Nice, modern and vibrant place to eat and enjoy a drink. I haven't been here enough to try all the food but everything I've had so far has been delicious.

So I am a huge beer guy and well love to try me some brewery food! Well this place took it to a whole different level. The food is amazing!!!! And well the beer is even better!! The staff are amazing ans you can tell they really love working for the company it shows! Will be my girlfriend and I weekly place to eat for many years to come!!

I had spoken to manager Olivia on fb weeks about about an upcoming teacher s retirement dinner with 10 people. She was very nice and said although they didn t take reservations, it shouldn t be too long on a weekday. We wanted to sit outside with our comfort level with COVID.

We came on a Thursday evening at 6pm. We were told it was a 45 min wait, which is fine. We went to the bar. After checking in at 45 mins, we were told our table just paid the bill and will be 15 mins tops. After an hour and 1/2 of waiting, we were told that the table was there for 2 & 1/2 hours, paid bill and are still not leaving and that is the only table to accommodate us. We spoke with manager Connor who was extremely loud, harsh and never apologized for our wait. He said he cannot ask the people to leave because that is not their policy and he could put 2 tables together but that means we will not have a server. We suggested asking the table to move to the bar since they were not eating or drinking and his response was, if they want to stay another 7 hours, I will let them. If he was apologetic, offered to buy a round of drinks, anything- we would ve been more understanding. Connor was rude and put a huge damper on a special celebration.

We finally decided to sit inside (with open doors) after waiting almost 2 hours. Manager Andy was wonderful and immediately apologized and got us pretzels and nachos on the house. Our waitress Kelly was also great. We understand things are crazy with COVID but this situation could ve been handled so much better. We will definitely not be planning any events there in the future.

Nice interior and music. Service is ok. Beer is good if you like IPA beer. As even other types of the beer here has that bitter IPA taste. Had the fish fry. More like batter fry with tarter sauce that could barely be called that. Another new place that looks all shiney on the outside with no substance to back it.

Nice place, great menu. Friendly staff, had to ask them to clear empty items off our table several times throughout courses, but otherwise very pleasant experience. Food was pretty good, and portions were fine. Prices are a bit steep for the area but I don't mind paying a little more for quality food and atmosphere.

I love the food here but I was uncomfortable by not being acknowledged by any of the hostesses, waitress, or other staff. The lack of friendliness was very off and disappointing. I most likely will not return.

NYBP in Victor is outstanding! The staff are phenomenal. What a great experience! Donnie, Harmony, Amber and Andy are awesome. We even met the Besnick, the chef responsible for our amazing feast.

Great food and even better beer. I look forward to going back and sampling more of both. Also great venue, very open and comfortable.

Great Beer. We stop here anytime we get the opportunity.

Best cider ive ever had.

Ordered a pizza for my son. Waitress accidentally ordered the wrong kind of pizza. Realized her mistake when she brought it out, apologized and said she'd have them make it correctly asap. My son did not get his food until we were finished with ours and ready to leave. He took it to go and we were still charged full price. I ordered Short Ribs and they were tough meat and inedible fat. I used to like this place but I doubt we'll be back after this experience.

Love NYBP! First found out about them at a Brewers festival in Buffalo before they opened, and have went once or twice a month since the opened. Best nachos I ever had, we get them every time! Can t wait to see the new Victor location!

Went here with a group of 5 friends to sit outside and grab dinner. Everything was spaced apart and so clean!! Hand sanatizer everywhere. Totally appreciate. Our server was SO GOOD that we asked for her name after because she made our experience so pleasant and fun. Thank you Michelle !!! Food And drinks were great.

Food is so-so. I had the most tasteless Mac & cheese ever here, but the crab cakes were ok....not great. Service was good, and the place looks nice. Still, I won't hurry back. It might be a nice place for drinks but the food is not worth it.

Random brewery to eat with another couple and was a great choice. Informative and friendly staff, great beer, generous beer samples, great food, and again friendly staff. Attached are the pretzels, which are huge with great sauces, and the biggest/tastiest mozzarella sticks I have every seen. So, to stop my rambling I want to say that our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable with great personal opinions on the beer and food. She was attentive and took the time to get to know us. This is our first time eating out with COVID regulations and we were very happy. I wish I remembered our waitresses name as she contributed to a great evening out.

I'm pretty sure the food was great, but that could have been all the beer and the Pumpkin Spice White Russian talking. Either way I invite EVERYONE to go. I also believe EVERYONE should go into the men's room and look at the weird lil keg urinals. That is all.

Went there today with our kids. Loved the building and atmosphere. Unfortunately that s where our good experience ended. From the over cooked monster dry pretzel to the day old dippings sauces. ALL of our meals were over cooked and dry. The flies were all over the place, and according to the subpar waitress apparently there was a shortage of glasses in a nearly empty restaurant. That was our first and LAST time!!

First our server was very good. Helpful with the beer menu and attentive to us in getting us refills and taking our order.

