I approached License 2 Drive for my international license conversion. My experience was very amazing. I would highly recommend David from L2D's team. He was so patient and explained the regulations to me in the most simplest way possible, which really helped me in minimizing my spent on learning lessons. He was also very flexible and worked with me on the timings aligning to my diary which again, really helped me in getting my license quickly while maintaining the continuity of the learning experience. My instructor, Malcolm, was very friendly and patient, which made learning to drive quite enjoyable. The practice allowed me to pass the test first try.

Ian, thank you for all your motivation and incredible knowledge through my lessons. Today I was successful on my driving test and I am so grateful for Ian s support and instructions. I have more than 10 years experience driving overseas but I still felt nervous driving on a different side of the road and Ian taught me the right instructions to be confident driving in Australia. From my first encounter with him I knew I had the right instructor. He was courteous and prompt in responding to my initial enquiries. He answered all my queries, pinpointed problematic areas, and took the time to explain things in a way I could understand or relate to. He was particularly helpful in dealing with my anxieties about driving, encouraging me, but also knowing when I needed a bit of a push. It really helped to build my confidence in my ability to drive in Australia. He is very good at making you more relaxed, and I appreciated his sense of humour. I felt that he genuinely wants you to learn to drive well along with passing the test, and his lessons offer real value for money because of his experience and skill as an instructor. He is a real professional at his job and I would recommend him to anyone looking to learn to drive.
Wow! I'd have to say David is the #1 instructor in the Northern beaches. David's knowledge, and advice honestly reflects of how good an instructor he is. I passed my test with little nerves due to knowing the roads, rules and skills after working with David. I would honestly have to say, if you want laugh but also some impeccable advice David has it all. I had to convert my overseas license to the NSW license and Ian guided me through the process with great information. Thereafter, I signed up for 2 x 1-hour lessons with Malcolm as well as the Driving Test Day Package. Although I have been driving for more than 30 years, I had to unlearn some bad habits. Malcolm was very professional and took very good care of me. He gave great advice on my areas of improvement. His calm nature was an added bonus and he was such a great support on my Test Day! With his guidance, I passed on my first attempt! Thank you, Malcolm!

As an overseas licensed driver, I had many stubborn habits not to mention driving on the other side of the road. Before signing up with this school, I tried another two instructors - who were considerably cheaper yet gave me some really really hard time. When I called to book my first lesson I was sceptical at first and specifically asked for someone who s experienced and patient at the same time, and indeed Rick was way beyond my expectations. He knows what he s doing, his comments are precise and clear, he s calm, experienced and most importantly VERY patient. He focused on being able to drive safely rather than passing the exam , those lessons are indeed the best investment I ve made in Australia so far. If I were to give this school 5/5 I would most definitely give 10/5 for Rick!

I would highly recommend David from License2Drive. I was a very nervous driver and he helped build my confidence to go for my test. Rick is an excellent instructor who taught me how to drive confidently and safely. He is very calm and patient and will give you the right pointers to improve. He corrected a lot of errors that had been previously instilled in me and helped me pass the driving test first go :)

I recently completed a few lessons as well as a test package and I definitely would not have passed my Ps without it! Everything was easy to understand and learn, it really helped me covercome my nerves and become a confident driver.
