Very rude people. We have a two year old and were shopping for a new tennis racquet for our 15-year old. Well our two-year old did what most two year olds do which is play with stuff at the store. Keep in mind this is not an antique store they have demo racquets and other stuff, but nothing glass or breakable by a two year old. They have shoes clothes etc. As we are shopping for this tennis racquet the two year old was doing something that bugged the store clerk. She decided to snap at me and so I immediately stopped what I was doing and got the two year old. Eventually I put him down and then he went back and did something else that bugged this store clerk. This time she snapped at my wife. My wife doesn t like to be snapped at so she snapped back. At which point the store clerk said to my wife you need to put your kid in the car right now. She also later on said to me as she was walking away your wife needs to do her job . We took great offense to some store clerk woman telling us to do our job in parenting. The whole situation could have been handled so much better by this woman.
Eventually we decided after renting their demo racquet for a week to go ahead and purchase a racquet from them DESPITE being treated so rude. I just went back to the store a week later to return the demo racquet and buy a new one. This time a younger woman (who I am pretty sure was the daughter of the original rude clerk) was the cashier up front. Nothing was said between her or I (in fact I didn t even recognize her) until after I purchased $147 Wilson Burn racquet (overpriced btw). She then said to me after the purchase btw your wife is no longer allowed in our store . I looked at her and then remembered who she was. I was like do you know what she said to my wife . She was like yea about her parenting . At this point I went ahead and decided to return the racquet because this store seems to pride itself on being rude to customers. If you have kids by ALL means avoid this store as the rude police will most certainly nit pick at you.

I would have given 0 stars if it was possible. Purchased a racquet through their website and paid through Amazon as that was an option. I was thinking what a great way to partner businesses.
After the purchase I realized I put the incorrect shipping address. I emailed them and quickly received a response that basically said we can't change the shipping due to paying through amazon; you'll have to cancel your order and make a new one.
I emailed back how silly that was and if they are going to partner with another business then they should have the flexibility to make these types of corrections. I mean what would it take to print a new label or change the current label.
Just some unflexible "A" personality issues there - they manufacture drugs to help contol those issues.
At any rate I told them to go ahead and ship it to the wrong address and then I would dispute the charges and then they wouldn't have my money or the racquet.
I did compliment them on their GREAT business model and fantastic customer service.
Just lost another customer - but I don't think they care

Stopped by to have a racket restrung. Arrived at 6.20 pm and the staff personnel discussed my string preference, type of game and made recommendations. Despite the hour the racquet was strung for me as promised.

So not happy with this company in USA. I didn't get notification that my 2 items would be delayed 7-10 days as they had to be ordered from the manufacturer.... yeah whatever!! Then I get charged for the delivery in the USA when I spent over the required amount for free delivery, they then go to tell me that that is for ground delivery... what do you call a truck driving on a road? AIR?? I did get the refund but the email sounded like they were doing me a favour... no you corrected the error. Now that the 2 items have been delivered to a nominated address in USA I still have to wait for that package to come to Australia when I needed it 2 weeks ago so their delay has screwed it all up. I honestly just want to send it back and get a full refund, but that may be pushing my luck.

Bit of advice before buying from this website, make sure you don't need it in a hurry, wait a week for a reply to your emails and then wait longer for anything to happen. So order 6 months ahead of when you need it.

Never ever again will I buy from there... NEVER.

I just wanted to leave a good review because I've been so impressed with the customer service here. I had a lot of questions throughout my decision-making and racquet demo-ing process (the perfect racquet makes a huge difference!) And I'm so grateful Midwest sports customer service was so willing to help me every time I called because I love how much my game has improved with my new racquet. They took the time to research all my needs to get me the perfect strings, tension, racquet everything, and they helped me get a great deal.

Terrible experience with this company. I ordered shoes + paid for 2 day delivery in front of a tournament. 4 days later I called to find out where order was - it hadn't shipped, they had no reason and they wouldn't pay for overnight shipping. Not a good customer retention strategy.

They are very good not only in shipping out in time and also with no-hassles returns.

I have experienced both purchase and returns and believe me they are more hassle free than other big names.

Ordered online and received an email that would receive delivery of my tennis shoes in 5 to 7 days.
Called after 9 days and was told that the product was on back order and the factory would supply it NEXT MONTH. Poor communication
