Good to buy in bulk or someone looking for all brands under one roof

Good prices good quality products. Every thing under one roof. Ample parking. Overall good experience

Always scrutinize your bills they normally charges in bulk instead of 1 pcs

Prices as compare to others are bit low but at the sa.e time Metro's Customer Care Services are extremely disappointed.
Anyways that's my personal experience and i'd mentioned that's to their management but no response and not a single call had been recieved by thier concerned's recieved,
No issues, at the end they'll lose customer's.

Very well planned and managed. A good place to shop

Best store in town with international standards. You can buy almost everything with an ease.

Some goods price are high then market for example tapal family mixtur half kg i purchase 400 while you chared 419, same happend with some other item

Good place for the bulk buying. But not for retail buying.

All in one place. good variety. At times marked prices are not what they are. Not bad overall to satisfy every member of family in one go.

Great place for grocery shopping and hoke applainces.

It is a very good store. Good variety and good prices. Though I believe some local stores give better prices but the Ramadan packages are good. Very big and convenient parking space.

An economical Mega Shopping Mall situated near Thokar Niazbeg & Daewoo Thokar Terminal at Multan Road. They have one stop shopping of everything we could need at home. Even they have Mobil oil changing station from Guard oil & Filters.
As per common perception, the prices of grocery items are economical than general market however, the prices of mutton, chicken, beef, vegetables & fruits are higher than market.
The quality of vegetables, fruits, meat are much better but the price difference is so huge that if we buy it from market then after extra cleaning we get same quality like Metro.
I can suggest that if you can afford than places like Metro, Carre Four & Al Fateh could provide one stop shopping center for all of your needs.

Nice place to shop. Products prices are according to market. Not too much crowdy as other malls and have a large free parking area. Giving 4 stars bcz products remain short sometimes and no fun area for kids.

Good environment with availability of every type of product.. Their cafe concept is fine enough to relax your shopping march.

Metro is best supermarket in which you can find every thing , from grocciery to shopping all in one roof . Rain causes leakage of water through the roof . Cloth section is not what it used to be .

All things under one roof. Sufficient parking space. Deals were not that good and many as I expected and heard from others. Tax amount not mentioned in the price labels at the racks (that was annoying).

Its ok for shopping. Not good or great. Prices of products are not fair as compared to market. Thier discount offers don't justice with normal market discount offers.

Awesome experience, I do every month grocery from here.

good store for wholesale shopping of household items

There are two entrance and exit, one at mohalnwal road and one at multan road, you may get here variety of things including grocery items, clothes, tools, electronics, furniture, toys, shoes, meat, fruits and vegetables etc. Parking is adequate, 4 atm machines are available inside store, 2 at entrance and 2 near exit, washroom are available and averagre clean, some times billing counters are rushy and slow.

Stupid place, rates are higher, non cooperative staff... simply don't waste your time by visiting it...

One of the neat and cleanest places I have ever seen. Really good environment and availability of items.

Good place for purchase groceries and routine shopping.

Availability of goods on the App do not match with their actual stock. On an order of Rs9900 I received three calls from store telling me that Dalda 4.50 not available. After sometime received a call Olper milk is not available. Third call received again for Olper one liter is not available. I think online order has become a mess. Delivery van hardly come on time.
Management needs improvement

Overall its OK. But if you compare with such stores around the world like Hyperstar, Panda, LuLu, Nesto etc. a lot needs to be improved. Poor customer service and almost zero customer assistance. They should reduce the staff so that customer can use freely whatever they need without interference of staff.
There is room for improvement and include more products and services in the store. However, for Lahore it's not a bad place to get your groceries and daily use stuff.
Products in store are of good quality.

Mere bill main 200 ka farak a gya ha mujy zada le liya hain

Good experience but their way of presenting price and the bill is not so good. Also some of their products are on high prices that may not even look expensive.

Metro is best supermarket in vicinity of thokar niaz beg.
They have alot of stuff. Electronics, Bikes, Veg nd non veg, Fish etc.
Workers are very active and cooperative.
One of the most attractive thing is metro cafe where onw can dine after tiresome wandering <shopping>.

Perfect parking.... How much crowded but still comfortable and enough space even with your baby's stroller

Metro getting worse day by day, no verity, poor quality products, floor started wearing out

Good place for monthly groceries, wholesale prices available

The store is very good for buying whole sale items
They have grocies of all imported and also local companies
They have a whole bakery which always have fresh balery items
There is also restraunt if you want to have a bite during your shopping
They have fresh fruits and also vegtables
They also provide good clean meat and fish
I would reccomend if you are budget concess as there are always promotions

Good shopping area with slurtive staff but rates are different on their all matro stores in lahore

I always love metro store than other stores because of the space they manage in store.

I also like Hyperstar but that is somehow congested place.

So my vote is for Mtetro

Metro Staff needs to know about the location of stuff

Very nice facility, floor staff need more training though but overall very good place for shopping
