Beautiful place and have to visit once as atmospere, ambience and locality is awsome

Amazing property but the staff is not great. Quite a few of them are rude. I called at the reception to see if I could get a bed for kid and the person was like - do you know you don t get the extra bed free anywhere in the world.

Generally they are not very helpful. That being said, There are some guys who will go out of their way to help you.

Wonderful property. Beach isnt the best but near the hotel makes it good. Hige golf greenery is worth photography

Reception is bit slow. Even at 5 pm, room was not ready and we had to wait 1 hour for room. Property is bit far from Goa, but it's amazing. Beach is too good. Food is good but expensive.

Really beautiful tranquil resort... Have their own private entrance to the beach and have their own beach shack... Rooms are well priced but the food and drinks are expensive. Food was average at best but the property, the rooms and the view is to die for (ask for a sea view room at a higher floor)

It is a five star resort ..modern with an Indian heart...The beautifully landscaped golf course and interiors take you back to the old world charm..Staying there you will feel no less than a prince in his castle..

Excellent place for a family outing. They have their own beach, beautiful clean pool, four restaurants, neatly maintained gardens, courteous staff. Clean beach with shack, music, life guard and water sports. River Kalpana meets Arabian sea near the resort. It itself is a view. Food lovers may be a bit disappointed as options are limited and cost factor is too high (18% GST over food). Cab for sight seeing are available just at the gate, which are economical for local sight seeing (those provided by hotel are costly). Cars and two wheelers are available on rent from local market at rates starting at Rs 1500 for Desire/ Celerio, Rs400 for gearless scooters and Rs 800 for Enfield (for 12 hours). All in all an excellent place to be at for a family vacation.

Lalit Golf & Spa resort is a superb place for a relaxed holiday. One doesn't have to step out of the resort, there is so much to explore inside and lots of activities to do. The best for anyone wanting to relax is enjoy the private beach, just sit back and watch the sea.....we stayed at the beach till mid night. It was super safe and soothing.
The staff are very courteous, kind, smiling. Mr.Keshav Suri's inclusivity policy shows in every aspect of the resort.

Amaging Property in South Goa With Private Beach, Golfcource and even Helipad.

Lalit is a huge property with beautiful landscape. It has a private beach which is also clean. Has a huge pool and bar next to it. The hotel staff were friendly and professional at all times. The food was delicious and options were great. We stayed in a Garden View Suite and it was spacious and had a comfortable bed. We felt the room was dated, though it was maintained really well. They missed out on some of the bathroom essentials like shower cap and floor mat / towel to clean the foot. The DND and Clean my room indicator switches were swapped. We switched on the DND, while the light that was on was clean my room, and as a result the room cleaning personnel knocked our door twice. The age of the property is more evident the hallway with the roof patched with sheets. The staff need to somehow manage the noisy guests at the restaurant. Both our dinner and breakfast's tranquility was ruined a by a group of guests who were overly loud and had no sense of other guests around. While it is not the fault of the hotel, it should be somehow mitigated by providing noisy group of guests with a separate space or just forcing them to be quiet. Otherwise, we liked the restaurant, there was live music at the dinner time as well. Overall, it was worth the price we paid.

The property is good and very big with lush gardens, golf lawns and nice swimming pool. Rooms are clean and big. Besides the beach, plenty to do within the resort to enjoy. Service is generally slow.

Few tips :-
1. Garden or beach View won't make difference as beach is at least 100 meters away from the rooms.
2. Stay away from Corta's. Very bad food. Stick to Canacona buffet if you are having food in hotel. Go and find Farhad there if you want to have better service. A hotel outside the resort serves good food.
3. If you have booked with complimentary airport transfers please ensure confirmation is obtained from the hotel beforehand. Saw some guests arguing with staff on this.

Best place in Goa to spend during daylight .Nights are very serene.

So so tired. Tiles missing in the bathroom. Dodgy electrics half the switches don't work or are missing buttons. It's at best a 3 star. I bet it was amazing when built but honestly some serious tlc is needed to restore this place.

Great place. Once it must be visited. Classic roomes and view from rooms is excellent.

Nice property. Good food quality. Good service. The only thing I can not understand why they charge Rs. 250/-+tax= 325/- for mineral water bottle. In India we know how much is the cost of mineral water ! ...... Otherwise everything is fine...

The property was exalent and staff was professional and friendly nature and this is the best place to stay in Goa.

