Dr Madhavi (pediatrician) and Dr Srinivas garu (Orthopedics and surgeon) are highly professional and unique in treating the problems by understanding the patient's disease from different levels (both from physical and psychological). They believe in core ethics of doctor and patient relationship and treats to cure their problem genuinely without thinking from the commercial aspects. I highly recommend this hospital.

We visited doctor Madhavi for regular checkup of our 7 months baby girl and we are really happy to take our baby to her. She takes proper time to see the baby , will listen us n clarify all doubts. She deals very nicely with babies, my baby likes her from day one. Now she is our regular doctor for my baby for sure.
I have consulted the Pediatrician Ms Madhavi in this clinic. She handles the kids with lot of care so that they don t get scared or feel uncomfortable for the health check up. She explains our queries in detail. I get 100% satisfaction after consulting her .

I am very happy to share my good experience here, about excellent treatment by Dr B. Kranthi Kiran, Neoropsychiatry specialist at Medics Healthcare Hyderabad. Immediately after one month of medication, patient got great relief from long back health issues, and we are continuing the treatment as suggested by the Dr B. Kranthi Kiran. We are very thankful for such a great treatment.

Dr. Madhavi is one of most popular doctor in our society and area. We were looking out for good doctor for our daughter in the longer run. We came across dr. Madhavi around 6 months back and we are more than happy with all the interactions. Kids don t feel like they are going to a doctor. Services @ medics healthcare is different class altogether when you compare with all large hospitals. Personalised care is very important in today s world and that is provided here. I highly recommend it.
Dr. Madhavi Borra treated my son very well, we had prepared well before to meet Dr what problems to inform but after meeting Dr, she took enough time physical check up and she only asks one by one from top to bottom so that each problem will be addressed though our main problem was fever... very good interaction with children which is must and needed for pediatrician, all symptoms were identified and given exact treatment. We went with fear of dengue etc but Dr Madhavi was able to suggest as no need of dengue tests or any others until couple of days (for sure not money minded). Even not interested to prescribe antibiotics and then fever gone with normal medicine. Later doctor called back on mobile and suggested next course if sour throat and pains repeats which doesn't require to revisit.
Thank you very much doctor, now my son almost recovered, good that we were able to find your hospital near by to us with good staff, proper maintenance, kids play area, nice books for children to read interesting books in case of delay in process.
Government and people has to take proper action to avoid mosquitos and maintain cleanliness.

