Miller's Rentals Review

OUTSTANDING company. Due to a constantly changing RSVP list, I had to change my order (and it was up, not down) several times. Miller's was able to accommodate me without any issues. The delivery was great. Their staff called with questions, to make sure all was right and the equipment was first rate. I would recommend to any and all who asked me!

Miller's Rentals handled our wedding seamlessly! I wish there was 10 stars!! Keith Ritchings helped me & my fiance from the beginning always providing us with so much help before we even asked. His team was professional, super helpful & within no time tents were up & also broken down after. We would have not had the kind of wedding we did without them! HIGHLY recommended.

Miller's Rentals was a pleasure to work with! They provided a tent, tables and chairs for my daughters graduation party. Keith was responsive, professional and accommodating. Miller's Rentals saved our event! We called last minute for a tent when the weather looked rainy. They showed up within 24 hours and saved the day. Miller s has been around so long for a reason. They are top notch in customer service. They have a very friendly and efficient staff running the front area.

Miller s helped us with our fundraising efforts. This is the 2nd time Stuart has donated equipment for our event. The equipment was in order and clean when we picked it up no complaints here.

Miller's does an awesome job for all of the events I have them do at Rutgers...they have been extremely flexible with many changes we make to set up and location and are always quick to respond. Their staff on site is always pleasant and helpful, even stopping to help me set up one of our pop up tents that was broken while they were busy doing so many other things...they always save the day and do so with a smile every time!

Miller s Rental staff were very helpful with my rental needs, especially in this low contact situation we are in. It was fast and effective pick up and drop off. The tables and chairs we clean and in good condition, I did still wipe the chairs down with Lysol wipes due to the current Covid situation. I would recommend them for your next event!

Miller Rental provided tent, furniture and other items for my daughter wedding ceremony which was held in our backyard. I received excellent service which included arrival and setting up completed as planned. All items provided were of high quality. Additional item were delivered promptly when requested on phone. Excellent job done.

Miller's handled staging, pipe and drape, and seating for our large-scale event at Rutgers in March 2018. The team was professional. The production was smooth, timely, and as promised. They were a pleasure to deal with as part of the complex event planning process.

Great place for renting anything! Nice people to work with!

The Miller's team was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I contacted them with a large-scale job the week-of the event, and it couldn't have been more seamless. I even had a last minute request to cover stairs with carpet - the dimensions of which I did not know! Miller's team arrived on-site, ready to tackle the unknown. They came with extra carpet and sewing machine in-hand, and provided us with the most amazing work and custom made stair pieces. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Any rentals you need, you HAVE to go with Miller's. They will go above and beyond to get the job done!! We will be using them for all event rentals in the future.

Miller's Rentals is a valued partner of mine when it comes to running events at Rutgers University. They routinely provide quality service and work and don't even blink when I come to them with last minute changes or requests. They make my life as an event manager significantly easier and for that, I am continually grateful and appreciative of them.

Millers is the BEST!! three days repaired two large tears in our tent and washed and delivered it to the party!!

In the aftermath of hurricane Sandy, took advantage of the situation and jacked up prices. Will never rent anything from them.

The people at Miller's were great. They helped me decide how many, and which size, tables and chairs I needed. They were spot on. Delivery was on time and well done. They placed everything where I asked. Pick up was on time and efficient. I will definitely use them again!

Excellent! I ve used Millers for family holiday events. No matter how big/small Millers has always supplied what I needed, while helping me figure out exactly what that is (table size, etc.)! The customer service is incomparable, KIM is superb. Kim provided several options to make my event as budget friendly as possible. Millers is my go to event rental company! I wouldn t recommend anyone else! Thank you KIM!

Keith & the entire staff exceeded our expectations with all of our rentals (tent, chairs, tables, linen)!! Professional & responsive service from start to finish!! I will be in touch again with my next party!!

I would give them negative stars if I could. The owner, Stewart, is beyond rude and that is an understatement!! Dereck showed up with his team to set up an hour late and then kept complaining that he has new team members and no one is helping. They came with missing pieces to the dance floor and then later realized that they were missing pieces to the stage as well. The set up team sat here doing NOTHING while someone had to get the missing pieces at two different times. (Not to mention the serving trays that were delivered were also less than what was ordered). At the end, when the set up was NOT to our satisfaction, they were so rude and unprofessional and said that they can not spend any more time at this job. We had to call another company to fix things before our event. The worst of the situation is that the owner is clueless about customer service and customer satisfaction. He is rude and curses at customers without knowing the facts. Stay away!!!