The food however was sub par at best. The rice bowl I ordered gave me the impression the chef either didn't know how to make rice as it was over cooked and the meal had almost no taste, or the food was left under a heat lamp for 20 minutes and that ruined the meal. Either way it was a meal I actually regretted getting. Additionally the person I was with ordered a panini which was actually just toasted cheese sandwich with a little turkey and bacon. Again I am unsure they know what a panini is.

The beer choices were nice but they were out of the game day which was surprising as it is their staple beer.

I hope they just forgot about us and had to scramble because if that is their regular food it is a mystery to me they are still in business.

Would not go again to test my theory.

NYBP never fails to hit the mark! Consistently great food, wide menu variety, fun atmosphere. Love their Thai salad dressing!!

We love coming here as a family. During the summer it s a great place to sit outside and enjoy the live music. It s unfortunate it gets so crazy busy on weekends, almost impossible to get a seat without waiting an hour.

Excellent food. Burgers are very flavorful and juicy. Nachos are huge and delicious. Atmosphere is pleasant and casual. A little loud but it's a bar and it's to be expected. Would definitely encourage others to go.

Very nice addition to the area. Good location & nice atmosphere. We went on a Saturday early evening for dinner and waited about 30 minutes which seemed ok as they were so busy, but they told us up front the wait time and were pretty close. We got a drink from the bar and wandered around checking it out. There were plenty of places to sit that were not dinner tables and not bar stools. When seated for dinner, our server was one of the best I've ever had! "Megan" was really busy the entire time but was very attentive and never seemed stressed. She was very friendly and helpful, happy to be there. Our food was delicious, well prepared, well served and very reasonably priced. I am looking forward to returning often. THANKS!!

Usually good food BUT do not order the pizza pot pie. It was like oregano flavored dog food.

This place gave myself and my daughter food poising last Saturday we reported it and manager gave me the General manager email. And yet still no response horrible will never come back !!

Food is good. Beer is great. Waitresses are attentive. This place can get extremely busy so get there early for a bite. Try the martini flight. Also, there is a twist on chicken and waffles. Give it a shot!

We went here to try some beers, we did not eat. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the beer selection is good. Highly recommend.

Great bar to come with friends and family. The service is amazing with a greeting as you enter the door. Bar service is fast and the food is amazing... It is abit of a overpriced place to go but this depends on wt your eating and drinking. Have a live cover band every Friday night and the occasional rave/disco that my friends and I wish would happen more often as it is a amazing party to go to. All and all I would recommend this place with a 5 star rating all day for the family friendly atmosphere during the day and the night life u get later.

Too many IPAs! Of their draft beer selection, half were IPAs and most of the other ones were fruit flavored. I ordered a flight of four beers that didn't have either IPA or fruit in their names. Three were OK and one was a hefeweizen with so many hops that it was basically an unfiltered IPA. I understand that lighter beers are more popular in the summer, but cool it with the hops guys! When you add too many hops, the beer is no longer just bitter it acquires a sharp, lingering grapefruit flavor. Aside from that, the food and service were good. I'll try them again in the fall when the new round of beer is available.

Not a place for breakfast. I could go on but it's not worth my time.

My wife and I went with 2 other couples. They told us it would be a 1.5 hour wait to seat on a busy Saturday eve. It only took about a half hour. Very nice atmosphere if they could keep the music more quiet. There was music on the first floor where we were seated. There was obnoxiously loud music on the second floor which was drowning out the crowd noise and the music below. It looked like a personal party up there. It was just way too loud.
The beer was really good. I tried the cupcake and the Lockport Lager. The food was lousy. We had the soft pretzels and the BBQ chicken pizza. Every piece of chicken I bit into had gristle. It was like chewing on rubber bands. The pizza was dry and had a lousy crust. A friend had the wings and they looked decent.
I'd go again to sample more fare but they need to keep the volume down. It was deafening.

Hour long wait, brought me the wrong beer, slightly above room temperature food. I had hoped for better.

Food is honestly hit or miss, but when it's good it's fantastic. Prices are a little steep, especially for those menu items that kind of just fall short. (I'm looking at you barely-avocado toast!) But the beer is great and the atmosphere is one of pure fun!

Best salmon I ve ever had and the waitress brought me beer samples when I was trying to figure out a lager to drink. Lockport lager was delicious!

Don't order the "cole slaw" expecting coleslaw. It is simply raw shredded cabbage. No dressing or mayo of any kind mixed in. The BBQ brisket is also served dry. A little bbq sauce makes a huge differece there. The corn bread is amazing.

Pretty cool place. I haven't tried everything yet, but what I have had was good. Busy place on the weekend. Awesome for family, friends, or take your date.

