Visited for lunch, and was left feeling disappointed. Location and decor is fantastic, service is average but the food is poor. Lacking flavour and quality thoughout all 3 courses. Sorry but I won t be back, Ealing has much better places to dine.

The buttermilk chicken is amazing here as are their BBQ. A friendly and relaxing environment with helpful staff for a reasonable price. Would come again.
Had the Californian Chicken burger, yard of Tacos and the warm apple pie 2 year ago. The food was amazing and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this place.
Also, had my 30th birthday celebration last night at Limeyard. The food and staff were AWESOME! Also, Tadas from the restaurant is the man!!
Had a fantastic night! Did not feel rushed by staff. The only problem (and it was only slight) drinks took quite a time to arrive after ordering. I would definitely go back again.
We went there as a couple for breakfast and we were asked to be seated under the stairs while there were plenty of empty other tables. I didn't want to sit to the table that they showed us. When I asked about empty tables I was told that those were reserved for a big group which was a lie basically. They seated individual other couples to all empty seats.
What is your selection criteria for seating couples?
A very big thank you to the staff at limeyard today. We came in unannounced with a party of 14 for lunch and we were accomodated beautifully. The food was amazing. A special thank you to Dana who looked after us superbly.
Love dipping into this chilled cafe for great coffee, pancakes and the ribs are awesome too. Lovely staff and reasonable prices compared to some of the other cafes in Ealing.
Great service and great menu. Chilled atmosphere I been here for breakfast lunch and dinner. Such a great place for a catch up. Love the cocktails and your never rushed
Went on Sunday for brunch... they got everything wrong. Ordered pancakes and they forgot the syrup, by the time the syrup came the pancake were stone cold.... Ordered a kids meal and the waitress forgot it. Please just write the order down... My order is not a memory test. All in all the food was good, just felt very let down by the service....
The building is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful but the food is mediocre, I had a poached egg which was very bland and watery. They also claimed to not have milkshakes even though several other customera had them at their table. The cocktail are quite good and good value if you can get them 2 for 1. Showing a student card will usually get you the deal anytime of the day.
It was my first time having eaten here and I won't be back. Dirty drinking glasses upon arrival. Sticky table. Popcorn chicken might aswell have been fried batter alone since the chicken was little to none. The burger was greasy/oily enough I couldn't finish it. And the churros for dessert were undercooked inside. When I complained to the waitress she was very apologetic however nothing was done to rectify the situation and to top it all off I am convinced the manager was made aware of the problem shortly after complaining; not that he cared enough to do anything about it though. The waitress who served us was not at fault and was very helpful. It is a shame the food was such a huge let down. :(
Dropped into the Limeyard for a post Christmas shopping meal.Drink's I really like that the Limeyard offer's water as you sit down.Pre starter munchies.Had the Pepper, Olive, garlic.. really good, better than most.Mains I had ribs ,wife Chicken.Limeyard do's the chicken really well. Me Rib's.Cola sauce scrummy. So who left the chillie with the seeds in guy's..unless your a chillie head I'd think about asking them to remove it.It adds nothing, caught me by suprise. If anything it spoilt my main's as I was left with just the taste of chillie's.
Really enjoy the vibe and decor here the staff are lovely and greet you with a smile. Would love if there were more veggie options from the breakfast menu then would definitely give 5*
The food was OK although the coleslaw tasted gone off. My friend had steak, it was overcooked and the size of a small burger. For the price we both expected better. Plus point: the cocktails were nice.
There was twelve of us and the service was excellent.
Our server was a guy name John (The third, nick-name, Trip).....
He was wonderful, so helpful, engaging and very helpful and patient with us.
The food was tasty. But my favourite are the starters. The prawn starter, spare ribs, Salt and Pepper squid, The lovely bread with home made garlic butter.. So tasty the group ordered 4 portions.
Please try it people, lovely relaxing place..
Good food and they also do really good cocktails, (2 for 1) till late.
You can also sit outside and if it get too cold they have cozy little blanket to keep you nice and warm.
The cocktail and beer offer is such a good idea :) I usually tend to go here for drinks and have cheesy chips as a snack (not on the menu but so good...) The burgers here are also very good and the tacos tasty too! It's a lovely environment for drinks and just to sit and relax without being like a pub but still casual and chilled.
We went here on a date for lunch and cocktails- I don't usually like mojitos but my date loves em so we chose a strawberry one and a coconut one for me... yummy, I'm converted! Food is always amazing even if the service is slow. But that's why I go there, I like to take my time eating and talking with company and the staff don't rush you. Amazing staff, lovely place, very good drinks and very good food!
With the good weather, I decided to go for a walk last night down to Ealing Broadway with my mate to get some food. There's a massive selection of restaurants down there, but I had been to most of them before. We checked out a few menus outside some restaurants close by but nothing caught our eye. A few more steps and we stumbled across Limeyard, I didn't even know it existed, but the menu seemed pretty good as I love American style food and drinks.
