Fantastic gardens and pool. The hotel begins to accuse the age

Highly recommended, a great hotel. Everything is just perfect, friendly staff with good English skills, a beautiful area, very nice hotel rooms. The only 'but': only accessible by own means of transport.

Couldn't play the Championship course so did 18 on the 9 holes course front 2 different tee positions. Enjoyable but not very well maintained fairways sadly

We came with a baby, the room was never clean at any time.
Moreover, we had to warn every day to go up to clean it because there was no day.
Several clients at the same time we complained about the same.
The cleanliness in this hotel is appalling, as far as the rooms are concerned.
They don't change sheets, they don't empty the bins, they don't change the towels.
Terrible cleaning service.
Every day a problem.

In addition and to top it off a clock disappeared from the room and nobody has given us any solution that we should see used the safe.

We have paid 210 per day for a hotel that in addition to not being where they say on Booking and having more than 15 minutes by car from the beach do not clean the rooms and have robbed us.

Be very careful with this hotel.

The best hotel I have ever been to great service and the golf is amazing I go every year and always love it.

Excellent location to, from there, to be able to visit the mountain range and the Algarvian coast.

I did not use the facilities of the hotel but only those of golf: enchanted! Home, maintenance, driving range, school course quite technical, everything is at the rendezvous to please, course school 21 and practice 5 with 48 balls end of June.

Great service and wonderful food, top class golf course and driving range

Very overpriced. Went for a round of golf on the championship course. Charging premium rate for a very average course. Hire clubs are poor quality and have been badly abused. No markers along course for distances. Will definitely be going elsewhere

Classy old school golf resort. A little aged property

This is our 10th year here and have always found it outstanding. The staff are always friendly and polite and would always recommend it food is excellent and looking forward to being here next year.

Played golf here, nice course. Dropped my GPS on the way round, left my details at reception and left several emails regarding if it had been handed in. No reply, service was poor in general in all honesty. From start to finish, learn to smile you miserable bunch!The only interaction I got was from golf reception so this may not be the case throughout the complex.

Pleasant, but at dusk thousands and thousands of mosquitoes start to emerge and it is impossible to sit on its magnificent terraces for a drink or dinner. Every day we took our plates and we had to go inside (where it was partially solved). Otherwise, recommended. If there is no solution to the mosquitoes, I would not go back.

Wonderful place to relax in the surrounding green area.

The Hotel and its surroundings, is something very special. Those who like Nature feel right here! Golf in the surrounding area and Aerodrome 5 minutes away, are unique complements!

Great hotel. Staff were always helpful. Breakfast to die for. This is the fourth time at this hotel and can't wait to go back.

We arrived at 2:00 pm and they didn't have the room ready, they made us wait until 3:30 pm, check in was disgusting and rude. They cannot treat customers like this in a 5-star hotel. I felt none. The TV broke down, they changed rooms and made a lot of noise. Then we moved to a superior one with beautiful views of the golf course. The waiters in the bad buffer the service one day I was waiting for a cappuccino 20 minutes, I had to leave without taking it. The service and treatment is not worth being a 5 star. I put 2 stars for how well we had the last 3 nights and for the impressive golf course it has. Finally say that the minibar apart from the noise it makes you can not touch it because they automatically charge it even if you have not consumed it

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in February and played on the courses every day. The hotel is quant very comfortable with good breakfast option and 3 different dinner options. The lunch offer was a bit limited and slow, so if your teetime is somewhere after 12 you might have very limited time for lunch (hopefully this is only outside the season). The courses are great with a very beautiful and charging championship course. We certainly enjoyed our time in the resort.

Good hotel, the best beds are very comfortable and the breakfast buffet amazing. The hotel is a bit dated but the cleanliness and impeccable treatment.

Lovely golf resort hotel. Perfect in every sense. Good service, good food, good drinks and plenty to do in surrounding areas. Pool view rooms are highly recommended. Third time and just as good as the first time.

Henry Cotton's spirit and inspiration lives on in this magnificent estate.The golf course is in fantastic condition with the greens running at a lovely speed. Congratulations to the team who work here on the course and hotel. I recommend you start your experience with the breakfast then golf,lunch,sun,nap and down for happy hour in the bar before dinner in the grill.
You will be made feel very welcome. Enjoy.I have for over 20 years.

It is an excellent hotel with several outdoor activities such as golf or horse riding without forgetting the excellent Portuguese cuisine

Nice hotel and spa, challenging golf course albeit a little flat and bland.

Academy course. Is very narrow with many trees. Maintenance job was reasonable

Lost a star due to intermittent slow Internet, don't rely on it if you need to do some work. Great championship course although busy skydiving center next door that can be noisy with planes taking off and landing. Overall recommended.

The environment is very good. The surrounding villas are very beautiful, very suitable for running. Quiet and clean.

Spectacular. Spacious, elegant with traditional lines. Football fields, golf, swimming pools ...

The Grill restaurant is well worth a visit. Do book in advance.

Fantastic swimming pool, the golf courses and wide spaces. In addition the hotel staff makes a concerted effort to please all there guests. The rooms are nice including the bedding, breakfast buffet and the gardens. They have their own beach with washing facilities. Plenty of free parking and easy to drive to Portimoa, Lagos, Albufreira and Alvor.

Great old school country club. Bar, restaurant and patio really comfortable, food good too. Course is the archetypal parkland layout without the usual distractions of apartments down both sides of a fairway. You can feel the history here.

Great facilities and staff very pleased we chose to stay here.
