Very good museum that is worth visiting if you are on the coast. Allow 2-3h for the visit. The tour begins with a quick explanation of the implementation of a perfume and then continues with an informative journey through the time of ancient Egypt to recent evolutions of perfumes through all ages. The break in the garden is welcome in the middle of the visit.

Very clear, well structured and made interesting. It's worth a visit.

A scam in my opinion ... Shop side even the prices are hidden

Do not miss. Visited in May in peace. Interesting and informative, with obviously multiple olfactory experiences and educational video points.

Museum well built on the scent of Egypt to the present day.
Lots of things to read Lots of things. Things to smell of course. We did not visit with the guided tour but I recommended it. I think it's more alive. Because after a while you no longer want to read the signs.

Really very interesting historical part.
A deep dive into botany and technology is lacking, and that's what really disappointed me.
Beautiful collection of bottles from antiquity to today.
Lots of devices inaccessible due to Covid.

Really nice visit. Explanatory and fun. And which takes more than 5min. A small garden in the middle of the visit for a short break. Some films to watch, also interesting.

Worst museum in the world, I got bored. Entrance is free for minors. Not very interesting for people passionate about perfume

What a nice surprise to find this museum. We took the tour in English. It was super informative. Kids will love it too.

The museum is interesting, well illustrated, however the audio guide is not very suitable for monitoring windows: the text does not illustrate the objects well and it is too long. At times, there is an absence of thumbnails on the panels to know which reading track to listen to.

Nice to have seen it, too bad that there is little in English.

Nicely structured and very informative regarding the historical development of perfume production. Especially the small botanical garden and stations where you can smell different scents are nice. Prices are low and you even get a discount if you are below 18 or a student.

The Perfume Museum is superb, a visit not to be missed

Do not accept dogs, even in the arms, we came expressly for this museum following an opinion on another site where the person could have returned with his dog in the arms.

Not worth the trip. Too plain.
However, Fragonard is worth visiting but I found out their perfumes odor doesn't last on the body. An hour and it's gone.

The museum focuses mainly on the end product: many bottles and labels are on display. Would have expected a more comprehensive view on the process of perfume making. Also museum layout is a little unclear in some areas.

A very interesting place for all, to keep the art of making perfume alive is necessary. To see the tools of the craft was eye opening for me. I saw several international school with groups of students getting hands on instructions from the staffs.You noose will feel like you're in heaven, sampling soo many different types of perfumes.

Many items in the exposition were broken or not working properly. Very confusing and lacking focus. A big disappointment.

It lacks in overall feel of being in a museum. There was a lot of construction work going on and so it was noisy. And basically same information was repeated throughout different floors. If it's a rainy day you can spend your time here. But you are not missing out much if you don't. Entrance fee is 6 euros. Toilet wash basin did not have water, some work going on there too, I guess.

Very nice museum , inside you can find some plants , lots of diferent samples to smell . In the end there is porfume shop.

It s not expensive but we understand why when we have finished the visit. We came across a poor reception. We telephoned beforehand to get information, indicating that we are coming with children. They did not tell us about the guided tour which looked interesting .... too bad !!!

Some parts are interesting, but not really worth the visit. Better off going to one of the factories where things are explained better and they're free

Very interesting, fairly interactive, very large museum. There are sufficient explanations in Italian.
The only flaws: it does not have a wardrobe, some videos or audio did not work, some perfumes / essences were not heard.
It takes at least 2 hours to visit it calmly and completely.

Very well explained, but the Fraguard perfumery is more present in town. Unfortunately, this means that more people come there.

Guided tour unexpectedly, you have to have time but it's worth it when you don't like to trample and stop reading each sign

Traces the history of perfume over the millennia. Well maintained with paper and digital support. Offers olfactory experiences. The garden of the museum is a little suffering.
Average visit time 120-150 minutes.
Also open on Sundays, parking nearby.

Interesting and factual museum. The garden with aromatic plants is a highlight!

For the perfume capital of the world, this place has little to offer. You can visit but not leave me feeling very sensitive

Treatment y to create ur own perfume....need to pay extra but must be real fun

I hope that in our week of vacation we could not find worse: museography of another age, Kafkaesque signage, staff visibly oblivious that they are surrounded by visitors, maintenance manifestly insufficient. Not the best image of French perfumery.
