Northern Quest Casino Review

Extremely nice rooms, staff was very nice and helpful. Just a great overall experience.

It was a great time I had, I only believed there was a crowding problem but nothing with the service or environment of the place.

I enjoyed my experience at the Northern Quest. I went for dinner and then played the slots. The staff was very nice.

Needs to put out more. It seem me like since they started the renovations, I can't win. I used to almost always leave with more than I went with. Not anymore. The last 5-6 Times I've gone, I have left with nothing. Zip. Zero. Numberoo....uno

It's a nice place, always have a good time when I'm there with friends. Highly recommend.

I don't gamble but all the booths and games set up looked professional and just fun in general, I didn't like the cigarette smoke but I only passed by the casino so that didn't effect me. I genuinely enjoyed the food at the buffet and had a great time

I attended a meeting in one of the ballrooms and was amazed by the customer service of the staff. I walked through the casino and was impressed with the amount of games to play. We ate a buffet style lunch that was second to none. My experience was stupendous and would recommend this establishment to everyone.

Machines were tighter than a depression era skinflint!

Love staying here! Great food, great entertainment...and best of all...great slots! The hotel rooms are beautiful and the shower is amazing!

I enjoy coming out and having adult time. It's fast paced but fun and exciting!

The staff I encountered was so down to earth. In the spa everyone is in a great mood. Lots of relaxed happy people taking a mini vaca. I heard staff laughing. Saw them smiling. Front desk people are alittle more sober looking. They might have to deal with more issues. I had a blast.

Me and a friend came here to see Incubus. The sound in the man made amphitheater here was phenomenal. The stage is close to the affordable floor seats, the venue is really clean, the staff is nice, finding seating wasn't a hassle, and it was a great overall experience. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the food options. We got the "dirty nachos" and they were pretty bad. I think they are trying to reproduce concert food but this definitely misses the mark. Otherwise, had a great time!

New remodel on the outside venue looks good. Needs work on the parking.

Northern quest is my favorite casino to frequent. The food is decent, the customer service is good, the environment is inviting, and despite not winning at the slot machines fun is still had. I would recommend it for a decent night on the town.

Enjoyed the remodeling. It's been 6+ yrs since last visit. Hopefully I'll be back sooner this time. Great customer service!

Clean and friendly. Great food variety and a nice gift shop. Best reward system in the Coeur d'Alene and Spokane area. Machines are not as tight as Coeur d'Alene Casino.

Everything came my way. In a positive way. Overall, nice.

Saw a summer concert there (Snoop Dog). Felt safe with the amount Law Enforcement visible and went home safe.

Tried the buffet and the sports bar. The buffet food was ok at best. Their lunch menu was edible. The sports bar had better food and the margaritas weren't too bad. The giant screen at the bar is AMAZING

Not many businesses as low life as this one. They specialize in taking money from the poor. Reprehensible.
The other noteworthy thing about this gambling casino, is the fact that they drug people when they walk in the door. They use aromatic pheromones. This is an illegal activity, and one that should be looked into.

The company I work for has hosted the Christmas party here for several years and it us easily the most fun we have had. Always look forward to staying the night. No where better to stay for a full night of fun. We rarely go to bed before 4am!

Suits alot of entertainment needs even on a tight budget. Movies Restaurants...Shopping or just a quick get-a-away to escape once in a while... Or drive by to see all the lights and Holiday decor-ations coming sion. Best of all, an upbeat atmosphere...

I was surprised to see A lot of people not wearing a mask. A few of the BJ Dealers lacked a personality to the point of being rude to the customers. Service was good. Place is nice.

Was a lot of fun, the brunch buffet had a lot of delicious choices and wasn't that expensive. Gambling was okay, I didn't see a lot of people winning but maybe just an unlucky day

They have alot of slot machines to choose from. They dont have no high end tables to play. But was overall ok..
Since Covid 19:
They don't enforce masks or social distancing. They now are offering free masks when you enter. When they first opened back up and you wanted a mask you had to go to the gift shop and purchase. Quest don't even take your temp when you enter like Spokane Tribe Casino and Coeur d'Alene Casino do. Quest is now open again 24/7..

Great place to spend a little money and have a great time

This casino has it all! I havent stayed at the hotel yet but I plan on seeing a show this summer and dining at their restaurants

It's pretty sweet lots of cool stuff free soda you'll dig it give it a visit

I enjoy going to this casino because there are not only many great employees that want to make people feel awesome, but also because there's always something to do! I loved how their casino & resort have blossomed over the years. Keep up the creativity Quest!

Very bad experience at the gaming table, pit boss was very rude and sarcastic. He Thought he was funny, but was very unprofessional. I would go up the road next time nicer group of dealers.

Clean and friendly people, the Asian restaurant food was excellent!

