The security staff have much attitude than the employees. Otherwise it would be a 5 .

It's actually a good company for freshers and experienced. But company should release recruitment brochure stating complete eligibility criteria before the recruitment process. Because many people are coming from far places for this recruitment.

Very good customer but very bad pay master. They harass vendors a lot for payments

They don't know how to behave . Very cheap behaviour and manner less hr department waste of time to attend the interview in this company....the hr department is treating the candidate as a beggar...

Everything thing is, the nature, the food,and the thing is every Saturday interview will be there and the staff in lunch they don't give the place to sit......this was not good when I went there

They conduct interviews at Saturdays.
But u better go there by 8:30am to 9 Am.
Some days After 10 am that they close the entry and not taking resumes.

Saturday interviews are only useful for the freshers

It is a top company in infrastructure in India.. And get forth place as company in india.i think it's best in Asia..

Company looks good, with good maintenance and infrastructure. But delayed payments to vendors as per the information from sources, and the pricing given to the vendors was very very cheap that even vendors can't afford to do, as their labour cost will be more than the paid one. So it's an organised organisation with less expenditure and Heavy margins - obviously any business man looks for the same criteria only.

Not even worth a rating, donno how these ppl are giving ratings with out thinking, the ratings will just make a fool out of u if u join by looking at the same. Strong suggestion avoid it. Not At all EMPLOYEE CENTRIC and NEVER CARES WHAT EMPLOYEE THINKS and NEEDS.

Every weekend on Saturdays they will conduct interviews for both freshers and experience candidates without any referrals...we can directly go there in the early mornings 6:00 AM.(Every Saturday)

Currently MEIL is one of the leading infrastructure companies. And handling lot of Govt. Projects in telangana and national wide also.
