Clean, pretty, big, lots of great restaurants and eateries as well as clothes shops and also a computer store. There are also exercise areas. .

A big shopping mall connected to IKEA, nice shopping mall to hang out.

The layout is a bit confusing but other wise it's just another new mall

parking is a lot ... best because it's shopping in mytown..it can see the plaque next door..when you come here to eat beef sizzling mee..

Purposely watch movie when I go to my town. Easy to reach, there is a tunnel that connect Cochrane mrt station and My town.

Ikea + Spotlight + Kaison + Village Grocer + Pet Safari = What's not to like?

Definitely convenient for those who drives, lots of parking bays and it is convenient too for those who takes MRT

The parking is incomplete and there are many water puddles when it rains. The shipping is quite comfortable but it can be very confusing. Shop selections are ok. The escalators always break down, giving the impression that its lack of maintenance.

A great mall for family. I really enjoy my shopping time and have fun during date with my husband here. At the end of MyTown Shopping Centre is Ikea. Really fantastic! I can go to two shopping mall in a time. Will come here again with my future children

Being a local mall, it's huge. IKEA is there too. The quality of the shops are standard of bigger more prestigious malls. It does have a MRT station attached but it's not strategically located, so I don't think it's a suitable to bring out of town visitors. Selections of restaurants are great too

Good variety of outlets. Specially when it's next to Ikea, its a one stop shop for all needs. Ample parking. Just a suggestion to have a connected parking between Ikea and Mytown, where if shoppers happen to change plan to shop in Ikea. I had to exit the parking and enter Ikea parking again to load the items into my car.

Big place to walk,free aircone next to ikea,buy ice cream.nothing much to see,too common.just another big box.

Enjoying awesome Pizza at the Pizza Hut at MyTown Shopping complex.
As always, pizza is great food for just any meal, lunch, dinner or for snacks.
With good company, eating pizza is always comforting.

Close to Cochrane MRT station. As at Early of Sept 2017, the pedestrian walkway is incomplete.

the parking is very cheap compared to high end shopping malls like klcc and pavilion. is it highly accessible via the new MRT (Cochrane Station), there are still not a lot of people there, so its not crowded, perfect for family to spend a day out in the mall and also conveniently IKEA is just next door.

I'm impressed with the mall, however parking at basement 2 still not fully ready yet, the escalator is under installation at the time of writing.

Nice place. U can find almost all the brand outlets here..

This a good place for shopping of branded items and it is connected to IKEA so this is a good place

There are many parking lot, toilets and shopping malls look very clean.

Ample parking. Excellent amenities. Next to IKEA. Shop till you drop.

Grand & trendy new shopping mall for everything you need.

The latest mall in the Cheras area. It is fairly big but about half of the retail space is still empty. The stores opened are pretty generic as with other malls in KL. Not worth the trip unless you live or work in this area.

Some of the toilets are dirty. Supposed this mall have their toilets all clean all the time.

New mall come up, Good feel about the mall, Variety was great

Car park very bad . It took me so long to find the exit . I can't find the way to Ikea too. They should improve on their directional signages !

Best place to eat during lunch hour in weekdays and parking facilities very convenient and have indicator on top of the parking lot. But sometimes can be so crowded during weekend and peak hours. But, the lift fast enough not like IOI city mall.

Mytown Shopping Mall is a visitor friendly mall, with lots of international brand shops and of course, ample space of parking area, you can enjoy one whole day in the mall for lots of activities like shopping, movies, various types of food, and even when you feel bored, you may go to IKEA which stated next to the mall and do furniture shopping!

Nice shopping area. Not too crowded and easy to get parking. Very near to Ikea cheras too.

Anybody rate less than 5 is crazy. This Mall have everything you need.

Nice and spacious mall to walk around, connected to MRT and even able to walk to Sunway Velocity via link bridge. But can see a number of shop affected by covid and left empty as of today. Especially upper floors.

better than the old skool MidValley, One Utama, and Sunway combined.
