Would be nice if they just started paying the drivers

As always, we are very satisfied with the items offered and the service. The delivery was only an hour later. Polite and handled properly.

We have been ordering from MFS since the beginning of 2020 and are very satisfied every time.

The pictures with the products are indicative, so please read the description of the products carefully. But we also like this, it is always a bit of a surprise what you get as if you were unwrapping a present.

Delivery is great, you can see how many people are still in front of you so I know that if there are still 10 in front of me I can quickly walk the dog.

Drivers are friendly, some call 10 minutes in advance and that is very nice!

Package is said to have been delivered. We stayed at home all Saturday morning. See driver driving past but not stopped at our place. Probably stopped at the wrong house (32/1 instead of 32).
Still went outside but nothing seen of delivery. Mail sent to megafood but no response.

Order was complete again, was nicely called by the female driver that she was arriving a little later.

Delivery is neatly arranged, I was called in advance by the delivery person. Too bad that part of the order was wrong. Had ordered pizzas got cheesesticks. The packaging of the chicken was also a bit clumsy, 10 kg frozen in 1 block.
Quality can be improved, some products are out of date

"LUXURY" cocktail cups. Taste is good but no ICE CREAM but milk ice cream. Already tried several jars but they are all full of ice crystals. Mouthfeel is not pleasant. TGT June & July 2020

Megafood is great. You are against waste .. Products are always in large quantity and good quality .. For example by buying a lot of meat you get to know new products. Then there is the free home delivery service .. With a track and trace to follow when your package arrives! Only positive if you order here

Keep well informed, delivery time was exactly right, even on Sinterklaas evening. Nice driver Patrick helped to put the boxes in and check them together. Took time even though it was 7.30pm on Saturday evening. Very satisfied.

Super products for less money than in the store. The only downside is that I was not notified in advance of when they arrived. Fortunately my neighbor was at home.
But otherwise very satisfied, nice range and very good value for money.

We ordered salmon steaks. We received stuck together of colored fish to represent salmon: it smelled like tilapia and became stiff from the injected proteins after poaching. Everything just thrown away. Never for me again.

One product was missing on delivery and chicken meat can be thrown away. Chicken wings 5kg and 10kg korean chicken is just very old meat and stinks of rot

Ordered many times from Mega Food Stunters and always very satisfied. It is not handy that you do not know when the order will arrive, but if you receive an email with a delivery proposal, you can adjust this (this is limited in options). The products we have ordered are always of good quality.
It is important to check on delivery whether you have received everything correctly, mistakes sometimes happen here. But the people who come to deliver this are always very friendly and have no problems with this at all.

1st order unfortunately immediately received a wrong part of the delivery.
I got chicken masala instead of chicken fillet.
took a week before I got an answer from customer service and vd 38euro that it had cost me for what I ordered, I only got a voucher of 20euro.
