Easy parking. Kids love it. Layout is a bit spread out therefore keeping an eye on two young children that don't stop running can be a bit difficult, which also means you can't relax as easily while they play.

The property is also split level, with a ramp between the two levels and tables not far from the bottom of the ramp. If your child is riding a plastic ride on bike, you have the worry of them crashing in to other children, or an adult carrying tea, etc.

If you are are one adult watching two, both whom are two to three years apart, the play areas for the two age groups are not in easy line of sight of each other.

The comments are extreme but are relevant to our children, and I am certain many will not have these issues, hence a healthy 4 stars and not less.

Our children do love this location and have a good time playing there.

There is a good selection of food to eat for them too. They enjoy the sweets, near the exit, they have fun turning the handle and watching them drop in to the paper bags provided.

Toilets at both ends of the centre is good.

It's a place we recommend to take your children.

The equipment is excellent, especially for toddler age up (say 3). Gets very busy at peak times, but they operate a waiting list to keep number of children on equipment manageable. Only thing lacking is quality of food: it's OK, but feels made to a price. Breakfast sandwiches worth avoiding.

Two stars is only because toilets are really dirty and unhygienic. Staff are nice and helpful, looks like they are taking care of play and waiting area but nobody are checking customer toilets. It is not safe to use toilet here and because of this I would not recommend that place and will not come again.

They have a cafe that is great value for money...
They are being taken over or going into partnership. So they will be adding new cool stuff like lazers and a sensory room. New menus and low sugar foods that's what the leaflet says kidz play I think it's gonna be called .

Used to be reasonable but the price now makes it a lot less attractive. Had to use the torch on my phone to use the toilets, couldn't find a light switch. Not bothered getting a drink for myself because there are no prices displayed, I'm not prepared to order a coffee and then find out its also overpriced.

Went here with my 1 year old and my friend and her 1 year old. Place is cleaned frequently and socially distanced. Food is nice and simple. Really enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast. Several vegetarian options available - pretty sure they could do something vegan but it would be very simple. Staff are very attentive and helpful. An older girl had an accident on the baby section and a staff member cleaned it very swiftly and thoroughly. It's not as big as some other soft play centres but it is nicer and friendlier and they give you craft sets to use there or take home and do.

It's safe and fun for the children, and the place is kept reasonably clean. A bit on the pricey side. Also, given that it's parents' responsibility for their children's behaviour, when kids run amok, no one tends to do anything about it, which can be frustrating. More often than not, however, we've been quite happy going there.

I went here with one of my granddaughters and her mum she was only 18months and i think the equipment was not very suitable for her age group. There was a small area where you could get a drink and small cake

Visited here on Saturday 20th of May 2017. Nice place, well looked after, very popular. Decent size play area for kids with slides, zip lines, climbing apparatus etc. Nice little area to the side for toddlers n babies too. Lots of seating and some comfy couches in there as well. Apparently you can stay here for as long as you want, we stayed just over 2 hours, so it's great value for money. Definitely one of the best play centres we've visited yet!

my little boy was assaulted by a "MAN" this afternoon. I have never been so disappointed with an establishment like that. Who basically told the man I would be calling the police giving the man time to leave. When it was proven that my little boy wasnt even involved in the altercation with his daughter. He still wouldn't apologise to my 5 year old little boy. My child is no angle and even if he had been involved he still should never have had to go through having a fully grown Male adult put his hands on him and call him names that he should never have been inflicted on him. If that is how he deals with his children I suggest the mother of his daughter leaves him because she is not been brought up to show people any respect and to be honest his daughter looked terrified when he was carrying on in my face. My I add I had my 6 week old new born also witnessed to this and my 5 year old clinging onto me as he was so scared. WHAT A MAN the only thing the manager could say to me is please dont put this on social media as it's not our fault. Agreed but you aloud the man to stay in you work place where it's open souly for CHILDREN after a 5 year old has been assaulted. Leaving at his own accourd like he had done nothing wrong.

Went there for the first time on 02/18. A pretty decent place for children from age 6 up. My eldest is 8 and could never run out of things to do. The only downside I have is the lack of either staff or the lack of structure. My youngest is 19 months old. This place is ment to be designed for babies as well yet older children were all over the place in the babies area hence nearly injuring my child. If there was some structure or someone monitoring the areas this would help.

I was there for the first time yesterday and unfortunately the staff treated me horribly. I was followed in the play area and asked to pay in the middle of my stay whilst everyone else paid at the end only for the other staff to ask if I had paid when I was leaving. The one who came to get payment from me didn t issue a receipt and it seemed the other staff was doubting if I had paid. It s like the staff thought I d escape without making payment!! This treatment was nasty and I felt awful!

This changed for the worst.I used to take my son to the old building, which was great. Now it's moved,it isn't as good,so have stopped coming. It seems to be aimed at younger kids, and is alot smaller than the old building.