A very good hospital now a days with good doctors and facilities..I have gone through Physio Therapy for my ankle injury. Before visiting this hospital I suggested to go for surgery in different hospital but after knowing about this hospital and doctor I have visited and dr Srinivas suggested me to go for Physio Therapy instead of surgery. So, followed the same and treatment has started by DR Gautam and now I am able to walk and run. This is because of his treatment. Thank you so much DR Gautam and DR Srinivas. A very good hospital.
We had an appointment with doctor for my daughter on 6-7-2019 at 8:30 pm due to rain we reached at 9:30 pm Even though we were late Dr madhavi madam very patiently attended our child. Also asked all the concerns we are very much satisfied.by seeing reviews we had visited the place, please trust me, visit once even you will be satisfied. Really very very sorry for the delay madam.
Dr Srinivas Thati, Orthopedic doctor was exceptional. He returned from UK and you get to experience UK kind of service being in India. Very detail oriented and very passionate. Spends at least 20 min with every patient to understand their concern. Had underwent an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery from him. Very empathetic and doesn t rush himself. Knows and plans for every detail during surgery.
Will refer him to everyone without a doubt. Just blindly go and engage for an elevated and exceptional experience. The best doctor ever I have seen in my whole life. I am sure he will go many places. Service oriented and not at all commercial unlike 99% of other doctors out there.
We are so glad to have found such an awesome doctor so near to where we stay. She is thorough, approachable, asks a lot of questions, spends quality time, explains all details. Very friendly with kids and knows how to make them cooperate. Our daughter loves Dr. Madhavi despite a vaccine injection.
Dr. Srinivas and Dr. Madhavi with their years of experience provide quality healthcare @ their Clinic. We needed their help quite a few times for our daughter and for my husband. Hi, My 13 year old son, while playing sport in school (Feb'20), had an awkward fall resulting in his left Patella (knee cap) slipping out of the groove. Possibly we didn't get it treated correctly after the initial fall (he was put in a cast for few weeks and 15 days of 1 hour session with a physio). Then after 3 months time (end May), while he made a slightly twisted move at home, the same Patella slipped out second time. That got me really worried, and I went around meeting several (and reputed) ortho specialists in the city. Every ortho was telling surgery is compulsory. But, based on what they were explaining, I was not able to understand what the surgery will do for his problem. I was asked to take MRI by one doctor, then another doctor asked me to get CT scan done, one other doctor was like when can he setup a surgery into his schedule, calling his PA to take my details. It was all clear where they were leading me to, and like any parent they were catching me emotionally weak (all of us will be when we have medical problems that too for a child of that age, having this recurring issue). Fortunately I have a doctor friend, who said no more running around, no CT scan, no surgery, first go meet Dr. Srinivas Thathi. I am so glad I listened and took my son to Dr. Srinivas. Within 10 minutes in the very first visit, I realized he is the specialist for knee related issues sports or otherwise. I landed with the right doctor I knew. Dr Srinivas diagnosed my son and first thing he said, no surgery is needed. He was patient to explain the issue, help us understand the cause and remedy. My son has extra flexible joints and his joint muscles are weak. What he needs is long rehab under a physio to strengthen his joints and muscle, help keep the Patella in the groove. I told him, I want him to recommend the physio too. Dr. Srinivas referred me to Dr. Gautham, the Physio at Medics Healthcare. I took time every day and fortunately my son cooperated, under the care of Dr. Gautham, my son went through rehab, daily 1 hour Physiotherapy for almost nearly 3 months (every day). My son's knee is lot stronger now, Patella is not getting pushed out anymore when pushed. While working on my son's knee issue, Dr. Gautham also helped with his overall posture of walking, running, strengthening of core muscles etc. Gautham is very skilled and built up the program very well, works with the patient and takes care holistically while addressing the specific issue. So happy with Gautham as a Physio. Then my father (71 years) has knee joint pain, and I took him to the same team (Dr. Srinivas T and Gautham), after getting treated, my father said, it is a rarity in today's market to find such specialist and their approach of treating with care. The specialist skill, experience, their humbleness to care for patient combined with doing it in a non-commercial way is a rarity today, especially in medical field. It's like turning the society and medical care 30 to 40 years back in time. When it comes to health and medical issues, we all go emotionally weak, and unfortunately it is getting really ugly out there on the general practices being followed by healthcare facilities and professionals. The entire Medics Healthcare team is so different. Highly recommend Dr. Srinivas Thati and Dr. Gautham for Ortho issues especially Knee related (sport or otherwise). Having discovered this place, and this team, I have advised my extended family members to see Dr. Srinivas (for another knee pain issue), Dr. Madhavi (for Pediatrician case) and Dr. Sravana (for Gynecology issue), all at Medics Healthcare. Dr. Srinivas Thati , the Orthopaedics specialist, diagnosed my chronic ankle pain problem as well as my husband's Gout problem effeciently n suggested relevant treatment.
Dr. Goutam, the physio therapist whom Dr. Srinivas suggested is doing a great job in providing relevant exercises to my ankle problem. I am recovering very well. The problem I have also subsiding .

Very costly services .. I went to take an injection of Vit B12 with my own IV set and the drug ampule . The charges for giving an injection were 100/- . This is too costly service . It was my mistake not to ask the charges beforehand . I wouldn't go again there . My group in our Society was also shocked for such unreasonable charges ..
Dr. Srinivas Thati definitely cares more about the patient and healing them, instead of trying to make the most money from any poor soul walking into Medics. To make him even better, he is a doctor who actually takes the time and the effort to diagnose the real ailment, instead of going for the most expensive procedure or test. Physiotherapist Goutham spent day after day patiently showing us what to do on our own, so the intent was clearly not to keep us coming back to them and spending money everyday on physiotherapy. Very refreshing change, so I would strongly recommend Medics Healthcare to anyone experiencing issues with their bones & joints, or experiencing pain in their body.
Dr.Madhavi Borra and Dr. Srinivas Thati are very experienced doctors who suggest you the best treatments without being commercial. They prescribe medicines only if necessary. The other panel of doctors in their clinic are also very good. Definitely recommend their clinic for everyone.
My son was diagnosed with dengue fever with very high temperatures. Dr Madhavi mam was very quick in detecting the cause n giving the guidance also. Never seen a doctor who reacts so quick on watssapp also. Very friendly n always smiling. Thanks a lot mam for everything u have done for us.

We consulted Dr Madhavi for our daughter and the doctor spent almost an hour to talk to us and guide us in the best possible way. She also gave us the complete diet plan for our daughter. We could feel the genuine interest and love that she has for her patients. And that is bigger than anything in today's world.
I also consulted Dr Srinivas after this for my knee problem and he again talked to me like a friend and spent almost 30 mins for the consultation. Again the thing that impressed me the most was the fact that doctor was ready to listen to each and every point of mine and was not rushing through with the prescription.
