Great place to take the whole family... It has go carts, mini , bumper , batting cages and a water park in the summer. The beat part is if you go online and buy tickets it cheaper then buying once you get there..

Going downhill fast. Tonight they had one completely unmotivated kid working the concessions line named Devan I believe... everything he did was in the absolute slowest manner possible, and after waiting in line 15 minutes to order and then another 20 for our food, it sat in the window another 6-8 minutes waiting on him to fill the straws, hand out another order, refill the cups (which were not empty), hand out another order... take two more orders, fill those drinks, and when I finally asked him if we could have our food he looked at me in disbelief like I was asking him to lick my shoe and wanted to see my receipt. Then, after we finally ate and had been there a whole hour, we waited in line for 20 minutes for a $9 six minute ride on the gocarts, and then we went to play some games, which to my true dissatisfaction about half are out of order. HALF. No lie. And some of the games are as old as I am. We're going back tomorrow to use-up the remaining money on our card, and wont be going back. With Dave and Busters up the street and so many better venues around there is not a chance in hell I'd spend another dollar here.

Great place to take your kids for go carts, batting practice, arcades, and more. They also have a nice water park. For kids to cool off when it is hot. So bring a towel and let them wear their swim suits to run through the water and slide down the water slide.

This use to be such a fan place to come and enjoy yourself. Not anymore!! Not worth the money. Waited over 2 hours to ride the go carts. While playing mini golf 2 little kids kept running over our game and taking our balls. Maybe it's not so bad for 2 people. I would not recommend it for a family of 5. Very disappointed and mad about all the money we spent for 2 activities.

Malibu Grand Prix in Norcross, GA is by far the wo...

Malibu Grand Prix in Norcross, GA is by far the worst family entertainment center I have ever been to. That s saying a lot because after 10+ years of being a nanny and now a mom of 4, I ve seen my fair share of these places. From the moment we walked in I was a little concerned with the overall upkeep, but I figured it was summer and they were getting a lot of business and might be having a hard time keeping up. Well it didn t take long to figure out that my benefit of the doubt may have been very generous. Below is a list of issues we encountered:
Pretty much dirty everywhere. Patrons evidently had no issue throwing trash on the ground and the staff was in no hurry to pick it up.
The mini golf course had a theme but it was obvious nothing had been painted or spruced up in many years. Both courses were just dull .
There was trash on the putting greens. Worse than that, a few flood lights were busted and the remains of one of them were still on the putting green.
There were only two functioning bumper boats. What fun is that??
The arcade was having an all you can play on non-ticket games if you purchased a wrist band. However, we had tokens and were exiled to the outer ring of games. This would have been tolerable if at least half of the games available to us worked.
Then we get to the go carts. This was worst part of our experience for a few reasons. The crowd we ended up on the track with was horribly rude, which I know was not the management or staff s fault, but the way they handled the issues was. My 8 year old was yelled at by an attendant for bumping a car that was cutting across the track from side to side in an attempt to keep anyone from passing. Bumping isn t permitted but accidents can t be avoided with that sort of behavior but fine, he broke the rule. My problem came when both myself and my partner were bumped at different times by this same group of teens in what seemed like a very intentional manner and the staff laughed rather than reprimanding them. My partner was hit so hard that her car was turned around.
We decided to ask to speak to the manager on duty because the teenage staff was so unfair and amused by the situation. That s when we experienced the biggest issue in my opinion. Come to find out, the manager on duty couldn t have been much older than a teenager herself. She seemed to have a hard time understanding what our issue was but finally decided to go speak with her staff that was working the go cart track. That talk turned into a giggle fest. Once she was done chatting with her staff, she came over and asked if well do you want to ride again? At that point we were done and honestly didn t feel like the situation was going to improve so we left.
I was going to contact their corporate office but Palace Entertainment only publishes their street address in the contact info on their corporate site. No email address and no phone number. Somehow I am not surprised with the condition of their facilities. I will do further research to track down more direct contact information later today.