As we stepped inside, we were greeted by Tom, who was more than helpful. He told us that there was a booth becoming available at any moment so we sat at the bar and ordered a drink while we were waiting. the barman was very cheerful and made us a couple of really tasty cocktails. I had the Koko Mojo which is a coconut Mojito which I had never heard of, it was so nice. My friend ordered a classic Margarita which was really good too. I asked the barman what food he would usually go for and he said the Coca Cola Ribs or the Californian Chicken Burger. Also he told me that the place was only open about 6 months or so.
We ordered a half yard of tacos, my friend is a veggie so he had 3 veggie ones and I had 3 beef brisket ones which were tasty bites to start us off. There was so much on the menu that I didn't know what to order for a main, and Tom was serving us and he also recommended the ribs, which I thought would be too messy, so I ordered the Californian Chicken Burger which was really nice, it had guacamole and mango salsa which was really summery food, and it came with sweet potato fries which were perfectly crisp, a lot of places under cook them in my opinion and they're usually too soft.
My friend ordered the Halloumi and Grilled Vegetable Burger which he loved, it looked really good. the dessert menu looked really good but I was stuffed after the main, pity! I'm also kicking myself that I didn't order the ribs as I saw a photo of them on Twitter after I got home, they look amazing. Next time I will definitely be ordering them, no question. I will be there regularly as the food and the staff were excellent and the place has a relaxed vibe to it aswell, really nice place and something that Ealing Broadway needed.
Great family place! Very friendly and attentive staff that will do all they can to accommodate your taste (even let us tried the lemonade before ordering it) and the food is delicious in addition to reasonable prices. Definitely go there for a Sunday brunch or any other occasion!
The waiters were lovely the first time we went, the second time, 08/08/2018 the waiters exactly the same as the first time, very professional, but the one I guess was the manager that day, a gentleman in plaid shirt and jeans , after an hour eating and drinking, we ask for a cider, after more than half an hour without receiving the cider, I tell him that we are waiting a long time for the cider, and in very bad ways he brings it to us. I have to say about this man, who was flirting and kissing behind and outside the bar with a girl who was a client who was at the tables outside, evidently was more aware of his particular affairs than of his work. A total lack of professionalism, after paying us brought the change, he continued with his face of anger with us, except this man, I recommend the place. I do not know if I'll be back.
Very nice pancakes for breakfast. All juices and smoothies were not on menu and I didn't understand why, however it was still a great meal. Looks like it would be quite lively in the evening.
Cosy cafe with friendly atmosphere. The food is very nice. The pancakes are simple and delicious with generous amount of fruits. Smoothie was refreshing. Staff were nice and friendly. Make sure you reserve before coming as they are very busy. Prices are reasonable
If you are curious how tastes plastic bag, that's the place for you. Worst restaurant ever (frozen, heated in microwave food) + service charge 3.50 (2 small 'main' meals)
Great place, great value for quick brunch. Pancakes: fluffy, sweet and airy. Always ask for more syrup though, they are so stingy. Bish i like my pancakes soaked in sweetness. Also they have this rare caramel dulce thing- Ask more for that too. Basically ask for more always unless you have diabetes.
Salmon. Not so fresh. Service: Great and friendly.
The staff are really friendly and quite attentive. We didn't have to wait too long for the food to arrive. It was tasty but 6 out of 7 of us agreed that the food was a bit cold. We are though because we were really hungry. Staff took that feedback though and said that they would have been happy to fix it. Nice range of choices on menu. Order a breakfast Bellini and they didn't actually mention that because of the alcohol licence, they couldn't serve it til 11 00 - completely understood but would have been good to know when I ordered as there wasn't a note on the menu.
I can t begin to explain how unbelievable the waitress was I asked her to pack my bacon and she just threw it in a paper bag I honestly had no words at the time I know it s called a doggy bag but come on!
Amazing. What an amazing vintage atmosphere. The breakfast is a very tasty and healthy options. Its a must try. Come on a day off and have breakfast. You will love it
over priced , buttermilk chicken was tasteless and unseasoned ( maybe only salt and pepper used ) . mac n cheese tasted watery , not enough cheese sauce . will not be coming here again
Good American cuisine, with certain southern menu items. I believe the cheerful owner is from Cali, however, I was very disappointed with the fact that the Iced Tea was not refillable. Infact, they charged quite a price for the refill.
Other than that, the ambience is good, wait staff is good and the food is acceptable.
The bathrooms are located upstairs and they are clean.
It's basically a walk from my buddy's place so we decided to try it one fine day in February.
Came in when exploring the area after recently moving in, we came in quite close to the closing time on a Friday but our server was very friendly and helpful when finding a place for us and serving us. Wonderful selection of drinks, and the menu looked lovely, definitely will be coming again to try out more of their options!
Terrible food, tasteless, won't be going back. Avocado houmous was tiny and bland, served with overcooked bread. Buttermilk crispy chicken was dropping in oil. Steak was chewy and bland, though chimmichurri was good. Brownie was tasty, though pistachio ice cream had clearly been refrozen on its plate several hours earlier. Overall, disappointing.
