Edit: My auto insurance was about to renew in a couple weeks and I got a letter saying my rates would be going up $14 a month, this confused me as I'd had no accidents or tickets. Naturally I contacted Alejandro and he immediately got to work finding me another policy. The next day I find out that not only did he find one that cut my payments by a third, but it was also better coverage! You honestly can't go wrong with him not only does he quickly get results but also does it all in probably the most polite and friendly manor I've ever received in a customer service situation.

I have now been with Alejandro 5 years and he is always quick to help with anything. One thing I especially like is how he quickly responds. Any text is generally answered within minutes, and he is hard at work again finding me the best rates possible!
