Fabulous place to welcome in the new year. Great views of Melbourne fireworks. Great party with food and drink aplenty.
Fabulous place to welcome in the new year. Great views of Melbourne fireworks. Great party with food and drink aplenty.
The view is the best, but it has ended in a matter of seconds, and it took about 3 laps.
It was just a transit time to arrive in Melbourne, so it was a great time to look at Melbourne.
It is also good that there is free transportation nearby.
The place like that is Melbourne.
There was a place that could suck outside air, but I think there is no need to spend money there.
I did not use it because I wanted to go to a delicious cafe, but the cafe at the observation deck may be good for spending time slowly. (Because it's too late to get off)
Great views. Who needs to pay extra for the 'outside ' I was queasy anyway.
Fabulous views across the city. Ride 88 floors in seconds and walk around the observation area. There is an external viewing platform (no extra cost) and a glass floor platform that slides out over the edge! This is extra cost and not for the faint hearted! With a visit when in Melbourne.
I would give 4,5. I loved it up there. It was just a bit too expensive, because it costs per person 24$. Therefore you can stay until they close.
The extra price for The edge was not worth it and the picture quality was really poor. You cannot use your own phone in it either.
Not sure why it is so expensive askwd for a free coffee at the top and was larrrfed at!
360 degrees views of Melbourne can be had from the 88th floor, not to forget the scary Edge! Can be reached with an easy walk across the Yarra river from Flinders Station. You may save money to book this using third party websites.
Awesome views, well worth the pricey admission cost
MUST GO! Soooo worth the visit! Arrive there 4pm and stay for 2 hours to get an amazing view of Melbourne during the sunset.
5 stars for families with kids, 4 for adults that have climbed the Eiffeltower before....
If you want to look at the city of Melbourne this is the place to visit. Recommend to visit during sunset to see the city lights. Do go to the observation desk where they will take you in the box with transparent walls and floor and the box will protrude 3 meter.
What a view ! To do absolutely if you come to Melbourne
Great way to see the city! Rather expensive for what you get - there's not much room up there, and the viewing binocular things aren't binoculars; rather theyre just lensed pinpointers at 1:1 zoom.
The Skydeck has its price, the edge is an added cost. Unsurprisingly, you have to pay for a photo too, on top of the other two entry fees. Would be nice to have just a digital version of the photo included with "the edge"...
Staff are very friendly and it's well maintained however I did walk away feeling robbed. The value for money just isn't there. Not recommended for "something to do" unless you're taking some intercity visitors out.
Unreal view! Use your student card or similar to get a nice discount! Go at night time and get an unbelievable perspective on Melbourne
Great way to see Melbourne it s 20 dollars, book online. They have cafe and shop at top. The view is really good, the whole skyline. You realise how spread out Melbourne is. Would recommend me and my boyfriend love it. Young to old would like.
A very interesting place to visit. So much to see. You really must do the edge experience, nothing but a piece of glass between you and the road 285 metres below.
If you've never been then it's a must do! Even just once it's a worthwhile experience
Wonderful experience to be on the top of Melbourne, there is a coffee shop too
A beautiful experience can even be seen in Tanzania
Beautiful views, specially at night - a bit overpriced though.
Great way to get a very different perspective of Melbourne. Bit pricey, and when i went the Skydeck was under maintenance, but the views and info are great. Deduct a star for $'s.
Absolutely stunning views from Skydeck. Been lucky enough to be there on clear days and one beautiful night. Comparatively cheaper than Q1 Gold Coast and Sydney Tower with a far better view in my opinion and I live in Brisbane.
Amazing views, friendly staff. Well worth the visit!
The tallest tower in Melbourne and Nice panorama the views from the platform (sky deck)was different from the main viewing area. And The bonus being, you could see straight down through the glass flooring to the parks and streets below. and don t forget to take a picture there.
Loved veiws and great you can use same ticket to go back up in the evening it's well worth the two trips.
