Big mall with tons of shopping and food options as well as a cinema. Also linked to IKEA Cheras. Parking can be a pain though, so be warned.

Comfy place to hang out with family. A lot of choices of vendors/stores to shop. Very convenient too since there is a lot of attractive place for kids to play like parenthood.

The mall is connected to the MRT by a tunnel. There are many shops and restaurants and there is an IKEA too. It's a nice place to spend some time.

Japanese Buffet steamboat is nice and not expensive here.

I like to watch movie here. Very close to my place.

Other than far prayer room, I can say that I like mytown. The location is strategic, linked to ikea and near to sunway velo. And kudos to the mall's polis bantuan and other team in handling emergency case very well in managing their visitors. They are super helpful when needed

It's hard to find an elevator. Surau is comfortable.

Ample parking space, signage for direction. The only cons is getting there, traffic can be terrible

Variety of branded stores,big basement and multistorey parking areas,connected to IKEA, plenty of HALAL restaurants especially at Basement 1,parking rate is lower compare to Pavilion and Suria KLCC,

Boat Noodle ... nice food but the waitress not so friendly

A good place for weekend family outing and shopping.

Parking rate is very reasonable at RM 2 for the first 3 hours. Endless of variety of shops. Very convenient next to IKEA

Good for kids and many free indoor playground. Varities of food and drinks options

The toilet can be found wherever you go. Lounge chairs are everywhere. There are expensive and cheap shops, and there are many options for food. I like this place!

MyTown have many interesting shops and the most important is it beside IKEA so you just go there without walk too far to go to MyTown either IKEA.

There is no fast food chain restaurant here if that what you are looking for

It s a good mall with all major outlets like UNIQLO, Zara, H&M, Ikea (next to it), ToysRUs, Spotlight etc and of course the GSC Cinemas.

Wide spaces at car park . Nice mall with new names.

Quite nice shopping mall....Parking is quite easy even though went there on weekend. Went there because of Parkson Closure Sales. Managed to grab some stuffs there.

Poor maintenance even though this is a fairly new complex - it's basement parking was wet with puddle of water everywhere.and yet got to pay rm3 for the first 3 hrs .would rather go to MV!!

Great design and a well maintained mall in cheras. The mall is now a favourite spot for school students to come after the school hours. They rooftop are one of the best spot to have a photoshoot

Spacious and comfortable, has many restaurants but not the best taste among other malls.

One of the best additions in cheras area right next to ikea cheras, with feasible entrance from Jalan Cheras, Jalan Tun Razak & Mex Highway.
Parking is huge with lots of floors & distinct lots for ladies & disables.
Many international brand outlets are available here.
Surau (Muslim prayer area) is located on the 5th floor.

New build shopping mall, good place for shopping, bit expensive, but too nice

Good mall with good lightings, high ceilings, spacious walkway, loads of seatings and alright parking system. Only problem i had was that i had to lug all my purchases from ikea to my car without a trolley! Cant bring trolley out of ikea into mytown. They shd then provide other sort of transport system for customers convenience! Why link the malls but disallow to carry over. So we dont buy anything lah like that. The next time i go to Mytown, I'll think 10 times before going to spend money in ikea.

Very convenient. Across Jalan Cochrane is the MRT Cochrane station. You can access this mall from various highways. Sg Besi, DUKE, MEX. Located next to IKEA. Oh and another thing, they provide a lot of seats in the mall. Sit while waiting for your missus went shopping.

Many escalators are broken,. Dont understand why the mall's management let them so..?

The place is huge. However, when I was looking for a place to buy my laptop.. they don t have it here. The surau is also very far. It s quite difficult to get to the surau. They should also make another surau on the ground floor.

Peaceful during the weekdays, very hectic during the weekend because it's connected with ikea cheras

Is just a decent mall. But i dont like the car patk area felt like incomplete constructions

There are many eateries. Parking is easy to find because there are green sensor lights in the empty compartment.
