We bought a little mixed breakfast. The coffee and hot cocoa were very thin.

Clementines for the kids were bad as in rotten, and they had no apples in stock. Otherwise it was fine with some junk food and we all got full in the end.

As in all McDonald's, only lukewarm food is served, just a few degrees above body temperature

Overall like a regular McDonalds. The food is fixed fairly quickly, overall clean and nothing immediately unexpected in the restaurant. However, it is very weak that the parking requires a p-disc. It is not well signposted and the surveillance is extreme. If you stand without a record for fifteen minutes, you can count on a fine of 700DKK. Not fun.

Often slow operation and long wait. Experienced cold food a few times. Many customers and staff can seem stressed.

Ended up going because BK was closed in the airport and we had 8hours to kill, Was your standard maccies, the cheese and chilli bites were really good, the double big T with bacon was good, the place seemed clean but the hand soap had ran out in the bathroom. also they had a different menu to what I'm used to in the UK but I think I liked it more, prices were higher than my local one in the UK maybe close to London prices not too sure, would go again.

Ok McD. Good place to wait if you need to pick up some at the airport

This McD has a good location next to the highway and the airport. You can park 1 hour for free right outside the restaurant, however it can be difficult to get a spot at peak hours. The restaurant also has a small play area for the smaller kids

Even by McDonald's standards it is tragic.
Long wait for orders, despite the small number of customers. Stale, hard and burnt bread. Sterile meat, with no taste or smell.

Probably the most miserable service I have ever experienced in my life. 10 min in line where after the 15 year old boy at the box tries to close this one and send people behind. The manager is more or less indifferent and the users are cold at delivery. A shining example of a lack of leadership and overview. The quality is very fluctuating. Have been past this McDrive several times - sometimes it all plays, efficiently and the food fresh / other times the opposite. You expect the quality and efficiency to be top every time, otherwise you choose to drive somewhere else

Just not okay. I didn't get what I ordered and for it to be right I had to pay more for it.
I could not get the receipt, so very much experience and therefore could not see why I had to pay more. Should pay 189, but assuming those prices should have been 170.
They seemed busy but many people were not there.

Even though it was outside rush hour, there was a long wait. Toilets were ugly so I could stay still.

Poor service and really sweaty toilets. Poop and blood on the seat. Worst McDonalds we've been to with the family.

its just mcdonalds.... but costs about twice as much as in other countries and they charge you for ketchup as well!

Brilliant place !! Has written history for Bornholms Gymnasie. I didn't reach the plane, but it was close :) The bags are filled with food from there.

Simply call .... Laaaaang waiting time for food and very private talk among the staff. Tell me ...... "it's not fast food"

Parking fine of 100 eur in Mcdonalds parking place. No explanation of parking rules in english even it is in International Airport area.

Nice place for quick crunch! But unfortunately I couldn't eat any as they serve either Beef or Ham only No chicken nor veggie is an option there..

This is the second time in a row that the man comes home from the drive-in and then there are errors and omissions in the order :( there was a burger missing for one menu and burgers without ketchup were asked and it was also forgotten. It is really bonded when you first discover it when you get home :(

Screwing regular customers to make money on COVID-19....
It was a bad experience visiting their branch. They had decided not to prioritize service to the regular in shop customers as they chose to priority McDelivery Instead. 10-20 guests were standing 45 min in queue and got no service. The only attention was from a staff member who ordered the waiting guests to stand up and not using the seats while waiting. The staff was complaining about the poor staffing to the boss. But the boss told loudly in the restaurant that they make more money on McDelivery!
I don t need McDonald s and especially not this branch...

The manager stood in the "shop" and scolded a staff member, did not raise a finger and pointed around the lack of "it and that and it", several tables were dirty and generally needed proper cleaning around the floor too .. But a sweet girl who served us, and smiled and wanted good evening ..

Good McD, the staff are fast, nice and efficient. However, one should be aware that there can be a long queue on the weekends. This queue often extends all the way to the roundabout. But I do not think that is the fault of the staff, it is more the infrastructure that is not geared to the pressure that is on the restaurant.