Room was great but the gambling and food not so good this time

Went to the buffet with my parents who were visiting from out of state. The waitress was very friendly and made sure we had full glasses and consistently took away our empty plates. Most of the food was great, but the prime rib was very disappointing. Poorly seasoned and my father, who was a meat cutter for over 30 years, had never seen cuts of prime rib that bad. Both him and my mother had slices of prime rib that had a ball of fat in the middle the size of my fist. Aside from that, the food was great, and far enough away from the casino that we didn't smell the smoke.

This casino is beautiful! Variety of machines and the beverage stations and restrooms are nice and clean.The food places are great as well. Usually crowded on the weekends. My only complaint is that it's too smokey. I wish they had a better air filtration system or some of the tables in smoke free zones.

Vegas style casino and resort! Huge gaming floor, jackpots seem to constantly go off, Table games, live poker, horse races, keno, small bets .01 and large bets, They have many great food restraunts, at least 5 bars and then cocktail windows, on floor servers, great size non smoking section that has it's own bar even now they remolded, and some of the best entertainment shows I've seen. Quest litterly has it all!

Went to the buffet for dinner. Was not impressed with the choices put out. Service was very good though.

Always a good time, good food value, don't be intimidated by construction outside.

Ok place the all you can eat seafood is super awesome but the casino part no so pleased with it they were under construction it was a mess can't wait for it to be done

Very Nice place. The buffet Needs more variety. I paid for lunch and dinner. 2days in a row. The Crab legs are great. And tell the desert lady stop hiding the almond cream cake. She had 3 below and i asked for some she hesitated to give it to me. Put it in reach so i can have some too. You can't take all the cake home with you. We want to eat some too! It was so delicious.

Favorite place to go, always come out ahead at this place

We stopped in on a whim. We were int town to look at kittens lol. So glad we decided to check out the casino! We left with a combined total of more than $3000.00 off only $200.00! It was fun, plenty of games. My first time trying Phat Burger! Next time I'm hoping to go to Ben & Jerrys! Staff was awesome, free non alcoholic beverages. Can't complain.

Was there for an outdoor concert. There was plenty of police/security. Getting in to the venue was a breeze. Free parking. Took almost 1 hour to exit parking garage.

I am writing this review to thank John in Transportation for helping me yesterday when my car was stalled and even took my son who is in a wheelchair to his home. I can t thank him enough for his dedication and compassion for my son and I in our predicament. Thank you John!!!!!! Darlene and Don

Loved the shower, however the customer service lady was quite rude and extremely homophobic!!! So the room was nice and the concierge was helpful and polite . It was just the lady at the front that got upset when I kissed my wife and hurried us off to the side concierge , a very nice young man.

This place is horrible! Boring, nothing fun to do at all. Total waste of time and money. Epic fail!

Nice restaurants good environment, but a little to much smoke.

We went for an amazing concert with Air Supply for our anniversary! It was very clean, professional, and upscale in appearance. Drinks were good, and inexpensive. Bathrooms very clean & well maintained! There is an entire section of the building for smokers, and another for non.

We went to Epic and the service was pretty terrible; however, I think it was only our server, as the other servers seemed to be great. The drinks were really reasonably priced, too!

Friendly service. Fun. Great table games dealers and staff. Variety of slots. Spacious. I definitely got entertainment value at the casino over my 3 day stay. The hotel is nice. Great hotel staff from the clerks to the porters to housekeeping. They were all accomodating and friendly. The rooms were very nice, big, and comfortable. There were electric outlets everywhere I needed them. The bathroom is awesome- large and small lighted mirrors and that huge shower- wow, I want. I never even visited the jacuzzi because I was spoiled by the shower. Guess I will have to try the spa and pool next time I visit on a recreational trip.
The food and staff at the catered events we attended were excellent as well.

I'm not a gambling man. I learned that. But I had a blast still

It is the best casino I've been to, the rooms have fabulous smell when I walked in. This place is one of a kind, I know I will come back many times in the future

Lots of patrons without masks. Scary. Super hard bed. No sleep.

Went to the whiskey and cigar bar for Father's day, staff was really helpful when it came to picking out cigars to pair with whiskey. When we went they seemed understaffed but the lone waiter was incredible and had amazing service.

I love this place but they keep taking out the slot games that I love.

Nice new hotel. Had a non smoking section for gambling but no Blackjack table. The weekday buffet-staff was friendly and attentive but food was overpriced and seemed 'day old' the manicotti was dry, the grilled cheese was inedible and there was not enough fresh fruit. It would have been nice to have some melon, strawberries, and papaya.

Great food and quick service at Liquid. I just wish the non-smoking section was larger for both the gambling areas and the eateries included.

It's a great casino for simple day trips and fun gaming. Great place to hang out with friends and test your luck at the slots or various card table games. However, if you're looking for that "Vegas" style environment or gaming, this casino stands a little short. Great casino none the less. Highly recommend.

The new commercial for The Northern Quest Casino is APPALLING AND DISRESPECTFUL to anyone and there familys that have used the Heritage Funeral services. SHAME ON BOTH BUSINESS. You attempt at humor is grossly miscued.

Great buffet. Go every chance I get. I especially love that they serve white rice
