Nice conditions of courteous service from the staff.
Sylvain's management of the a 6 chairlifts is mediocre and I doubt his skills!
The prices are far too high, whether on the ski mountain in the winter or on the water slides in the summer.
As for the water slides: seriously, think about the customers. The paths are made of black asphalt which gets super hot in the sun and is strewn with sharp pieces of rock. At least pass the broom, it is a minimum when almost everyone is walking barefoot!
Aging site to maintain and renovate almost completely. Viking and dragon super interesting and worth it.
Nice ski hill. Instructors speak English and French. Restaurant is a bit expensive but what do you expect? LOL
Lots of thrilling activities, especially Colorado. The trip is worth it. We loved it.
Experience July 2016 ... very disappointing !! .. .. (the big swirl) .. they
have cut half of the basins and closed the ski lift .. you must now climb in the wood with your trip and your helmet ..... like a ti -casse !! The Manic stopped working at 10 min. And what about the construction work around the Manic the pines, the big containers .. it seems that they could have finished this before the beginning of the season! I think there was just the Dj in front of the wave pool that seemed to have Fun ... with his music too strong distortion !! .. LAST TIME FOR US
Great ski hill and organisation. Little crowded and often slopes of ice...
A good place for those who like tube sliding. The snack is really ordinary. Expensive, poorly organized and cold.
I bought a season pass last week for Mount Olympia and no one has to tell me that the station will not be open on Monday and Tuesday for the 2020 season 21 the same for the Mount Gabriel Morinhights stations and no details on the website luckily speaking to a member of security during my visit on Sunday that I learned this information fortunately I had until December 15 to be reimbursed for the $ 527 which I find expensive to have access to the mountain for 5 days of skiing, take the time to inform yourself before buying your season pass.
Very nice ski resort, very good daily maintenance of the slopes, very good social distancing measures ... See you again for the 2021-2022 season
Beautiful mountain and pleasant trail, the only minus, is the chair lift summit express very long wait!
A beautiful place, especially in autumn, beautiful activities for adults and children.
I went to every year
The finished he could go back pante
He fake mounted a magpie for 4 minutes of decent
The pelvis was cut in 3 quarters
Its completely stupid
They will close their doors on
Made like everyone else found you another water park
I do not know why it's my cash in this stupid carousel if I want to do the carousel I'm going to go round really disappointed are really stupid
Do not go there and I went to every year before
And the last one
I love this place !! Every time we go to Montreal we go there !! Best water park ever , you can bring food in !
Small mountain. The tracks are a little alike, but beautiful atmosphere! Many people!
Very nice track but if we do not buy the seasonal pass and we have no equipment it is very expensive.
One of the best and most advanced ski mountains around. Granted it s not as big as Tremblant or Bromont but the the it s more than big enough for a weekend night ski with friends. They have recently renovated the place so the bathrooms are nice and clean (for the most part) and they have new snow machines (which I believe they should use a little more often). They also have a brand new ski lif that takes up to 6 people at a time so even when it s crowded, the line moves quickly! Watch out for ice, It does get a little icy at times but I don t think it s worth losing stars over (especially since it s not really in their control).
very disappointed the installation is in a sorry dismal eta tomb in ruins, a water park that regresses from year to year!
Perfect for families and for those looking for thrills (recommended: Big waterfall and large tub, Colorado).
Lovely mountain. Good variety if slopes. Childhood memories made here in the 80s and coming back does not disappoint. Equipment rental is good quality and the new attractions are great. The Viking Alpine Sled ride comes with the 3 day rental package and you get another ticket to ride for taking lessons. Very nice experience and a lovely village area near the slopes.
It is a beautiful water park but there should be carpets on asphalt sections, it hurts the feet. Also, they removed the ski lift and reduced the height of the course of the basins.
Nice day at the water slide but the water is not so clean ... lots of debris is floating around ... super hot asphalt ... water slide and equipment lacking in love.
Have a great time at the water park on a weekday. It is my first time visit a water park and really enjoy it. Not crowded, but lots of kids and families. Plenty of tables and chairs for you to relax or eat the food you brought. I've tried all the items for twice. Just when I left, i realised that the water park ticket contains five Fun Parc games ... my only advise is that try not be sun burnt......
