Lalandia incl. Legoland is a perfect place for everyone when it comes to activities.
3 stars not for quality, which is 4/5 but for the rules which are not fair. For the highest price You pay You expect that when it ends 19 00 this is 19 00 not 18 30 (go out pls-from loudspeakers) plus the entrance fee is only one to choose from - all day or nothing. So those who come on the second half of day need to rush in order to get all attractions "done" as a half days tickets do no exist here. Why ? The change rooms are smallest I ever seen, so people get walking on each other specially on the last 30 minutes before building closes.
A beautiful object, with a lot of attractions, minus the prices that knock you off your feet.
Very nice looking place with a lot of attraction to do
Great variety on both slides and baths. There is something for all ages. Many chairs where you could rest your legs. I was there with a four-year-old and a seven-year-old who enjoyed themselves and had a lot of fun. Ok restaurant. There was something for both girls plus a beer for me.
Great holiday park! The cabins are roomier than I expected, and everything is super clean, from accommodation to activities. The water park is fab, and the place is packed with stuff to do. Most is reasonably priced - 60 kr/$10 for an ice skating day pass, inc rental is a bargain! - but it does get a bit ridiculous to have to pay for every little thing. Tip: afternoon is best time to visit the water park, as that's when the morning rush masses finally get tired/bored. Also, bring your own towels and pre-load your wristbands w $ before entering!
Nice place to visit, but for me Tropical Islands is much better.
It's total fun for everyone .. Only one person decides how much fun one wants.
Had a good experience at Lalandia, however, the worst was the prices, complete overpriced on everything ... Ex. 50kr for a French threat though and a spring water ..
Nice houses, close to both Lalandia and legoland. At an affordable price.
The place is amazing, you can spend an entire day in peace, the price is justified to the level here, the place is very clean and everything is covered here, you get bracelets at the entrance to the lockers and identification. The food is tasty, healthy and inexpensive, has facilities suitable for the whole family, fun and challenging, there is a pool outside and there is also inside, inside the bubble has everything, and outside there are full of games and many shopping shops.
Accommodation is fantastic. Resort is great and close to legoland
All Billund entertainment in one place: fast food, supermarket, shops, bowling, mini golf, skating rink, water park, children's play area and many more pleasant places.
Too expensive with admission ticket to the aquadome if you have toddlers, as a visit typically will not last longer than 2-3 hours. DKK 1100 for 2 adults and 2 children incl. Parking is way too expensive. The attractions were fine, but the family dressing room was filthy. We will find an alternative next time.
about as you expect ... however, it is very expensive
Nicely expensive but worth the money anyway. Living in holiday apartment with access to water park and playground. Both share a huge hit.
We had one of the red houses and there were six of us. The house was great, but you had to bring almost everything yourself. Detergent, spices, washing-up liquid, hand soap, all these little things were missing. Since this is now even available in every Air bnb, a point deduction. The huge building with the Aquadome and all kinds of other activities was great, if expensive, which is normal for Denmark. I particularly liked the gym, which is really well equipped. Since the proud price of about 6.50 per day can be borne.
Overall we had a great time and can recommend Lalandia!
Lovely day in the apuadome, but practice some expensive and bad food inside the water park .....
Cozy and clean and nice
Good service
Great place for families with children but lacking the last star due to the prices.
Have been here at least once a year for 10 years now. The kids love it. Something for all ages
Good house. Expensive electricity and water. As well as huge overpricing for food at lalandia lunch for 2 children and 2 adults = 800sec
I love this place because I enjoyed myself with my friend and his parents and my mother and it's cool in lalandida
Beautiful covered water park, with beautiful slides
It smelled of tice everywhere and elsewhere there were algae on walls, pipes and floors so you glided around
Great day, lots of fun for children and grandparents.
Lovely place. Delicious cabins. Great water park for kids and adults. But it's pretty expensive.
Great holiday home a stone's throw from Legoland and Lalandia. Lovely with family on tour. The kids love it
The cottages are great. Our cottage was very clean, good quality and cozy modern. Many lamps and sockets. With a code you get into the house. We felt very well and slept very well. Very quiet there. The aquadome we had with him price is a great family story .. However, a lot of money is taken for everything ... In Denmark, there was nothing cheaper in Germany ... From a simple haribo it here in the offer for 0.55 cents purchase can, you pay over 3 euros .... 3 drinks in the aqualand arcade (Cola, sprite) to the 16 euros ... The service and the staff are very friendly and we all speak Danish and English. Very little there can speak the German language. We liked it but once again we will not go there, as it is just too expensive ... even if you bring as much as we all sorts of hygiene, food and sweets from home
Lalandia is always a pleasure when you are playing and having fun together. And then you can dress in water all year, despite the weather outside.
