It is a spectacular place but the pool but everything is perfect the bad thing is that there is no tub

I must say that we started with some details is in the attention, but for the good of the hotel they also have very effective staff, and they have immediately improved their attention

The hotel has very good facilities, but its service leaves much to be desired, as they are very slow and its premium all-inclusive does not include many products and service.

First class service, facilities, international food with excellent dishes outside the all-inclusive standards. Very spacious and comfortable rooms.

Excellent hotel, good service, pleasant staff, cleanliness and comfort

This resort is wonderful for groups and families. There are seemingly countless activities but also some nice quiet spots for those needing a break.

The food is fantastic.

The staff are very helpful.

The beach is PHENOMINAL!

Do NOT get sucked into the time share sales. My wife and I had a horrible experience with it in which I felt as though there was no possible way to say no to their pitch. I ended up walking out just to end the conversation.

However, that is not a knock on the resort itself. It's the only reason that this wasn't a 5 star experience.

This place is honestly incredible, the people, the beaches, the food. All perfectjust, like I imagined

Rooms had powerful oder that was hard to ignore. We stayed only 2 days cause we just wanted the "all inclusive" feel as we have a place already in Mexico, what they didn't tell us when reserving our room is that there is a 24 hour advance reservation required for any of the restaurants...needless to say we will never go back there. Between the loudness and the lack of help we got once we arrived its not worth it.

Great resort with lots to do for family and intimate couples. Food is fantastic. If you travel without children I recommend the Marival residences. You get access to both resorts. With children I recommend the resort.

Gross. Our family was unfortunately placed here overnight as a result of a cancelled flight. Mold in the bathroom, both the sink and tub drains were backed up, very uncomfortable mattress. Buffet serves bulk, flavorless food, and everything was sticky, from the floors to the chairs to the tabletops. Screaming kids running around everywhere at 10 p.m.

An unforgettable experience, Todoooo excellent Congratulations and Thank you, four years ago I came for the first time, and it was wonderful, today, they surpassed my expectation, my girls and my wife, very happy and I, more of seeing them ... Thanks Marival! !!

Staff attention is poor. If you are not a member, they treat you as if you do not deserve to use their facilities. They even border on the rude. The variety of your food and drinks in the "common" areas is very limited. The reservation to its restaurants is cumbersome and the quota insufficient. Not to mention clearly that their dress policies fall into the ridiculous considering that they demand what they don't give.

Excellent service but no beer assortment (only one brand)

Water is off for half the complex, you have to get buckets of water to flush the toilet. Have to bath in ocean, might as well go camping. Feeling grungy. Buffet is moved to a tiny area. Brazilian BBQ restaurant only opens 2 days a week. Not much empathy from concierge. Just lies.

Excellent place for holidays, very kind and attentive people,

We liked almost everything about the resort. Our room is always very clean, good a/c, plenty of bottled water, friendly staff/people, and great food. My only disappointment is the location. Don't get me wrong, the beach is fantastic but if you were wanting to go into the city it's about a 20 minute drive by taxi.

I write this so that they know that the activities offered at the hotel are not reliable at the time of the information, the man who sold us the activities offered us an activity without telling us that there was a weight limit, when we arrived at the activity they informed us about This and when we asked for reimbursement they told us that we could not, I do not know if the man in charge gives him part for selling the activities, but it does not mean that they waste your time and money and more on your vacations where time counts!

This is the kind of place that I will return always!!! Everything is great, food, rooms, pool all!!

One of the worst experiences I've had of a hotel "Semi included", in my life I returned to this hotel, terrible attention the only person who took good care of us was the guy with the suitcases, Everyone in this hotel works reluctantly, like that are not comfortable working there, especially bad reception, it turns out that I book in MARIVAL RESORTS, (NO LUXURY ACLARO NO LUXURY AND HAAAY 2 HOTELS ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS YOOO PAY FOR A FAMILY HOTEL) as it turns out that they do not tell you that in that hotel They came up with the incredible idea of splitting the hotel into 2, some who call them GRAND who treat well and really have everything included including all the pools, and some who call them CLUB, who treat you as if they were doing you a favor, and you can not use all the facilities, many beds are not for you, as well as restaurants and swimming pools that are in grand section according to them, (half hotel) small hotel with simple rooms, we are I wanted to order a crib for my bb, and they sent us a dreadful rusty old ferros with a deformed foam dam with a bad smell, supposedly a family hotel I do not understand, dreadful, they never filled us with the minibar because we were not grand, and Only 3 cans of soda, and much less water, we had to be looking for water in the hotel at night, semi-neat rooms, cheap shows with little imagination and bored, very few beds, and that I went in the low season, there is not even a single elevator, because for them you are not grand (I mean that for you are not important) as a leaning, you have to climb many stairs, with babies, and children I do not understand being family, really according to me before the city council they must have access and Elevator in your buildings no matter where you are, in my life I visit your hotel, in any hotel it does not matter which room you book, they treat you the same, and you enjoy ALL the hotel equally, your room n and the space of it has nothing to do with your stay, but here, you have to ask for a large suite but nothing more fences as a couple and you do not need so much to be treated well, dreadful fifth hotel.

Very good hotel, vacation with my wife, children and parents all we feel very well I like the food that is one of the things that are really appreciated for the good seasoning and the attention that has all the staff is excellent especially one of the boys who receive you (Acxel) and a girl who attends the beach club but I do not know what it's called, you feel at home, Sigan asi !!!