June 25, 2016
Very disappointing !! I went there almost every year before and this year was the last !!! The slide that I enjoyed the most. (with the basins) we have been shortened by half and more and there is no longer a ski lift to climb with our tubes. In addition, the two bottom slides were closed! But no one warns us when we buy our ticket to enter and it is not written anywhere. Extremely disappointed !! Its worth doing an extra hour to go somewhere else.
The equipment rental is horribly poorly organized. More than an hour in the middle of the morning. The process and the rhythm are to be reviewed.
Really fun place, I love their slides. Food stands are a bit pricy so i would recommend bringing your own food (see their website to know what you can and can't bring)
Fun but does not reinvent itself year after year. It would be good to have new slides.
Nice place for kids. It's very clean and the staff is nice. Price is ok.
Call center is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I highly do not advise calling them because they would just ruin your day.
Fresh snow and a nice small park but wish they put more too it. Great for beginners and experience. Lots of fun. Here are pictures of all the fresh snow you can kick in the air to make clouds.
I did not try the aquatic park per se. I walked to the mountain top around it, following a side ski slope. The view was splendid.
Zero zero zero in terms of customer service. There s a reason why I ve always skied elsewhere. Prepaid for lessons and equipment for my daughter, wanted to transfer rentals for 3 Whole HRs to another family member, would have cost them 0$ (we already paid months in advance) but a huge amount in good will; did not have the decency to honour that...hid behind the corporate nonsense line the package was for someone else... so what, show some client relations and give the equipment, this way a satisfied family might return. Moral of the story, there are other choices in the region to ski, and never prepay more than you need cuz your $ is gone, poof. Nice chalet though and awesome lavatories. Sadly I don t think they care cuz people still continue going to this mole hill to ski cuz of the proximity to MTL.
I'm so so disappointed..I'm usually very positive but half the slides were closed and the wave pool was dirty. Also, we had to wait 1h each ride. They don't maintain the park well, weeds and garbage everywhere.
It is a good mountain to have fun. Not very high but there is a great variety of slopes, and for all levels.
The decision to only open St Sauveur on Monday and Tuesday does not work well. If in addition the slopes are not maintained, a star is too much. Please review your management of the availability of summits open during the week.
Small ski hill. Good to Learn on. Amazing water park . Good place to go with family.
Great place for beginner, intermediate and family outings.
Been skiing there for 7 years, season opens early and closes the latest
Very good despite the height of the mountain, it is only 30 minutes from Laval. The slopes are well maintained.
Unique water slide of its kind with pools that pour into one another! Too bad he cut part of the circuit a few years ago
Perfect for children but rather expensive, prepare the expenses but fun to avoie
For a place like this do not have a microwave available to guests, other than having to buy food there.I asked cook concierge no one could help me they advised me to buy from the canteen bravo.Monts 3x smaller or twice more to offer their customers
The water park has adapted well to the measures that need to be taken for COVID-19. We had a lot of family fun despite the few attractions that were closed. You can easily do everything in a day, and we will definitely be back!
Monopoly. Deficient service. Attempts to please the client but often encounters difficulties.
The center is very good and offers a pretty nice view. Also, the evening skiing is really nice. The ski lift goes super fast so we lose less time waiting in the chair to climb up.
Very good station. Not very long as a track but on the other hand well entrenched! As well as a good rate especially the week and one of the few to offer evening skiing 7 days a week!
Joyfully expensive but this ski resort is the closest to Montreal and the most varied on the slopes-The pretty village and the majestic church, cafes bars and restaurants abound (superb pancake) -I recommend-
It's over! After many years of fun, I can tell you that we were very disappointed with the cut of the "big swirls". My teens were as disappointed as we were, saying it was their first experience. Honestly, this is no longer the waterpark other times.
We had a bad experience. Various amusements were closed. They closed at 5pm even though the usual time is until 7, due to rain forecast. At 5 the weather was beautiful, since noon it had stopped raining and it was not going to rain anymore and they closed the park anyway. They even closed the bathrooms, so we had no way to change and remove wet clothes. They were rushing us all the time for us to leave, a woman near us was even mistreated.
