McLaren Central Michigan Review

My father was recently admitted to the hospital. Everyone took such PHENOMENAL care of him. Dr. Mussin and Angela Fleming in the ER were soo good to him. Dr Surface and Dr Zeidan treated him on the floor and were SO thorough. I would like to thank Melina, Michelle, Lura and Aaron (ICU nurse). I can assure you, he would not be alive without them. I would also like to thank the dietary and housekeeping staff. God bless the entire staff that has assisted with his recovery. Thank you!

The ER has been working on the issues from the past and has improved greatly. They are very concerned about your satisfaction and wait time. I recently had to take my son there. He was seen quickly, diagnosed, had a cat scan, pain meds, and discharged all in a couple of hours. Great job!

We needed to go in to the ER for a simple ultrasound to make sure our baby was still doing okay. After 2.5 hours in the waiting room (with only 1 other patient ahead of us) we were admitted. We saw a nurse, who said the doctor would come and see us. 2 hours after that, I stepped out to the nurses' desk to see how things were going. They sent in a nurse practitioner who asked all the same questions as the first nurse and wrote the same answers on the same piece of paper as the first nurse. They finally sent a radiologist to do the ultrasound. Eventually the doctor (whom we never saw) sent us a bill for $1000 (on top of the emergency room bill and the radiologist bill).

Broke both of my legs slipping on the ice. Waited 3 hours in the waiting room to be seen. Staff was nice.

$700 for a 5-minute doctor's visit and a script for penicillin.
