My dog has been treated there for the last 3 years he would be blind possibly here no longer if it wasn't for the vets there.

After 6 months of trying to get to the bottom of my dogs skin condition, these guys did it in one visit! Thank you so much.

Amazing service but not very affordable so make sure you insure your pets.

Excellent Vets, reception staff etc. Looked after our dog very well before and after his operation. So happy our vet referred us here.

Great if you can afford it, but you get what you pay for, top care!!

Hi team at North downs. .1245, fri28 feb.took my little lady Polly,19 years old next month.a lovely cat.to north downs,after a referral from my brilliant vet simon.the consolation brilliant.had to leave her there overnight,for scans a meds.1225 sat 29 feb.picked my little lady up to bring home,till result come back.things are looking good.not out of the woods yet.but my Polly back to normal.minus a lot of fur.lol.eating wanting loads of fuss,as the norm.when people moan bout the cost,it pees me off.a pet is Ur responsibility.they depend on us.anyway I'm not here to moan but.PRAISE.to the whole of staff.thanku,for looking after my Polly... ...

Absolutely fantastic vets. Very professional, caring and compassionate. Couldn't thank Mike enough he was amazing. He went through everything with us, gave us private time to say goodbye. Thank you!

Excellent service and staff that really know how to look after your pets

Good caring service and staff. Quite small outside grass area and waiting room can get a bit busy at times. Vetenary staff give as much time as you need in consultations. Quite expensive but most treatment paid by insurance I guess.

Very friendly and professional service. Had a daily update on my cat which was comforting. We got a very helpful instruction sheet on how to care for our cat at home after his operation, tailored to him and the care he needed. Our cat is recovering well at home.

Clean and very friendly vets. They are all very knowledgeable about animals and very caring supportive. Thank you for all there help with my cat.

Went to another consultant before who did the job but wasn't nice to me or my dog. Cut me short, said my dog was making a fuss and aggressive when he pushed her down and onto her back and pulled her bad leg about, then dragged her off to muzzle her. NDSR are so interested and will listen to your worries even if they may be irrelevant and patient and kind to their patients. Apart from a little yelp and growl my dog had no problem being examined. And importantly surgery went fine.

Bottomless pockets needed here, but specialists and staff are great, facilities better than a lot of human hospitals I've visited

They treat our family (pups) as they were their own. Lovely kind medics and staff.

I'm a general practice vet myself and I took my cat here last year when she needed specialist care. Was blown away by the level of service and quality of care. My baby couldn't have been in better hands.

This place has nothing to do with Downs Syndrome or any other special needs

I was referred here by my vet after my cat had a nasty foot injury and suspected nerve damage up the leg. They are clearly experts in their field, were very thorough and clear with their diagnosis and treatment, and my cat made a full recovery. Excellent service from their insurance team too.

Lovely staff, medical and admin, who are so caring and attentive towards staff and owners and very talented and highly qualified veterinary teams. Modern facilities and high tech equipment. Would highly recommend.

Great nursing staff who really care very much about your sick and injured pets. Some of the admin staff are not very helpful but that can easily be overlooked with the service received by the veterinary surgeons and nurses. Rest assured your best friends will be very very well looked after here.

For the initial treatment which my elderly dog underwent on her eye, the vet was superb, however once the treatment was complete, the vet continued to want to explore other ailments which could lead to invasive surgery and a great expense. More

Our Springerdor has had two replacement hips. The last one seemed fine, but then she became very lame. Refereed to North Downs for MRI. They were efficient, caring and would recommend.

Really impressed with Emma who saw my dog Merry, she was extremely professional but just as important very caring and friendly. I felt 100% confident with Merry being in her care.

This cancer specialist vets is undoubtedly one of the best in the country. Caring people who take their time in diagnosing and suggesting treatment for your closest non-human. Could not recommend highly enough five stars all the way.

Lovely people, very welcoming, caring, and certainly knowledgeable. If you love your pet this is the place to go.

Wonderfully experienced and knowledgeable vets here at the referral specialists, made us feel very welcome, comfortable and at ease. Our little 11 year old whippet was well looked after, we were regularly updated and felt he was in the best possible hands. They give you so much information and really break it all down into layman's terms for you. Victoria was wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
