I wanted to play wheel of Fortune.

Heather the bartender at liquid, is amazing!!! I come back once a week because she is the best employee they have!!!

Super fun! Physical card games not computerized card games. And roulette and craps. And the slots are also fun. But if I gamble I like to feel as if I'm in more control than what a slot machine feels like.

Absolutely outrageous that most of this building is smoking. Smells like an ash tray everywhere you go. Hate having to come here and I hope I never have to again.

I went to Northern Quest after not having been in about ten years. It has had significant expansion and renovation since I was last there. It's become a really nice, clean, large casino.
Husband and I also had some drinks at Liquid bar/lounge. Drinks were good, and our server was great. I hope to stay overnight there in the future.

Service is always amazing, room was clean and elegant and they me gave special offers a for my birthday. Always a delight.

Great place to visit the restaurants are superb I would definitely check out Epix bar and grill for some nachos and beer, great food great place for a meeting.

I just absolutely never win at quest I don't nlknownif it's my luck or if not very many people win there. I spent $110 and didn't even hit a bonus therefore I think I'll just stick to cda casino thank you!

Attended a Christmas Banquet. The food was amazing and most of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Drinks seemed to be better when you ordered while sitting at the slots rather than at the bar. Wish there were more slots in the non smoking section.

The staff here, especially those involved with concerts, are always just outstanding and immensely helpful. I've been to several shows here and have always had excellent experiences with everyone working those nights.

You are allowed to smoke cigars and the gaming floor now. There is a also a cigar bar upstairs. Overall a fun casino.

Fun! Am glad to see they are using paper cups instead of styrofoam (plastic) for refreshments.

This is the most prominent casino in the greater Spokane area. It's relatively new, and has on-site parking and valet services. Average rating due to a decent food selection and buffet, typical concert events, and the on-site hotel accommodations. I have not however, stayed overnight here as of yet.

Good was great, but in casino to smokey for my husband and myself.

It had slots, poker room, table games, bars, restaurant & hotel. They did not have the video poker machines or keno machines that I like to play. What they had was limited but lots of penny slots.

The casino was very nice, but the best and most fun games (table and video) were in the smoking section, which was extremely unappealing. We actually left earlier than expected, because the smoke was too overpowering for us. It didn't seem as though there was any type of ventilation system to help move the air; it felt very stale. Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't... every situation is different. I try not to judge a situation too harshly on only one visit. I did have fun playing the games and that's what I went there for.

I love this place. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice. Always come here when I'm in Spokane.

This whole place is under construction feels claustrophobic like there's only one way in and out... Even tho there's more than one way... And no where to park ..ridiculous!

Lost alot of money here and still could not get a room

My visit was scary. Although workers had face masks on most (99% of them) players didn't. I felt very vulnerable and uneasy. Iagree dinner at noodles then left. This was 180 degrees from what the coeur d'alene casino does. I feel very safe there.

Hard to get something to drink. Short haired blond waitress argued with me when I told her she never brought my soft drink after I waited 20 minutes. She said they did not have any self serve bars. And playing was horrible! $300.00 went extremely fast!

Love this place..its my version of Adult Disney Land

Always a good time at the casino! Went to the buffet...it was okay.. nothing special and we came for the chocolate fountain and no chocolate fountain!

Had a wonderful evening out playing slots and cards! The one thing i might say is that it seemed like cocktail waitresses we're not frequenting the area where we were playing slots. But other then that everything else was awesome!

The seafood buffet was absolutely amazing. Three different types of crab legs and various shrimp and fish. The dessert selection is great too! I would definitely return.

Food was awesome! Prices were decent and I even walked away with a few dollars in my pocket. Nightclub was nice but security needs to bounce the bad people out sooner rather then later.

Piece of s### never want to go back never seem to win and when you do they take it right back and food is way overcharged and really not worth the money like most of what they offer.aling with overpriced drinks did not like the end results of the evening

Recently visited the RV Resort, stayed at the tiny home (cottage) and fell in love!

This stay was so luxurious!
2 rooms, living room, full kitchen, outdoor patio and grill, fire pit, out door pool and golf cart.

They definitely hit 5 starts with this resort.
Would recommend to everyone, whether you are parking your RV or staying in the cottage you will not be disappointed.

Looking forward to being back!

The gambling floor was depressing I was there for 5 hrs.and didn't see anyone win anything.. everyone there looked upset.. don't plan to go back there

Didn't win but the casino is big and very nice. Restaurants looked beautiful.

I would like to see active cleaning of games and card tables. Most times I see housekeepers walking around and give a brief wipe at a slot machine when a cup has sat in a cup holder for nearly an hour. I do not see wiping down at card tables.

A very intuitive layout. Great staff and good food.

Had fun on wife's birthday, good food and service. Didn't win much on machines but, didn't lose my shirt either.

Typical casino, nothing special. The Deli in the food court was terrible, pizza crust was hard as a rock,the stromboli had more cheese then meat and was hard (plastic knife barely cut through it). Maybe daytime is better, food hopefully would be fresher.

I am going to spend my birthday here. Lots of food options, club for dancing, concerts galore and of course gambling! Non smoking room is very nice and the hotel is amazing! Be sure to take a shower, their showers are super nice. Rooms have great views and the pool is very clean.

They literally stole 30.20 from me. And when you find it I want it back. It will be in the machine I said it was in. Somewhere.

Had a great time with coworkers at the buffet Friday night. Then I stayed after and had a great time gambling and drinking.

Dont go after 10pm. You have to search out to get any form of a drink alcohol or tea. Food under cooked at what grease joint is open. Very unhappy with changes

This place has the worst odds of winning, out of every casino I've experienced to date, and this being the one I've spent the most time at. This place never ever ever lets me win, it just takes and takes and takes, over and over and over again. I've personally lost anywhere from 5 to 10 thousand dollars to this scam, spread out over about 20 to 30 trips their over the past 4 years, it's a complete loser. It's no wonder they have the money for never ending expansion and development. If they are operating within the law as far as winnings percentages, money in versus money out, id be willing to bet they're not giving even one single penny extra more than they legally have to by law, state guidelines and rules, than they have to, and that's if there even abiding by such guidelines and laws at all. Not a fun time. Only fun if you consider giving your money to norther quest casino fun. Total looser. Don't believe the hype. Those people winning mega meltdown jackpots and things, those must be the only wins the place offers, and likely on purpose, just so they can post those jackpots on their monthly flyer reader board pamphlet, all in a clever plan to trick the masses into walking into their web of take, take as much as you give, cause theirs little to no payback or give, at least as far as i can see, at least referring to the machines themselves, a total total loser, don't do it, please, don't do it. Save your money, don't give it to these criminals, to these thieves, it's very much not not worth it. Thanks

The staff was great, lots of food choices, and room was amazing. I will make sure, however, we do not stay during the car racing season.... Very loud and annoying until midnight

Normally I get good customer service but recently I've been getting terrible customer service from the Camas Club and I feel that they don't appreciate their customers and the Machines are always wound so tight. Don't waste your money here!

Thank Northern Quest for a great experience. We come to Spokane every 3 months and this is by far our favorite place to stay. We feel safe and secure and we know we are going to have a great time.

We haven't won big but they always treat us right. The dealers crack me up. And the noodle restaurant said yes to serving us at 1:50 am when they close at 2 am. I was amazed and the food was so yummy..... But still 5 stars only when I finally win big... Or at least bigger

Love visiting when I'm in town. They keep expanding so each time I go, they've got something new!

Company Christmas party hosted here for several years now. Was hands down the best food this year, was really impressed.
