Gaming is fine. The restaurants are getting way to high priced, 84 dollars for 2 people to have dinner at the buffet. The food was good, but not 84 dollars good. We will still play there, we are done eating there though.

Great entertainment value. Mostly new machines, good payout percentage, just wish the $2 blackjack tables would be running more often. Can't wait to check out the new kids zone. Parking is a bit of a pain for disabled visitors with the current construction, but we just used the valet service when no spot was available

Hotel casino lured us in with the promise of the biggest firework show in the county and proceeded to set the parking lot on fire and trap us all in for 3 hours with no refreshments, restrooms or rescue in sight. Traffic control abandoned us 10 minutes in and was no where to be found. Would give 0 stars if i could. 10 out of 10 would not recommend

Best Casino in the Washington and Couer d Alene area if you re looking for lot of table and slot games. This place is really busy on weekends, only complaint is service can be a bit slow if you re waiting for a drink while you play. With that said the dealers and pit bosses are generally really good taking care of you if there s any issues, but do keep an eye on payouts with some dealers as every now and then you might get shorted or missed by new dealers.

Win or lose, I enjoy Northern Quest Casino. However, there air in the regular casino area isn't as clean as it used to be. Maybe it's time to change the filters on the air handlers? It used to be so much easier to breathe while walking through there.

By far the best non-smoking area in any casino I've been to! Not just slots, bit multiple table games!
The spa is reasonably priced with friendly staff.
Several restaurants to choose from, sports bar to fine dining.
They usually have different promotions to choose from.

I drove past 4 theaters to go have a movie and dinner experience. I should have stopped anywhere else. The seats are shorter than other places so at 6 foot my feet hung over at an odd angle. We ordered an iced tea, a vanilla latte, sliders and a quesadilla. 1 hour and 25 minutes later we had only received the iced tea. I finally got my coffee after I pressed the service button to cancel the food. The movie was good, everything else.....not so much. To make matters worse they were out of everything so we had a very limited selection to begin with.

I do not like this place. Have never won a cent at any of the slots. The place reeks of smoke, even in non smoking areas. We stayed in one of the rooms one night, with my service dog, and had to put up with illegal questioning about her and being treated quite differently than other guests, even being asked to sit away from everybody else in the lobby with her. She was very well behaved & a process that should have only taken us a few minutes ended up taking well over 30 minutes. Was also approached by drug users and dealers in the casino and in the pool area. Will not go again.

Had a great stay up until I had to deal with the front desk manager at checkout. Was told we couldn t get an hour later checkout on a Sunday morning at 8 am because they had already given out all of their late checkouts for the day . The front desk manager was very rude and not accommodating at all. We will not rebook here again next year with our group of 36 rooms. Would much rather stay somewhere that appreciates their customers.

Overall it's a very nice place. The staff are great, the rooms are nicer and bigger than you'd expect, and the showers are great!

The onsite restaurants aren't amazing but offer a decent variety. There's a steak house ($$$$), a trendy style bar ($$$) a sports bar ($$), a noodle house ($$), a market that serves coffee and espresso (so great before heading out into the cold Spokane mornings), and a few other places to eat. There's also a cigar bar and nightclub.

I didn't gamble, but the casino was clean. There is smoking allowed on the main casino floor, but there's also a smoke-free gambling room if you need it. There's also an OTB right off the main floor.

I didn't go to the pool or spa, but they got great reviews from some of my fellow travelers.

They're also expanding the resort, adding shopping, a movie theater, a kids area, an arcade, and a RV resort.

I'm hoping my business travels take me there again once the expansion is complete so I can check it all out.

Much of it is currently under construction, but that won't be a permanent issue. As someone who likes to sit at cheap slots, the ones where you actually spend a penny or a nickel per spin, there aren't that many cheap slots. I prefer sitting around all day or evening spinning and I just don't find I can spend much time here or lose track of time. There is a non smoking area if that's something you need, but not the most amazing casino experience I've had.

Save your money for Vegas baby, this place is an a...

Save your money for Vegas baby, this place is an all around losser. Yes I said it and it's so very true. This is an Indian owned and operated casino that isn't regulated like the one's in Vegas. There is no gaming board to keep thing's on the level here and it shows, oh boy does it ever. Now this reviewer knows the odds always favor the house (duh), that's how casino's stay in business everyone knows this. However at this casino? It's more like robbery and here's why. People exspect some play in a casino to have fun. Play means you win some and generally lose more but there is enough "play" good and bad to be enjoyable. At this location there is zero play factor. It's 98 percent losses on every game, average ( we did the math) and the 2 percent wins come with little to no rewards. All that means a depressing, none enjoyable experience for the players and spectators alike. Adding to this disappointment was the overwhelming number of homeless people and drug addicts that seemed to make up the majority of their none paying clientele. They either sat at slot machines not playing or were walking around asking for money from paying customer's. So not only are you not going to win much if anything but then you've got to worry about being accosted by aggressive panhandlers on their gaming floor. Another thing they lack is great service like they have in Vegas. Unlike traditional casino's no one asks you if you'd like a complementary beverage, or even offers up a polite smile. They do have free beverages but you have to fetch it yourself. This wouldn't be so bad either if there wasn't a line of homeless people to wait behind to get one of those beverages. Then you just feel so bad for them ( and yourself for going there) you leave. This brings me to the parking lots. Inside the panhandlers and drug addicts are pretty thick but outside? It's just outright dangerous. People are just roaming around looking into vehicle's, doing drug's, are drunk or just being a nuisance. So if you get to your vehicle alive and unmolested you have to consider yourself a winner really. Of course I'm sure this environment will be ideal for some but I wouldn't recommend it.

