Marriott Hotel Hyderabad Review

Ambiance is nice but food is worst never expect that taste less food also not a fresh.

The rooms and food is amazing ... The people extremely warm...it was very pleasant and memorable stay

Great hospitality. One problem that I faced was by 10:45 pm when I reached for dinner, a few food items got exhausted. So, food variety got very limited for me. I was expecting for it to be there for little longer.

The taste of food is same for the last 25 years great

Good place with bad odours of Hussein chemical sagar.
Ambient and food is good. But taste is average for a city like Hyderabad.
Finally its a famous hotel, abutting the tankbund.

The most terrible service when it comes to booking a room by calling the hotel directly!

I tried booking a room by calling them on their main number listed on Google. I came across the most Unprofessional staff. They have no phone etiquettes and I doubt if they are trained in handling customer calls at all.

When I called them inquiring about booking a room, I wasn t connected to the right department that handles booking. They kept me on hold for over 3 minutes and then cut my call. I called them thrice and each time the same thing! I just wasn t connected to any department and hence was not able to book a room.

I remember I faced the same situation last year as well due to which I couldnt book a room with Marriot. I m afraid, The staff receiving customer calls are not doing their duty well. Plus, the calls are not getting transferred to the concerned department.

I m Really very disappointed with Marriot. I request the management team to train their staff on how to handle queries over the phone, else they will lose customers. Your staff represents Marriot and I m sorry to say, they need to be better than that!

Very nice Hotel, stay in thus hotel very much worthy

One should enjoy the breakfast at this place by themselves. It is so Nice to have all sort of breakfast items at one place. It's expensive but once in while it can be affordable. I enjoyed my breakfast which i may not narrate here.

If you need to keep anything just purchase and move bcz far distance from hotel to any local shops..

Amazing menu at Okra Restaurant at Marriott. Buffet has good spread and most importantly food is great in taste.

A very nice restaurant. I have gone many times here. Very good food and ambiance on the shore of tankbund, Hyderabad. Buffet is very good.

It's comparable with Taj. Ambience experience can be improved, overall I had a decent experience.

The rooms have a fantastic view. The breakfast and dinner spread at Bidri is awesome.

The club Marriott membership offered though is pointless. People handling this division are not helpful and prompt. Marriott personnel do not entertain these coupons nor do they resolve our queries courteously. This is my 2nd renewal. Would not recommend this.

All the staff in the restaurant were very courteous.
The Sky gym in the hotel is the best I ve ever worked out in Hyderabad. The trainer Mr Rajender was very knowledgable and helpful during our stay.

Amazing rooms, food and a great experience and a great view of the lake Hussain Sagar

One of the best convention center in Hyderabad, while using Google map location where we get actually Marriott hotel, convention center is actually little far away from hotel entrance

Just beside the necklace road. Emp are good, but wished they would have automation in there room.

Nice rooms, good pool, prime location, many good restaurant inside, very good service.

I went to take an exam, the staff was very kind in recieving and guiding to the venue

Loved this place, the ambience was great and the reception too good. For limited guests this place is perfect to plan for any kind of family functions. Food was very tasty, every guest enjoyed every minute of it.

The place is ideally located within close distance of many sightseeing places in Hyderabad. Some rooms have spectacular views of the Hussainsagar Lake. There are 3 restaurants in the property - Okra, Bidri and Momo Cafe that cater to varied cuisines. Ample parking available at the property with valet services also available. They are many rooms that are suited for conferences and meetings. They even have a big hall that can cater to upto 600 people conference as well. Due to close proximity to Hussainsagar Lake there are a few mosquitoes and insects and also foul smell in the outdoors during some months.

It isn't upto the usual Marriott standard that I see across the world.

The place is beautiful with amazing rooms and food and some rooms having the view of the Hussain Sagar lake from the room.
The ambience is brilliant with amazing food and restaurants and the event management at the hotel is just brilliant to organise a wedding planner like a destination wedding.
I had stayed at the Marriott hotel when my best friend got married and they did an amazing job at organising the event so very well.
The negative or rather the area of improvement at the hotel is the odour and smell at the entrance of the hotel and the staff behaviour in terms of responding to room service.
But overall one of the best stays at a Marriott hotel across the country with just awesome people and the most memorable moments staying in this hotel.

One of the finest hotels in Hyderabad, The Lake view Bar setup is wonderful and the staff are very cooperative.Being one of the 5 star hotels it has all the facilities with fine dine restaurants. South Indian breakfast is a must try one. Hotel Has a very good greenery and pavement for walking.

A good place.. 5* hotel,, but much more look like 4*..