Bottom line ..SKIP IT!!!

Great place for gamers, I loved how eager the staff was willing to assist, the only recomendation I would offer is if you pay for a unlimited card on the arcade, your child should still be able to win a prize when you cash your card in.

I have not been here yet, but I had the most amazing experience with Danielle when trying to decide on a place to take my son for his birthday so I had to leave a review. She was super knowledgeable about everything, patient with my questions and just a joy to interact with. Thank you Danielle for representing so well that I had no choice but to bring my child to this establishment.

Not just for kids..Grown people have fun too.
My job "Georgia Auto Gallery" went to give a farewell celebration to a former employee. We had a great time and we enjoyed ourselves. We ordered pizza for the group and it was delicious. From battling on the tracks to the game room, we had a wonderful time.

My daughter had her birthday party at Malibu. The kids had a blast. It's a little outdated, arcade games don't all work correctly but the staff was wonderful and the kids loved it. We will be back for sure

Great family friendly establishment that'll certainly keep the kids entertained and happy. The cafe is overpriced for what you get being that you get frozen precooked food that's been warmed up. I wouldn't plan a day out of this place, but it's definitely a good way to get the kids in a fun environment for a couple hours.

Thank goodness for the Unlimited Games/Rides special... cause this could've been a bad experience. The service overall was good, but I didn't like waiting in line so long for the go cart. It would've been better if the employees would spend less time socializing with each other. Speaking of, how can you be called 'Malibu Grand Prix' with ONE go cart track?? Next, half the food menu was 'OUT'. But I did have a hot dog . Anyway, any time with the fam is GOOD! ...(but again, thank goodness for the special discount price)...

Great place for young kids to enjoy. Nice size arcade, bumper boats, race track, batting cage, and a water park. The mini golf course would be fun if the course didn't steal your ball. And don't even think about ordering food. It takes an act of Congress to get someone to take your order. Then when I got the food, it was over cooked(bbq wings).

Discrimination against Muslims. Can't wear a headscarf for gokarting? Dumbest thing ever, there's hazards in everything, including driving what people do all the time. It is clear discrimination to ban anyone from covering their head if it is for a religious purpose. Just because they don't understand it, it is a clear infringement on first amendment right of freedom of religion. No respect for people that are different.

Not a very good experience overall. We were 3 people who had unmatched Groupon voucher. We asked if there was any way to upgrade one of the vouchers to match the other 2. They told us that would not be possible, so the our Groupon was wasted here. They have 26 cars but only utilizes 12 on the track at a time so it makes for hour long wait. Track is not maintained so the board for lap time and best time is not working. Some cars have some issues and seems to not be running right. Kids seem to enjoy the cars in service.

My mom, sister, and I took my nephews (ages 5 & 4) the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. We arrived a little after 2pm. The line to check in for payment was decent, the lines for go karts for decent, & the lines for bumper boats was decent; we were actually the first in line when they opened the bumper boats...there was a delay in opening the bumper boats because of the water level needing to be increased. They really enjoyed the water park. We will definitely be returning.

IF YOU WANT TO DO ANYTHING BESIDES ARCADE, WEAR CLOSE TOED SHOES!!!

I havent been to Malibu in about 2 years so when I went recently, I was excited! However, I realized that it was not anywhere near as fun as I remember it being. The games where you could win prizes were all broken and there is actually a pretty small amount of games... I am 16 and extremely dissatisfied. Maybe this place is for younger kids... Eat before you get there because the food is overpriced. If I want to have real fun, I go to Main Event.

I went to this place yesterday with my 12 year old special needs son. He was so excited to be there.
My son has IDD which means he has slow understanding. The manager spoke so harshly to him and intimidated him so much because my son stopped a few yards after the stop sign.

My son got so flustered and upset, he didn t play anything after that.

Being the manager, l expected a higher level of integrity and compassion than other staff even.

Later, a young staff member apologized to me on his boss behavior.
