This theatre has been called several names. I would say it's a good medium size venue to see shows. Im not that impressed with the sound there. If you looking for loud that's the venue for you. Bring earplugs.

Caught a show here while in NY last week (saw the Japanese band SCANDAL). Not bad, but the staff were pretty poorly organized. They were lining people up on the street, but with no rhyme or reason to it, then taking people in groups to lines more interior to the venue. And whichever random logic they used would either jump you 100 people ahead of where you had been (very important in a general admission venue), or put you 100 people behind where you had been. They only had 2 working metal detectors which they were putting everyone though, which also slowed things down. Once inside though, the venue was fine. Good feel, good acoustics, and good stage. Only weird note was they had two raised balconies for "VIP" seating on either side of the venue facing the stage, but nobody had any idea what was going on with them. That confused a lot of people who tried to upgrade, pay for tickets, etc (that wasn't how the venue was running it). But, overall, good venue to see a good band :)

You might think a music venue right by Times Square would be a nightmare but this place is sublime. Very clean, very professional. The stage is humongous, there is so much space and the sound and lights are top-notch. Whenever an artist I like plays here, I can count on it being an absolutely fantastic time. Strangely, even the crowds here are always very good but that may just be artist-specific. The alcohol is expensive, but the bathrooms/coat check/everything else are pristine. Love this place.

It's a cool place! I liked that there are seats at the back so if we want to enjoy the concert but are not in a standing/jumping/dancing mood, we can take one of the comfy seats while listening and watching.

Out of nowhere, you have this underground theater. Where you will be shocked to see a show here. This place doesn't have a bad seat in the house and the staff just is outstanding. If you have the opportunity to see anything here jump on it.

The show we went to see was excellent! The bar service was extremely slow which meant that people were coming in and distracting from the stage for a long time after the lights went down. It's a good theatre though and the seats were pretty comfy for the duration of the show!

The venue is a nice and comfortable size, the concert and music was good, however there was constant cigarette smoking, electronic cigarette smoking, and weed usage by concert attendees. That should not be permitted at all in any theater, that's why you go outside to do those things. Not very happy with my first experience at PlayStation theater.

Really nice theatre. I went there to the Sunday celebration of Hillsong United. Amazing. Simply amazing. One of the best moment of my life. So blessed to be there. Only remembering that moment I got shivers on my skin.

Great theater with some really fun bands/ acts that come through. inside there is not a bad seat or place to stand. Which is really saying something. overall I enjoyed my experience there except for how long it takes to get inside and then to leave. but that's only a minor annoyance and things can always be worse. Also the drink prices were high but what are you going to do?

I saw Nightwish, albeit for the first time, at this venue this past March for their Decades World Tour, and I had the time of my life. The venue was spacious and well-kept, and I even saw a PS4 demo booth while inside, though I never found the time to mess around playing some game demo. Getting the newly-released Decades compilation as soon as I got in was a nice surprise, too.
10/10 would attend a show here again.

Great sound and great sight lines for a venue this size (2100 capacity). Only downside of my most recent experience is venue staff need to be more wary of smokers inside the venue. There were literally people lighting up cigars (very strange) and/or cigarettes every time the lights went down for the next band to play. Bummed me out and was hard to get away from. I did like that the pizza they were selling was a normal price ($3 each or 2 for $5), and not inflated venue/festival rates. I always like attending shows at this venue - definitely moreso than Terminal 5, Irving Plaza, or Hammerstein Ballroom...

Mid-sized venue- my one gripe is that you actually have to leave the main space to get a beverage (even water).
Bathrooms are clean with ample facilities for the size of the venue.
Coat check can take some time.

Saw Monsta X tonight and they were phenomenal but I wish it was somewhere else. We were standing in line for an hour and a half snaked around the building and down 3 more blocks. With that many people they had 2 people checking bags. We got in just in time to find our seats and then they took the stage so I was thankful for that. I really expected it to be a lot bigger with how long it took us to get in. I'm used to the Times Union Center in Albany which is easily 4 times the size and I've never had an issue with insane line times. We were sitting in the mezzanine and could see the stage fine if we were standing but not at all if we were sitting because of the people in front of us. And what gets me is there was a nice big display overhead that would have been PERFECT if it were used to show the stage to those who couldn't see it as well but it was not turned on. So yeah the concert was great but I am going to avoid that place like the plague.

Clean bathrooms (rare for most music venues)
Also love how the stage is desperate from everything else. The merch tables are by the bar so the stage and dance floor is less congested. Got through security quick & easy and they were still diligent in checking bags as well. Great venue

Excellent venue for Letterkinney Live. Would have given 5 stars, but the bar and merchandise area being opposite each other made for a very crowded section. Especially those trying to juggle drinks back to their seats.
I would definitely return for another show.