Went here for lunch with my daughter. We were greeted by pleasant hostess and quickly seated. Waitress promptly came over to offer us a beverage. Of course you need to order beer if you enjoy beer. Good choice of crafted delights making it hard to choose. Can't go wrong here. I ordered the brisket melt and my daughter ordered the hometown hero. We swapped a half sandwich so we could try both. The hero was tasty with the coleslaw and Mac and cheese on it. The brisket was smokey and flavorful. The flaws that I can see is both could have used more sauce on them. The brisket was a tad dry also. The hero was saved by the coleslaw to add moisture. The brisket didn't have that to help. If I were to order it again I would get some side sauce to help. Also the brisket needed some kind of side salad to cut all that meat and cheese. Maybe that's just me. Over all I would recommend enjoying a meal with a tasty beverage.

We drove by the area and stopped not knowing what a gem this place turned out to be. Open space restaurant that feels fresh and eclectic! The burgers are amazing!! I had a long island ice tea that actually tasted as i remember long ago! If you re in the mood for a first class culinary experience search mo more!! And the cherry on top, our waitress, Felisha, was prompt, curteous and sweet!!

Very busy. Confusing wait at bar, while waiting for table. Had to order something to eat with beer. NYS law was useless. Had table before bar food. My meal was dry brisket on toasted bread. Prosit Oktoberfest was good. Husband liked chicken wings. Didn't enjoy the experience at all.

Nice beer selection here and a full menu to go with it. Parm took care of me at the bar and I met a couple of nice locals just like the story on line said I would. I almost left because the bar was full, but the gastro pub is on your right when you come in the front door. Don't miss it like I almost did. You surely won't be disappointed here!

If you're looking for a quiet place for dinner, this isn't your place. But this is a fun atmosphere with, lots of beer options, good food, and friendly service.

Great food and beer! There's usually a wait for a table but the time can be spent trying their many different beers. The atmosphere is also nice with 2 separate bars and an upstairs area used for events. I highly recommend this place

Considering all the covid-19 problems. I'm walk into the bar and ask for a table. They tell me all the tables are full while people are walking out and there are tables empty everyware. So then I go to the front and I get a table immediately. I visited your bar several times before never left a review. But I hope your popularity runs out and you actually have to try to make people happy. Very dissatisfied.

Best server Cindy really took care of us! They made every accommodation for us, treated us like guests. This is the first restaurant I ve Ben to in a long time that let us enjoy our time there and only gave us the check when we were ready and asked for it instead of rushing us out for table turnover. Amazing food!

You can't go wrong coming here. The menu and beer selections are great and very tasty!! We've been here several times, usually getting different things and never dissatisfied!

This was my first time at NY Beer Project. It's about 40 minutes from home but I saw in the paper that they were tapping a new beer I wanted to try: Vanilla Muffin Oatmeal Stout. I also heard from a co-worker that they have good food. I had the "Destination Flight" which was three smaller versions of their most popular burgers. They were delicious. I had the brewery soup of the day which was tomato basil, also very good. I had a "Stone's Throw" Stout to wash it down with and bought a growler of the Vanilla Muffin to take home. This place is definitely worth checking out.

Great place. Can't wait for more access (inside). Could use a few more covered tables with summer upon us. Great in-house craft beers.

Im from out of town usually longish wait times to get seated. Ten out of ten would wait. Good food and good service!

I attended a 90s Prom Party where there was a billing discrepancy. Management showed empathy and refunded immediately. Great place of entertainment and fun!

Went there last night for first time and definitely the last! The food was not good and the bartenders were worse.

My wife and I decided to go eat brunch here on 1/19 which was also our 1 year anniversary before we went out on the wine trail and were very disappointed. We ordered brunch and it took over 40 minutes for it to come out and it wasnt to busy. People who sat and ordered after us got their food. We were told it was because they ordered lunch
I manage a restaurant and that's not an acceptable excuse. You cook the food in the order the tickets come. Food was good, that's not the issue, its service and kitchen staff. We love to support other local businesses but this was a let down

Amazing food and atmosphere. Great place to spend time with friends.

When we arrived we were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait, which is no big deal we planned on having drinks at the bar first. After an hour we went to check and see what the hold up was. We were told they had text us that our table was ready and we didn t respond so they moved on. We showed them the phone and the fact there there was no message and we were still waiting. They put our number back in and still no text to confirm our table. One of the hostesses knew we were waiting so she came over and told us they had text us 4 times and we didn t respond. Again, we showed them the phone and assured them no messages (from them) had been received. We felt like we were being blamed for the malfunction with their text messaging system at this point. Nothing was really done to rectify the issue after waiting an hour and a half. (round of drinks, free app?) they just made it seem like it was our fault. That being said, our food and drinks were delicious, probably just a bad first impression.

I wrote the original review on Yelp but some idiots ruined the Yelp experience! Anyway, the New York Beer Project is a great place! Great for the community and great because of their friendly service. They were happy to provide a tour and the facility is impressive. Their craft brews are exceptional and the food is wonderful! I highly recommend the NYBP.

We had a fantastic time here for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner! Michael was exceptional in arranging the venue for us. Especially since I did this remotely from Pa. The service was great and the food and drink were delicious. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks again Michael, you were a joy to work with.