I have been to two concerts here and must say that any seat in the house is great. (I've been up front and in the stands near the back. Acoustics are on point. Atmosphere is friendly and all inclusive.

They do a horrible job keeping people safe during this time. Half the machines touch doesn't work. All cash out spots are out of order or not working so you get long lines at cashier's and people not respecting eachother.

I drove from Tacoma, WA to Spokane, WA to pick up Corey Sorenson riding the light rail from Williston, ND. He was tired and so was I but this place woke us right up. The campus was huge and never ending. It was exhilarating and exciting. With many places to eat, shop, relax, and play, we barely saw half of it. If I had it my way I would go back again today! It is the nicest casino I've ever been to felt like Reno, NV but nicer. <3

We went to an outdoor concert. The grounds were amazing. Very clean. Well organized. Friendly and helpful staff. The casino is huge and if course attached to the hotel. Convenient if you want to stay a few days. Lots of machines and shopping available. Our only complaint..... having to walk through the smoking area if the casino to get to the Pavilion, hotel or non-smoking areas.

Update 9/4/20- I think they are trying harder. Still not nearly as socially distanced as the competition. But better than they were doing.

Quest has clearly benefitted from the bars getting shut down at ten pm. I say this based solely on the observation that this place is packed to the hilt with unmasked drunken droves of people with cocktails in tow. Being fair, it is the weekend but I've not seen it like this since they opened post pandemic. Also, having visited Spokane tribe casino and Cda casino, Quest is easily hands down the least concerned with maintaining a sterile environment for their patrons. The other casinos have temp checks at the door, mandatory masks, and dividers between most games, and reduced the number of games to make more space. At quest Hand sanitizer is nowhere in sight, the dispenser I found at the cashier's window was broken. I said something to the cashier- it was still broken three days later. I raised a serious issue this time and they fixed it within moments. Apparently the battery was dead? How could it have sat there for days with a dead battery if they really cared about slowing the curve? If I had to guess I would say they are more concerned with their bottom line which no doubt suffered perceivably in being closed over the spring. I still commend the quality of service I receive here and the rest of experience but have no doubt there will be a hotbed of transmission sooner or later unless more restrictive protocol is adopted.

Always a good time at the casino. The room was awesome. The view was great if it was summer. It looked directly out at the concert stage. Mini fridge came in handy!! The ice buckets were gorgeous.

I have stayed at Northern Quest many times. I always jump at the opportunity! The rooms are large with comfy beds. The turn down service is not to be skipped, as they leave the most delicious salted Carmel chew in your pillow. But the real reason I live Quest is the shower! The shower is a walk in shower with 4 streams. I have been known to take up to three showers in one day before, just for the relaxation. They also offer a large pool and gym if course. Clean and relaxing, the resort is worth a stay for sure!

Great concert venue, very clean and secure. The vendors would not let us keep the lids to the water bottles we bought, which meant we had to hold them the entire concert. The signage in the resort was almost non existent. The parking was great and easy to navigate. If you are going to a Concert it is great. To get to the restaurant we had to walk through the smoking casino. That was not a pleasant experience.

We were attending the Donny & Marie Osmond concert o. July 16, 2017. The concert was awesome! Only complaint was the bass was turned up to high and there were times you couldn't hear them singing. The casino should have provided ear plugs to protect people's ears from the loud bass.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE TICKETS TO A CONCERT AT THIS VENUE!
I was trying to be a good husband and surprise my wife so I purchased tickets to I love the 90s 3 hours before the show started, went to show her the electronic ticket stubs and her face just dropped. She had already purchased four top tier tickets the day they had gone on sale.
Panicked I called the ticket provider and Northern Quest and was told by both of them that there is a zero return policy. Okay, I can understand that, however, certain circumstances such as this one you would think that they would bend the rules and help a customer out.... NOPE. $170 WASTED. Looks like from now on we will be spending our Friday nights at the new Spokane tribe Casino and not NQ.
I am beyond disappointed and I will absolutely never darken their door again. I hope you don't either.

Fun place, very friendly staff. Except in Fatburgers...the cashier was HORRIBLE. She had a disgusted look on her face and was the most unpleasant employee I have EVER ran across ANYWHERE. But the casino staff always smiled and THEY liked their jobs, unlike the help at Fatburgers.
