Ministry of Sound Review

I wouldn t recommend Ministry of Sound, steer well clear of this place. The security and door staff are very rude, they put a dampener on the night before it s even begun! The whole point of going out is to have a good time, but this was far from the case here!! Note to General Manager, you need to review this!!!

This club is great! been here a few times and really enjoyed it :) definitely heading back soon. The only downside is how expensive the drinks are :(

I would love to give Ministry 5 stars, but they've become a victim of their own success to the point where the club has become a bit of a soulless, brand obsessed, overpriced tourist spot. The sound system in the main room is ear-bleedingly loud so earplugs are a must if you want to leave with your hearing intact. Lighting and AV systems are on point. 103 room needs more fill speakers in the balcony area.

We went to laidback luke on 9/10th November 2013 and I have got to admit was one of the best nights ive had for years and definitely the best night for me at the m.o.s absolutely awesome night out!:-)

Tough and marginal G. I went to a promoted brand, such as the "ministers o sound")) but in fact it is the most primitive disco, with the most dubious audience. Here they would have a group of viruses and demos ... the complete degradation, unfortunately. The sound is the most common. Of course it still costs as much as it shouldn't. This is another MMM ... Get around him, friend .. disgusting panebratsky security. Bueeeeeeeee

I like its menu, the right prices, ideal sites and an acceptable staff are strategically well distributed throughout the most visited parts for commercial and business activities, which make it conducive to be able to vote on a day that one wants to In the middle of your shopping, go savoring sun delicious menus.

Nice and very clean club.they moping floor every 10 minutes.seriusly i never seen cleen club like this.music is alright.outside smoking area just amazing,with bar and grill.so you can have a drink and food after party.definitly will recommend and will come back soon.

Great night out. Large nightclub with multiple rooms. Drinks were reasonably priced for London and service was quick. The ability of having food on sight is amazing and quality was fair. Would go again.

They are having amazing sound system and dance floor with dedicated VIP floor too. Beware of costly drinks.

This venue was my home for many years. The staff, promoters, venue and artists should get a life time achievement award for an outstanding job.

Really hated this club so much nobody was nice there to busy couldn't even move and the music was terrible and everything is so overpriced.

Ministry is good fun but it's always really busy. The area is quite isolated and not very nice, however once you're in the club is ok. Queueing can be quite long.

Ministry of Sound is one of the best nightclubs in London. They bring in the best artists from around the world whether it is Paul Van Dyk or Cosmic Gate. Their sound system inside the Gallery is amazing with an incredible laser show. I highly recommend trance and electronic music lovers to check out this venue!

Great atmosphere and great staff. VIP area is nice but would be nice to put an extra speaker over there so you can feel the music better.

Had wonderful nights here but one time there was a very violent gang, it was a dnb rave.

Was there on Friday night. Really enjoyed it. Music was good in all the rooms. Danced in the Baby Box and the first DJ was brilliant, there was a great atmosphere and fab music. Danced in the Loft, the Gallery and the Box. Place was full of people having a good time.

To me this place is corporate and soulless and i (and people i know) wouldn't ever consider going there.

Nice security but the DJ kept changing the songs every 30 seconds....

The Martin Audio sound system in the pit is probably the greatest sounding setup I've ever heard ever. I've been to a lot of clubs and this one is just... wow. You haven't heard bass until you've heard this.

The best sound system in London, Friday night are the best with solid Trance acts.

This London box is one of the best, the techno sound is very good as well as the speakers. The security staff are very serious which reassures the customers. Small flat for the locker room: system to review?

Although I enjoyed seeing one of my favorite DJs here, the sound quality in the main room was very poor: far too loud and distorted. Overpriced drinks, continuously served to totally paralytic people. Repeatedly asked if I had any drugs. Atmosphere wasn't great.

Considering how popular this place is it wasn't great. Atmosphere was okay it's heavily populated with far east people. A mix of student's and matures none in between..

Staff at "the box" were rude and came across ignorant which put us off buying drinks from there. Not sure why they'd be so rude when buying a couple drinks.. [ Specifically speaking the black lady who was mixing/Djing.] Music was good which is a shame.

The music was very repetitive and the door team was extremely rude would not recommend.

It has 5 music rooms, so you can enjoy different DJs. It's pretty good and a lot of fun.

Saturday night glitter box, was a great club. Incredible sound system, and great songs all night long.

Not really my place, tbh quite expensive entrance, was like the third of my ticket to see Bruno mars... and all that for drunk and high girls throwing up in the bathroom...

This club doesn't even deserve one star... because of racist bouncers. Bought tickets for one of the events and when me and my friends showed up, they let them all in and not me because apparently I was drunk when I didn't drink anything beforehand. Told me to wait 30 min and cameback - did that 3 times!!!
At the end they told me they wont let me in. Was stuck outside at 1 am for one and half hours trying to get in... now I feel sick after being very cold. Not recommending it all !!!

Ministry Of Sound is the best club in the world it is far as I'm concerned I have been there 4 times twice on New Year's Eve

I don't understand the point of the Ministry of Sound radio show on Capital. All it is, is songs beat synced and merged into each other. It ruins the intros and endings of songs, and it loses the integrity of each individual song.

What a fantabulous night. Great atmosphere different rooms different styles of music. Full of nut jobs. Love it!!! Can't wait to go back and big it up !!!!!!

I'm general a great club. Music genre depends on the night you attend. Usually a good playlist. Alcohol is quite expensive. Extensive bag checks upon entry

Ministry of Sound is the same as it's always been and now they started to do kids raves

Was told I was too drunk to get in when I was sober and hadn t drank anything that night and had to sit in a medical area for half an hour in silence for them to let me in. My friends were waiting outside and eventually forced by security to go inside as they weren t allowed to stand in the smoking area for some reason? Drinks are overpriced, and security were rude to me and my friends for absolutely no reason and told my friends I was on drugs which was insulting as I obviously hadn t taken anything. Disappointing as I actually really like the club but this was just such a ridiculous experience to have to go through.

The dance floor is great and the sound effect is good. It's just not my cup of tea. It's not really electronic, so you did not like it as much as the others. But I recommend it for those on More

Went here with my college, it was a fantastic experience and I'd recommend this to other people.

In the words of someone somewhere, this is the place to be. It has different rooms with different performers, you will need to make sure you don't end up in the wrong one. There's always a treat to be found here especially on week-ends. Have seen ATB and some random dude here on a week-end, this is safe, nice and expensive.nice
