Corporate hotel. International standard. Very good for couple of days stay. Very near to hyderabad railway station and 1 hour drive from the international airport. Opposite to the Hussainsagar lake. Good support staff and food service.
Very poorly maintained. Recently conducted an event here and the experience was shattering. The doors were broken, ac's not working properly and half the lights were not working in the banquet hall. Everything needed to be reminded 4-5 times to the staff in order to get it done. This does not resonate with the Marriott in Other cities. Massive disappointment and loss of money.

The services of the hotel staff is excellent. The room's hardware is old and the bed is not comfortable as it can't support my back. It is also because I had a spine surgery and require bed with a firmer support. Maybe it is just my room only.

We use this hotel every time we stay in Hyderabad. It s a great hotel, they got all accommodations and stay up to the Marriott Standards ik them for. Prompt and professional staff and service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They give complementary items such as chocolate. One of the concierge in the front is very nice, we see him every visit. Great person! Definitely recommend if you need a good place to stay.

Rooms are very clean and service is prompt. The layout of the hotel is quite confusing to understand at first as the convention centres and halls are located in different places. The access road is very inconvenient and the hotel is located next to open sewage so the smell is absolutely atrocious.
Came to this hotel after five years. Comfortable stay. However the curtains and linen of the rooms needs a replacement
Food is good and tasty and fresh. There is a good spread of South Indian dishes but lack continental and north indian dishes which am sure can be worked out. Staff is all interns of the HM institutions and lack experience in serving. They are only good for a front desk smile. Room service is pathetic and needs lots of improvement. I ordered some beer and snacks and had to remind the front desk after a lapse of 40 mins. Then they suddenly sent it. Taste of food is great and is fresh but service is poor.
The lake in front (Hussain Sagar) is a curse for the property. It stinks like hell. Cannot stand outside the hotel for even a minute. Wow. What impression we Indians are giving to all our foreign guests about the lake in hyd. Looks like the entire sewage of hyd rolls i to this lake. Yuks.
Hotel is great to stay and would love to stay here again and again.
I habe another two more days to go in this hotel and am loving the comforts and the food but surely staff needs to be pulled up for better and prompt response.

Firstly Hyderabad is an excellent city to visit. The people are great so is the atmosphere around here. I visited the hyderabad marriott hotel and convention here it is such a great hotel for any kind of purpose like staying,having food,or for any other purpose. The location of the hotel is absolutely a nice one the view from here of the whole city is amazing. If you want to see the whole beauty of the city then you should visit the hotel.The rooms here are good,having all sorts of necessary needs. They are nicely maintained and are taken a good care of. As per the services, it is excellent for anyone to feel at home here. Such nice people are here and they provide you with the best of services that you will never be able to complain about. My overall impression of the hotel is great i like it so much. It is a must visit place.

I had been there to meet a colleague. entrance has been aesthetically designed, reception area was well maintained.
Coming to valet, there was only one person to handle. there should have been atleast two when no. of cars increase because saw a person who came by car didn't find the concern to park the car & was wondering.
Hope this will be sorted out asap.
