I do not know say of their telephone attention where they do a brief test to see if you are suitable or not to have a machine in your business. I do not think that is the problem, because it is understood that there are certain standards and marketing rules that must be followed. But that has nothing to do with the despotic, arrogant and inefficient attention of the staff in this area of such an important company.
Each coffee vending machine that is seen in the establishments, has a number where you can request information by WhatsApp, then they give you an 800 number where you have to call to follow the process.
All this with an attention that is worse than terrible. The women seem to be there with boredom and anger, you can see how unfortunate they feel to have a job, and they do not read what you write. From the first time I called, I repeated the answer to his question one or even three times (either in the chat or in the call) they asked me for my address two times because the first time he did not listen to me and could not take that information.
On March 12, I sent a message on WhatsApp to ask why my business had been called, unfortunately I was not there and the employees did not know how to follow up.
I tried to dial that number and it seemed to me to be a failed number (maybe it is a one-way number, I understand it) but in the chat I said twice to Miss Ana who answered me, that they had already called me from that number, and only copied and pasted responses. I don't know got into the system to verify, didn't make a call to verify, I don't even think I've read, just copied and pasted the same message.


But with that attention, I can't imagine what kind of personnel they should have or how they should treat them.