Such a fun time with my family. There was something for every age group. It was great knowing that the facilities could fully accommodate my infant as well. I actually got to enjoy my trip and not stress about changing rooms and food.
Good family place. The kids love it. But it is also cozy with a little girlfriend trip. You can play some mini golf, eat delicious food, skate and many other things
Excellent place for a summer holiday with awsome rides and water fun, and great food and Cosy rental options.
Impressive pretty little kingdom. There are small houses to live a few days type bungalow, very neat and spacious. You can cook inside and have everything. Included a small train to transport to the houses between the Lalandia center and the houses. The center Lalandia is really very complete. It has indoor restaurants, bowling alley, ice skating track and above all a very very large pool center with giant waterslides (6 or 7) wave pool, relax, etc. Just next to Legoland, you can walk there. Especially not to be missed !!
Great cottages and canon atmosphere in lalandia, however, food items are expensive
Lalandia is a really nice place for famillies with kids. Its basically a place with a pool for adulds, a smaller one for kids or games like water basketball and 2 or 3 fun rides, a sauna, an inside jacuzzi and an outside one, an a small outside pool. I was there with my friends, i didn't tried the rides as I am not such a big fan of those. But my friends were really enthusiastic about it. But other than ride the tobogans there isn't too much to do. We paid 280kr for a whole day with access to all and changing rooms. There is no towel included in this price. Also if you want to pay with the bracelet and not have your card with you please ask specifically for EasyPay or something like that 'cause they don't recomend it. Outside the pool area where you don't nees to pay for entrance there are a lot of stores and different activities like bowling or skating. For me it was not so worth it but if you are a fun of water rides or you wanna go with the family then its ok.
Very nice place to stay. Some really miner min points but a really nice resort for a family.
Feels like being in any all-inclusive place. If you like that idea then it is great and there are many activities for children.
Great place to take your children. Excellent water park. It's just a shame the train Did not run more oftern or was bigger. As we did not have a car. When we arrived we had two tired children (3&5) , from legoland and four suit cases to walk all the way to the accommodation in the rain. Which i think was nearly the furthest away! As we thought we could get the train. But no it was full and we could not fit!!
An enjoyable holiday resort for the family with plenty of experience options.
It's just incredibly expensive.
A great place to relax for the whole family, swimming pools, bowling, ice rink and other attractions
Really nice place to be with children, good and orderly conditions.
Nice cabin with all equipment you might need on vacation.
It was okay, it has been tightly packed all the 4 days we have been here, the cottage part itself has been fantastic, it is nice buildings, modern, there is what one needs, and the area is also well planned in relation to nature and playgrounds. We were 5 adults and 2 small children away.
When it comes to Lalandia itself, you do not feel the whole Corona control is here, yes, the precautions are followed, marked with walking direction on floors, there is hand alcohol at all doors and places with the possibility of much touch, and there is information clearly how many are allowed to stay in which pool, and in which shops and restaurants, but the extra ordinary control is missing. There is no dedicated staff to make sure that rules are obeyed, children are somehow apologetic in that the parents have to help teach them the way, but there are too many who break the various rules and prohibitions and it just does not happen handheld enough. This also applies to the Lalandia Express, which is marked with how many people can sit in a carriage, and there is hand alcohol. But people can not find out at all, and it is also too terrible if the driver had to go out and ask people to stay because the rules had to be followed, but then the fact is that you just sit 30 in a car designed for 20, where is the sign to be must be 10.
An extra remark in relation to the parking lot at Lalandia, so too few may find that they have to pay when they have parked for more than one hour, and they do not understand that it is the intention to pay that fee before leaving the building. And it forms a huge queue. We started out sitting as car No. 24 in the queue at the barrier, and it took 36 minutes before we could drive through with our already paid toll.
Good standard of cabins and good arrangements for children.
Super service when we held my mother's 70th birthday
The food in the water park could well be a little better and cheaper. Otherwise a nice place
Weary, buying pressure and generally a lot of control. But this is usually the case in such places.
Safety is not the strong point there. First of all floor is very slippery in some places. So you walk confidently and suddenly you can fall. My both kids 3-5 year old despite holding my hand and very slow walk lost grip and almost felt few times. One guy walking ahead of me felt on his back. Its not ok to set a sign slippery floor. That does not solve this problem. Second thing, there was a scaffold used to barrier of some area. It is a good practice to put pads on the sharp edges, here nothing like this was done. I often see that in Denmark a lot is done when it comes to safety but seems like Lalandia aquapark does not comply. Also, I though that aquapark it will be bigger.
The bathroom fantastic, fits all ages! Other activities feel a bit 'worn'. The large holiday home was wonderful with a hot tub and sauna! If you recommend the barbecue restaurants, everything is available as a take away. Of course, lots of gadgets everywhere, count on petting!
