They have a lot of interesting merchant,I spend great time with great people

They have all my favourite shops, Ikea, Kaison, Uniqlo, PDI, Family Mart & etc.

New place, another option of shopping place and IKEA just next door.

There are a lot of furniture there to watch and there are good things for children to play

A latest shopping experience in cheras, but the funny thing is the tenants especially the anchor tenant is exactly the same with the "V" mall which is just 5 minutes away.

Lots of stuffs here except but haven't saw any computer shops.

Huge mall with a good number of tenants. Still not fully occupied. Layout is a little unconventional & takes time to get used to. Since it's linked to IKEA, can get very busy. The entrance to IKEA (inside mall) has a mini play area that is always chaotic & sometimes hazardous (items strewn all over) during weekends. Children get lost frequently. Keep them close.

huge place with a connecting IKEA and MRT station...with lots of variety food choices at their food court underground.. stores r pretty std these days..seem them once..u seen them all..but a great effort.. nonetheless

New shopping mall with a lot variety of food, shops, gadgets & GSC cinema. Accessible to Ikea cheras

Amber parking space and each parking lot is large. Accept touch n go for parking charges.

Good for family and elderly outing. Lots of food outlet though pricing on the higher end.

One of the newer shopping in the area. One stop shop. You can get everything under one roof. Convenient to get to with the new mrt line.

Spacious walkway so it doesnt feel so stuffy to walk around during peak hours/weekends when high traffic crowd is expected. Although, the food court could be bigger and place more table and chairs as waiting time can be too long on weekends.

Looking place for shooping? This is the right place.

It's crazy that it's too late to finish a mall. All the typical brands are like h & m christy ng & ikea cheras next door! But the food choices aren't that great.

Joined to IKEA, has many fast fashion brands and eateries

Nice and spacious. Air conditioning is cold. Be extremely careful when parking. There are 1.5 inch screws that are sticking out in the parking bays. My wife hurt her foot yesterday and damaged her shoes because of this negligence by MyTown.

The best time to shop is during weekdays or during office hour, or during sunset till night, those are among the time where there are less crowd and shopping heaven.
Lining up to pay for anything has improved with more cashier and self service counter. Thus, although the line looks long,but we dont have to wait for ages to pay.
For muslim, the prayer area / surau is located at IKEA, next to the cafeteria, or at My Town, it is located at the parking level 5. So, dont forget to pray eventhough you enjoy shopping
The best about My Town is, it is children friendly. They have lots of playground / play area for the children, and checkout their latest train trolley for kids! Your kids going to enjoy shopping while riding & pretend play. Just make sure you bring your own hand sanitizer or you can just get a free squirt of it next to the play area (although, sometimes, they need to refill it often)

Love this mall. The mall link to IKEA and provide surau which you cannot find it in IKEA Cheras.
To go to surau, use elevator to the level 5 to perform prayer. However, during PKP only 15 person allowed to perform prayer at the same times.

Just went to see the Taobao concept store. The concept store was way smaller than what I imagine. They put a specialty coffee shop at the entrance, to entice customer to soak in the atmosphere. Almost all products were written in Chinese but they provided QR code for each product for you to search online.

That aside, My TOWN is quite spacious with various stores in it. IKEA Cheras is connected to it too (including the parking spaces) so you can do your shopping at IKEA and finish off with having a meal at MyTOWN. You can do grocery shopping too here at Village Grocer. Easy and multiple access parking spaces, both underground and tiered parking. Accessible by MRT (Cochrane stop) within walking distance and near Sunway Velocity and Sunway Medical Centre within 1.5km radius and Maluri AEON JUSCO within 1.5-2km. KLCC via Pandan Roundabout and Jln Tun Razak in less than 10mins by car if not much traffic into the city.

The only problem here is that the escalators are not working properly. Some are eerily scary to use. Be careful.

If you are connected to IKEA, you can go both ways. Buy furniture and buy daily necessities.

Good selection of food and shopping and connected to MRT but toilet condition should be improved and better maintenance.

The link bridge to mrt easier to enter the mall and also the link to IKEA is so much easier. The environment there is good too.

More shops are being opened. Should be better in time.

Just a typical shopping mall. Nothing spesh. Althoughhhhhh the public is STILL uneducated about the use of the special bins for recycled items, still seeing garbage in them. Not cool at all.

Love how its connected with IKEA. You can do your normal shopping and furniture shopping all at once.

It has an amazing range of shops which most shopping malls in Malaysia do not have and I also really like the accessibility from MyTown to IKEA.

If you know IKEA IPC Mutiara Damasara standard, this is similar!

Clean and easy to Navigate.In my opinion this is the only Big Mall you can find nearest to KL city,even Midvalley further than Mytown.

Quite crowded, nearby ikea, mean for family, medium-lower ranger merchant, wide walkway

The Connection to MRT Station (Cochrane Station) is definitely a superb way in encouraging the people to use Public Transport.

But, I think if the Management of My Town making more public awareness of the mall and its transport systems I am positive that people will be visiting the mall more regularly.
