Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and Arena Review

This review is strictly for the Senior LA Memorial Coliseum. I brought my 85 year old friend and what a blast it was! The meatloaf lunch was beyond delish, the a/c was keeping us cool and Denise made the experience very fun! It's every 3rd Thursday of the month until the end of the year. Do yourself a favor and grab your favorite senior and get your BINGO on!! Oh and that view!!

Terrible stadium. Bad set up, poor mobility. Dangerous really. But the Rams Are Great.

Thought walking distance would be closer and better parking...

Been here many times. Every time I come I'm impressed by the magnificence of this structure.

I remember many years back running in a 10k race for cancer that finished inside the coliseum. What an amazing sensation it was to run on the track where Joan Benoit won the first ever women's marathon in the Olympics in this very stadium.

The new Coliseum is really nice, it still has that nostalgic feel without the old-world smells

You can tell it is an older venue as the bemches are very close together. Great pools though!

Parking needs to be better and the stadium need updating

It's so cool just walking in air and style was awesome

The only up side is the stadium's historical significance. Otherwise a tired, uncomfortable and lack lustre stadium with ridiculous security requirements and rules. I wouldnt bother going again.

I've seen some great football games at the Coliseum.

I'm only 5'4" and my knees were pressed up against the row in front of me. Super cramped. :(

2019 Helpful HONDA gave us pre-game field passes

2017:Needs an upgrade. Expensive Rams seats. Historical place though
2018-2019: So they are updating the home side BOX seats and announcer booths and kicked us out of the that side and we are sitting on the sunny and hot vistior side for the same price.
Aug2019-finaly a LOOOOONG awaited upgrade. Seating is much better eith safer railings for the stairs.

The pros: you really don't have a bad seat no matter where you get tickets. Also all the history involved and there is a great tailgating crowd for football.

The cons: way too expensive...the parking...food....beer....all over priced. I don't want to spend 60 bucks on parking than 15 on a beer!

I love LA Memorial Coliseum, is one of landmark from the freeway. Besides bringing lots of people together in sport season all the holiday events that present here is the best place you can be. Love it a lot.

History which is a must see. The only place were two and the third is upcoming Olympics have been held.

Awesome to visit an historic olympic venue, but the place has not aged well.
*Also the Rams fans chant "Whose House?...Rams House!" In USC's place when their 'house' is being built next door...

Growing up near the Los Angeles Coliseum has given me many opportunities to see many football games, concerts and just hang out with family. This place will always be beautiful to me and I look forward to many more family moments with football and concerts.

Not a bad seat in the house. Old and antiquated but that adds to the charm. Parking in the surrounding neighborhood sucks. A Los Angeles sports cathedral

Went there for the electric daisy carnival 2010 . Speachless on how big an how many people were there an lights an carnival rides

It is an excellent exhibit worth visiting. Set aside at least 3 hours so you can visit the other great installations on offer. Great day out for kids and adults alike.

Pretty cool historical place. Since I'm a Bruin, I like to take pics and send them to my Bruin friends to annoy them. I only went here for the Make a Wish walk and it was pretty cool.

It took too long to get inside the Coliseum for an nfl divisional game. About 1hr and half!

I had a very good experience here last week. I really like the stadium for its atmosphere.

Back in 1980 - 1984 I lived in the apartments on MLK drive and saw the 1984 Olympics at my front door. I remember it like it was yesterday. those apartments have been long torn down .

Parking is a joke and the line to actually get into the game makes the TSA look good. almost an hour to get through the gate!!

Great soccer and football memories as a kid in the 80's and 90's with the LA Raiders, USC, Mexico, and Chivas...

That place smells as crappy as the team that plays there.

Amazing structure! I just imagine how does it feel to be in 1932, when the olympic games was in Los Angeles. If you like to know history about the local area where you are, go to that place.

Glad the Rams won, but there's gotta be a better way to handle traffic.

It was my very first sport game in a stadium and what can I say .. I absolutely loved it !! It was amazing, the crowed was unbelivable, the crowd just amazing, the atmosphere ... nothing else to had, just perfect. Even tho a lil fight happened in the crowd during the game, the rest of the moment was good, It was a great game. I wish I could live again that moment. I truly felt the american spirit.. Dope as hell.

I gave 4 stars because it holds a good memory for me. But there s nothing to do there

This place should be roped off as a museum but definitely not allowed to host sporting events. The experience is terrible for watching live sports...atleast Rams games.