Tons of stuff to do for all ages. If you want to try to do everything bring protective footwear as the asphalt can get pretty hot in some places and you'll be doing a lot of walking.
Its good as a place but dear pamal for the entrance !!!
The management of long term rentals is very very difficult at the beginning of the year. Note equipment is booked and paid since last April, today we are asked to understand the fact that there is no ski for our daughter. After an hour of waiting, we are offered to come back another time. Considering that we have been directed twice to a bad (long) file and the experience is endless, we do not intend to postpone it.
Not a lot of sliding and in rafting it hurts a lot. I had big bruises on my shoulder blades as big as a freesby and on my wrists like a tennis ball.
Slip that once had the quote, now made inadvisable, their slip in pool are not what it was to attract the crowd. He pitifully diminished the length and abolished the chairlift that climbed to the top. It is now necessary to climb the trippe hand in a dismal slope!
Not recommended, no longer worth the price of the ticket unfortunately!
A park that is declining!
Sincerely.
Buy your tickets ONLINE, SAVE $ 10 ON EACH.
Buy your tickets on INTERNET NOT AT THE CAISSE, $ 10 LESS EXPENSIVE.
No full day pass.
Dirty toilets.
The rest is ok, the lifts are good to bring you up.
I have been a season pass owner for several years but I was on it this time
Honestly best place to get a season pass if your in the Montreal area
Frankly, being French and used to skiing in the Alps, I was happy with my experience in St-Sauveur. While the mount is not big, but the snow is good!
I liked, only, we could often slip, the queue is long ...
My 1 / 5 is added to the long list of previous comments. Very disappointed with our visit. First, almost all the descents are done on tubes. Then the paths are mostly asphalted and of poor quality which makes walking barefoot painful. And again, the trails are very steep and in many places the asphalt driveway is "eaten" by the water which is very dangerous.
Finally the attractions closed one to two hours earlier than the posted schedule. We will go more. We had the impression of being fooled. Not interested in going back for skiing either !!!
Mont Tremblant closed at 4pm so we decided to come here for a night ski. Was not disappointed! Connecting ski hills, quick registration and fun hills. Night ski at this place is not the most beginner friendly but still fun.
A real joke. Cut the pelvis in half to increase fluidity, I would prefer to wait 30 min to do it completely instead of waiting 15 min and more to have fun. The manic, young people destroy everyone's fun and the life guard does absolutely nothing. I would tell you go to calumet tip instead
Loved it, took the family here while vacationing in Montreal. The scenery is beautiful and the srive was nice. The park had enough to keep us busy. The cascade will leave you a little sore, other than that have fun get wet get tan and then grab a beaver tail
A very good family entertainment place: waterfalls, skis, etc.
Superb day, even though we didn't have a lot of sun, the heated pool was full ...
PITOYABLE, to our great surprise after driving for 2 hours we found that the slips were cut in half, yet the price was the same. Every year we go but it's over. When we talk about it with people to tell about our holidays they say they are surprised by these changes and they will not go back and they will tell people they know. The pool has wave to stop at 17:00 to make waves, elsewhere the waves do not stop. People talked about it in the alleyways while waiting to go slipping and they were very disappointed.
I left my job earlier on Tuesday, January 13 to enjoy the slopes with the new storm ... I expected to have a lot of fun .... instead of that a nightmare, bumps everywhere on all tracks , not skiable, we heard people crying, children crying ... it was pathetic ... they are unable to pass the groomers, or very rarely compare to Bromont ... to save a little gas, they spoil the pleasure of their customers ... pathetic ....
Ligne d'attente pas acceptable. Il faut faire quelque chose. Je vous conseil fortement...
Strongly recommend St Sauveur to deal with the outrageous lineups at the manicouagan. The manic is great, the best option for adults. But the line ups are obscene. They need to deal with this because people are going to stay home rather than stand in line for an hour.
They have two options.
1. Build another Manicouagan.
2. If option 1 is impossible then should offer VIP membership. Customers will pay more to have priority at certain times. Let's say 4 to 5 pm is VIP hour. Customers will know 100% that they will have a raft available at 4 pm.
This can work.
Until they change something I will not renew my membership.
