Mama Carmen's Espresso Cafe Review

We went to breakfast on Sunday and everything we ate was great, very well prepared dishes and quality ingredients, I will return to try more dishes.

The food and coffee are of good quality. But the service is kaotic. And the exaggerated prices.

Costa Rican and tasty breakfasts. Avocado toast is to die for!

Tiny pretty little place with great service, drinks and food-sandwiches (big choice for everything).
Good-educated dogs are kindly welcome.

I love coming to Breakfast or Brunch, its Organic and BIO products are a Delight, the variety in Breads, Toasts, Teas, etc ... its endearing decoration that makes you feel with your stoves in the grandmother's house is divine and Its very attentive staff, you just have to have a little patience to be served and prices a little high for the quality of their products, but it is worth giving yourself the Taste!

I loved this place for breakfast, the place is small but very cozy, the manager is charming and the food is great.

I really like the love they put into doing things well, but when there are a few people you expect too much. The idea and the concept is great but without good service everything is spoiled. Matcha tea should perfect it. :)

The food and presentation of the excellent dishes. Everyone's attention was great except for one of the waitresses, who was a bit on the edge of asking for a photo and not taking it, when it only took 2 seconds of her time. I liked the decoration of the site.

The truth is that we received a terrible deal in this place. We were finished eating (with an hour to supposedly close the place) and the boy started to remove the tables from our side (being on the terrace) in an abrupt way ... we asked him if he closed and he said yes, tell him that we thought they closed at 15.30 or looked at us face ... Fatal ... It's a pity because the food is very good, but you do not feel like repeating after this experience.

Very good breakfast, everything is spectacular, ask what you ask for is worth it, everything is organic and the chic @ s are lovely. Super recommended.

It is my favorite cafe in Palma, very cozy, with a terrace that serves select products of very good quality. I have had breakfast there many times as they offer many healthy, creative, vegan and vegetarian options. The coffee is delicious, the team very attentive and friendly and they also make light meals at noon.

The food was ok when it finally arrived after one hour (a clean toast and some yoghurt). But the service and waiting was definitely below average...

Very good place for breakfast, small but nice, with terrace.

We were 4 people for breakfast, 3 coffees with toast and sweet, and granola with yogurt. The coffees arrived 20 min before the toasts, the granola took more than 30 minutes. We need to order a second coffee to pass the toast. The extremely uncomfortable benches and the monotonous music.

Beautiful place to have breakfast or lunch in a healthy way. Unbeatable everything: coffees, juices, porridges, granolas, toast ... and a magnificent presentation.
The prices are in line with the products, which are top quality.

Good coffee with many vegan options. The treatment is excellent and although they take a long time to prepare the dishes, they are made with great care. It is not cheap but it has quality.

This is one of those places that I don't want to review...it would be better if it was our little secret. The food is outstanding and unique, and they have a huge tea selection. It gets better every time we go.

There are very few tables and even so it took almost half an hour to take our orders, almost half an hour more to bring us coffee and the same to serve us the dish, almost a half hour for breakfast !! The tables and chairs are very cool and they give all the hit but they are so low that it is even uncomfortable to be so long, and to top it off, aside from expensive duty, I expected the bread to not be hard ... It seems to me a completely overrated place

Sun terrace, very good bio-homemade breakfasts, friendly and plural atmosphere. Highly recommended. Almost perfect. High but affordable prices. The worst, how slow (and absent-minded) the waiters are. For the rest, I invite you to try it!

UNBEATABLE! the best place for brunch and breakfast in Palma! The toasts (of beet bread) are death. The best coffee and the charming place. To put a but, perhaps they are a little slow in the service, although it is necessary to say that the wait is totally worth it. I will return without hesitation!

The food is amazing super good and unique flavors! The space is small so don't go without booking a table during the weekends. We had an issue with our reservation but it was solved in a kindly and friendly way, so we had a great time and enjoyed it a lot. We will come for sure!!

The food was good, not better not worse than expected. But the service is very slow ... taking the order, bringing the order! Paying was fast.

Quality "simmered"
The breakfast or brunch menu is very appetizing: the products are fresh and even some, organic. The presentation of the dishes enters first by sight, seducing her, and then does not disappoint the palate. The teas and coffees are of quality and are prepared with precision worthy of any lover or expert in them.
But there is no need to be in a hurry: the place is small, not very comfortable and there is hardly any space; On Sundays (I don't know the rest of the days), it fills up with people who may have to share the large central table or perch on the high chairs on the side ... and since the kitchen workplace is not very spacious either, no I think the pace can be further optimized.
Anyway the wait is worth it.

Lucky today to have this delicious Golden Milk, freshly made with coconut milk, cinnamon and turmeric. Also the dark roast coffee is good and the vegan chocolate cake is heaven in your mouth

He had wanted to go for a long time and without doubt the bar exceeded his expectations. I toasted with egg, avocado and tomato, accompanied with a small salad with seasonal fruit like figs. Coffee very good too. I was left wanting to try a boul of the ones in the menu. Without a doubt, I will repeat. The price maybe a bit expensive but I pay for it because it is definitely delicious.

GOOD: Cool space, nice outdoor too on the square, great smoothie bowls and other healthy breakfast options.
COULD BE BETTER: The blend, the grind or the way they pull the shots makes their coffee taste very sour.

The whole menu is vegan or vegetarian. Also some dishes you can choose between one option or another. The place is very small but cozy.

Super tasty, all fresh and high quality ingredients. The bread with a wonderfully crispy rind.

The concept is amazing. It is the second time we come and the pampering they put on it is phenomenal. But this second time we were waiting 15 min. Seeing the long wait, we go to the bar so that they take our orders and therefore they send us to sit at the site because they take the order at the table. Another 15 minutes pass and, tired, we return to the bar and they treated us badly, as if it were our fault that they asked us for a note. The food is really tasty but the attention is 0.

Very very good food. It is supposed to be for breakfast but every time I go to eat because they are very complete dishes and nothing cloying. Healthy food and great service. The place is quite small and what I don't like is that the terrace is crossing the road to the square.

Expensive prices, you pay for a single coffee, as if you were carrying unicorn milk ..

We went on a Saturday at 10 in December and inside we were told that we had to book but that we could sit outside. Outside there were already people sitting at the tables and we only had a few tables and chairs in miniature in which we did not fit the 3 people we went because the space reserved for the terrace is very small for the amount of tables and chairs that are there, that's why Half are children size. We separated some of the small ones to sit and leave our backs having breakfast without having to put our elbow in the coffee of the person next door and the waitress told us that we had to be inside the lines, but of course, it was impossible for us to fit. We went somewhere else. I think they are greedy because if they have little space, put the tables and chairs that fit in that space, not miniature tables in which the rest of the people are bothered, or pay more space, because the square is immense.

Not bad. Many ecological and green alternatives. Many vegan and vegetarian options but as it has been lately small premises, uncomfortable chairs, little space ... If the weather is nice, to the terrace without hesitation even though it is in the crossroads. It's okay to go once in a while.

The food is excellent and abundant, but you have to be patient to eat there. The staff is suuuuuuper slow! I work in the sector and things can be done with the same love but with a little more verve! I went for a friend who is vegan for breakfast, I loved breakfast but I will not be back, I was about to miss a plane because of the slowness (more than 30 min to serve a breakfast! And let the waitress know that I had to go to the airport) a shame, because the food was really good.