Loved the stay and especially the food. Got an opportunity to meet one of the finest chef Biru Baghel. Would definitely recommend the place

Disappointed with staff and poor management. Overly hyped, over price. If I don t play golf I had no reason to visit.

Place is superb with lots of space and opportunities for family and friends to have a nice get together.

But a lot of improvement is needed in Proactiveness by staff. Lalit is old school designed and poorly maintained Resort.
0 % romantic for couples. We had some unexpectedly Poor handling by staff but won t say here.

It could might be due to Post COVID stage and under staffed period, but it seems they are just overcharging and trying to accommodate more than they could handle.

Food - is horror at this stage, Very less servants and waiters and quantity seems to finish before closing time. Authority figures will vanish when you need them the most.

Swimming pool - is Closed as expected but Said very bluntly by a receptionist . Adding all the more less reason to stay.

Rooms - are spacious and cool. But beds are poorly arranged, uneven distribution of Matresses. For a double bed request, they had provided two single beds and two matteresses which were not comfortable at all.

Beach- Lalit is based on sea shore, and it has very clean and Maintained beach. Had good time and Sunset experience.

If I knew about currently presentations at Lalit, I would not have spent my Precious Leisure time here.

Lalit is surely a successful chain, but currently I have no reason to believe it. I am unsure how other stablished properties are serving, but Lalit was a poor choice for my 2020 dec visit.

This is a very good property but far away from airport and Indian food is not good

The property looks good. But in all honesty thats it. There are so many negatives that they are absolutely ruining our stay here!

To begin with the whole property is under renovation. They are painting all the corridors. And lobby and Even the walls of my room balcony are getting painted as we speak! Paint smells are strong! Painters are working around the clock and it s extremely disturbing. It s uncomfortable to roam around for women in beachwear because of the workers.

Restaurant- Decent food but only when its available!

They are short of cutlery by atleast 1000 pieces! That s the only explanation to the fact that there are never any bowls and spoons at the buffet. Food is always cold and buffet always empty. Had to wait for it at every meal (7 meals done already) When staff is asked what the issue is, they say there is no problem. Its all ok. Food is coming. It still is. In another era somewhere.

Open air Restaurant always had flies in the salads and curds. Disgusting!

Didnt feel like ordering anything for the baby at all. Poor guy just managed somehow.

Room service- zero

A simple order of a bowl of oats in milk for a baby never arrived. They couldn t understand what was requested (p.s. they served the same thing in the breakfast buffet the very same morning)

French fries took over 45 minutes and they were surely out of the frying pan for over 20 minutes before making their way to the room.

Swimming Pool - chlorine content is way too high. Kids ended up with skin allergies!

Buggy - they say there is a buggy service to the beach but never got one when requested. Never available.

Housekeeping- only one napkin and two towels in a room. We had extra cot aswell but still no common sense to give extra towels.

Mugs sugar tea not replenished after day one.

There is so much potential but noone wants to take an effort. Staff is friendly but clearly helpless as their management has not bothered to intervene. Extremely poor management. Really disappointed.

Our super fantastic family holiday will forever have complaints of the poor hotel.

The Lalit golf and spa resort is an absolutely blissful place it has a private beach. Super spacious suites it is spread over eighty acres of land and has a lot of green areas and has three golf grounds.

We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay. The service is excellent be it front desk , housekeeping, restaurants. I would like to mention to improve food quality and special mention to Ms. Oswin for excellent service.

Average ....Poor hospitality n pathetic food quality. Arrogant staff.

Rooms and atmosphere were very nice. Very spacious rooms, including bathroom. Powerful AC and large communal pool. 5 min walk to beach with services offered at beach. Service however was poor. Staff continually forgot requests both for housekeeping and the restaurant. Room was cleaned properly and on time however. Note: Hotel is 90 min drive from Goa airport. Be prepared.

A very fantastic hotel , lovely swimming pool with a great view of the ocean , easy access to beach , mind blowing landscape , nice golf course , tasty food with lots of variety , the cycling and the in hotel activities cost money but all over a great experience to stay in .

This is a huge property and offers enough activities to keep you occupied for about two days. They have semi private beach which is clean and around 200 m away from rooms.

The breakfast spread had nothing to talk about. But there are few eating joints just outside their gates which offer tasty food at reasonable price.

Overall we had good time here and will like to visit again.
