I have a bad experience today.Yesterday I visited MIDAC, Eranhippalam, Calicut and got appointment for my son at 06.00 PM today for Root Canal Treatment. We reached in the clinic by 05.45 PM, well before the appointment time. By that time another patient was taken for consultation. We waited up to 06.50 PM then returned unattended.There is no meaning in taking appointment in MIDAC.

It was a great experience.The service in here is too good. Will surely recommend others.

Whenever our patients from Calicut is looking for a Dental treatment, I always recommend Midac without a second thought.
Mr. Shabeer, the coordinator helps the patients a lot. He is very much understanding and accessible, plus speaks good in Arabic.
Last time we have done a dental Implantation for our Jordanian patient by Dr. Arifa. The doctor was awesome and patient is super happy.

First, I liked the place: clean and well taken care of by welcoming and friendly staff...!!!

The doctor, (Dr.Abdu Rahiman)
is knowledgeable, professional, caring, very helpful and was able to answer all my questions...
He explained the entire treatment plan to me - how it would work and what needs be done...And I felt very comfortable during the whole procedure...

Overall a very good experience with my first appointment and three follow ups here..!

N.B. I have noticed that the receptionist is insisting patients to submit reviews...it is okay to ask to write honest reviews for the service...
As a Suggestion, it would be little better if it was asked in a more polite way so that the patients would not feel forced.

Fantastic dental clinic. Very cordial and polite staff. Most important aspect of hygiene and sterilisation of the equipment s are of international levels. Highly skilled, polite and friendly doctors. A special applause for Dr Arifa who did 2 implants for me in a very professional way. To sum up The Perfect Dental Clinic in Calicut .

Midac is one of the best Dental Care in Kozhikode. I have always good Experience and for all the dental problems ,I honestly Recommend this Center. Very good Atmosphere, Excellent staff and good care.

We Went to midac calicut last week for extraction of my impacted last right molar tooth. I have Already took left sided tooth in last year, but it was very painfull, was not able to take solid food for 4days and pain lasted for 1week. From midac Dr Hari extracted my tooth easily, had pain only for 1day, was able to take solid food from 2nd day onwards and swelling disappeared on 3rd day.. Thank you Dr Hari and midac for good treatment.

Nice hospital and good surgen. Hospital expenses are also quiet affordable. Registration counter accepts cash/google pay/card payments. But medical store inside clinic accepts only cash.
Clinic is well taking care of covid precautions.
I have seen fumigating all rooms inside clinic at late evening.

This is the best dental practice I have ever visited! Aesthetically, all the equipment, furniture, and appearance of the office is modern and gives off a feel of luxury.