A visit to Eureka Tower offers you a breathtaking view of the city from the tallest building in Melbourne. Make sure you visit this place on a clear and sunny day. The best time to go there is just around sunset, so you can enjoy the sunset as well as the beautiful night lights of the city! You can see most of the prominent buildings and features of the city. Good view of the ocean and South Melbourne as well.
There are binoculars installed to have a better look and do some spotting. Edge was also nice, a bit over rated, but not bad either. The whole thing is covered with glass, except for a terrace platform, which has netting around instead of glass, it's nice and breezy and very refreshing. During a match, you can see a well li MCG from there.
There are clean toilets also. The staff is polite and helpful. There's a little cafeteria as well.
All in all, a good experience, worth the money.
Don't forget to click some silly pictures at the photo booth (just for 5$).
Just amazing. The 360 view of Melbourne city from here is spectacular. One must experiance this in Melbourne. I have also experianced the EDGE, which is not really scary.
Totally awesome. No words being up and looking down
Amazing night view entry ticket is enough
If you don't have anything to do until evening, it's until 10:00, so you can come in at least 9 o'clock and you can go to the outdoor barbed wire just by breaking the admission ticket.
Take your time to sink into the beauty of Melbourne.
Good VR, edge experience.
Parking is a bit of a pain. However, if you choose to drive down, book the Wilson's parking online to avail discounted rates.
Again, you could save a bit by buying tickets online via klook or the venue website.
Amazing views. The walk out platform type expensive is a bit of a let down... They flash all these black window tints which ruins the aura when you're in the cube, taking away the feeling of being high and hanging off the edge.
88th floor is pretty scary for me, but glad they have small cafe there. Prepare for your mental guys if you wanna go here
Wonderful views of Melbourne. Came to watch the sunset and the night lights come to life and very much enjoyed it. Avoid the touristy additions such as greenscreen photographs, resist the giftshop, and be sure to grab and use the 10% off entry fee voucher from the tourist guides/brochures available all over the city.
Very popular place. Hard to find a place to take a nice shot.
Worst online ticket booking system. Doesn't deliver the tickets to your email and you cannot enter without the email tickets. A total rip off.
You should visit this place to observe city in day and night time.
I would pay for the upgrade because it was hard to get good pictures inside the building with the reflections and the small outside area had wiring all around. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.
Nice view over Melbourne, but forget the "glass box" the edge ...
A Cafe would be nice. Otherwise not much activity to do
The view is quite nice, as the landmarks are pointed out in the periscopes around the skydeck (e.g. Shrine of Remembrance, Royal Botanic Gardens).
Absolutely stunning! If I had a girl to date, I would take her out to Eureka Skydeck 88 and ask her "THE QUESTION"!!
Unfortunately the windows are reflecting very strong, so it's hard to make good pictures after sunset.
It's great to have a view of the whole Melbourne city.
A bit too packed with tourists but provides a nice view of the city.
Be aware that the prices indicated in the website to visit Edge is only an additional ticket and you are required to buy another $22 ticket to go to the floor (deck)
So the real cost for visiting the edge is $34 for an adult.
Nice view at the top of Eureka Skydeck. Go experience the Edge.
The Skydeck was fantastic! You get excellent views of Melbourne. The main landmarks of Melbourne can be seen. They are highlighted with mini scopes that will allow a closer look.
I didn't go out on to the Edge but I did go out on the Terrace. If you have the time and the opportunity, it is definitely worth it.
If you know your gonna be going here a few times a year (taking friends up or photography etc) then get a eureka yearly membership! This is definitely one of my Fav places in Melbourne
Really friendly service and just incredible food. I had their vegetarian 7-course degustation menu, and it was just wonderful. Complex and varied flavours while still approachable by everyday diners. Our waiter was extremely attentive and very friendly, and had an excellent knowledge of the food being served. Worth every cent.
its rlly high up and its just fascinating, the view, id reccommend hosting a prty on thw skydeck...
