Lowther Pavilion Theatre Review

Lovely building. Seats spaced really well. The show was amazing. The ushers and floor attendants very helpful. A very enjoyable evening.

Fabulous evening watching 'A Concert for Christies' - highly recommended.

Really honest panto. Just as it should be. Needs toilets improving though

Can't wait till the renovation is complete but what a great local theatre, more smiles from the box office at times though maybe?

Nice place, lovely park with stuff for kids to do. Cafe, toilets and easy parking. Right on the sea front as well.

Attended here for a concert. A small theatre, but well planned with good facilities. Helpful, friendly staff - always nice to be greeted with a smile.

Nice cafe food good large variety of cakes the egg custard delicious just like my mum used to make the concert hall/theatre has some great shows and events also concerts and a cinema showing old films staff helpful

Went to see Steve Harley here very nice venue and have booked to go there again. There is a small cafe and also a bar.

Very good. Has good facilities e.g. tennis court, toilets, cafe, children's playground and a place for concerts. Nice place to go for a walk around and nice nature. The cafe has good food, it serves lunch and tea. Overall this is a very good place and I do recommend it.

Lovely open green areas ..can each bowling or just relax. Cafe and outside toilets with outdoor eating area. Nice garden area inc pond.

Was there to see a concert by The Mersey Beatles. Good venue, reasonable seating, clean toilets. Bar was very busy, but probably to be expected.

Always an excellent antique fare. Food in the cafe is varied and plentiful. Lovely grounds and facilities.

Used to be very much better. Popularity has brought problems. Last three visits unable to find a seat indoors and outdoors inadequate. Quality of product not quite what it was.

We visited Lowther Gardens to go to the Drive in cinema. It was brilliant, so organised and well run and very helpful staff. Toilets were available to use and the bar was open. All staff were wearing masks, even those outside.
Would highly recommend.

Wonderful provincial theatre that hosts some excellent productions with a wide variety of artists. Pleasant and helpful staff. Always considered it to be well worth the journey for a great evening out.

Relatively cheap food in the cafe of a good quality. Nice little kids play area 20 metres away too.

Didn't see much of the pavilion, lots of people enjoying themselves. Not a lot of parking spaces.

A great venue for concerts albeit small. The cafe however is an expensive experience though the service is fast and courteous.

Our party of five from 3yrs old to 92years young thoroughly enjoyed todays 1pm Pantomime. The whole cast were extremely enthusiastic and entertaining. Its a LOVELY venue with friendly staff. Great value for money. THANK YOU AND MERRY CHRISTMAS.xx

Great small theatre and intimate atmosphere whether bands,plays, or comedy shows. Also good service at the bar and polite staff throughout.

Really lovely place tea is lovely and a good relaxing atmosphere

I feel this place is great for both locals & visiters alike.

Very friendly staff good prices yummy cake in the Caffe and amazing grounds recomend to people I know would go back.

Went for a day out to to Blackpool, and driving back stopped at Lowther Park.

Lovely seaside park featuring water displays, statues and minor woodland.

The pavilion it's self was charming featuring a cafe/restaurant. This is also attached to a pavilion featuring acts and plays performed by local performers, and international stars.

Worth a visit if you are in Lytham, and require a hot drink to save you from that whistling seaside air.

Lovely little park with a fantastic dog friendly cafe with homemade cakes.

Nice venue, even better since its been revamped. Cafe always busy but worth it. Gardens are pleasant and well maintained.

Another local park that is popular with the locals. Nice play area for the kids to enjoy, plenty of space to ride bikes.

If bowls is your thing or crazy golf then these facility's are also available as well.

Love this theatre. Great and up and coming artists as well as old time classics.

Went their with the grandkids and the ark was lovely

Saw Dance to the music. Great auditorium. Seat up to 350. Bar open right next to hall. Easy access. Enjoyed the experience.

Visited for the Freckleton brass band Christmas concert. Sell out as usual , great evening. Shame about the time it takes to get out of the auditorium at the finish. Really bad design of the aisle on the raised area. It would be chaos if there was a fire.

Great venue, and the cafe is worth visiting. The food and cakes are all homemade.

The staff wasn't welcoming, we booked to see a matinee show and were waiting for our taxi at 5PM which was running late by a few minute and we were told to wait outside by the staff even though it was raining, the theatre was freezing and the taps in the toilets didnot have hot water as well at the toilets being dirty.

Lovely staff and perfect location for a cake after a walk along the front. Plus you get your parking back!

Cafe very busy, managed to get served, friendly staff, coffee ok, had to sit outside but weather stayed fine.
