Very poor ladies only section, not so competitive package

Location Downtown Kilo 8 Road Alexandria Cairo Desert Road Entrance Suez Canal. In front of Carrefour and next to Acacia Club.
The land was the land of the international garden and leased the right to use for 30 years and there are differences with the state on the contracts and the land will be extracted from the right of use to return to the state and the construction of the villas on the ground for a foreign investor.

Average stay, but it's too noisy: don't stay there on weekends or you'll suffer the loud music in the hotel and in the nearby club if there's a wedding.

Very excellent, but his problem is that he is not even if he is committed to 30 years but Mfish need content (God mercy you Yadoun Town) and live the army of our country,

I stayed more than 70 days at that hotel/motel ... compared to other places in Alexandria the price is midway .. much higher than local standards, but less expensive than 5 star international hotels, the first two weeks I was impressed by the architecture and general design and felt very comfortable. The junior staff are very friendly and hospitable; then at the peak of my comfort I decided to extend my stay and I started talking to the manager about it and he shocked me with a very inhospitable unprofessional response claiming that he booked the whole hotel to a football team and that I will need to vacate my room; this was totally incomprehensible to me, but after the recurrence of similar incidents I came to the conclusion that he was trying to avoid giving an extended stay rate and I did in fact pay the full rack rate till the end of my stay, he even tried not to activate the off-season rate which starts on October 1st, they only did so after I reminded them that this is general procedure otherwise they would have continued charging me the 20% high season extra!! .. I don't mind paying the full rate, but there is No Spa in the hotel and they don't offer their guests use of the spa within the facilities .. also no wifi in the rooms and they don't offer it even for a fee, the breakfast is almost always the same every day, the main source of proteins in eggs or low quality sliced sausages; maybe on 7 days out the 70 was there an alternative to those reheated sausages.

That being said, the rooms are well designed and the cleaning staff is good ... The Receptionists always responded to my requests and are friendly people ... AC in the rooms is good, but no AC in the Lobby and a somewhat weak AC in the dining room .. in General there is nothing to do in the hotel except stay in your room or use the pool which is not well maintained but well designed ... There is access to the social club which has a nice "Lagoon" hence the name and various activities mainly for children. But there is no access to the gym and spa.

Room service isn't good at all; menu is limited and unclear and usually they will lack items you order; I hardly ever used it.

The worst part of my experience is that while I was paying full rate I would often notice the occupancy lists at the front desk and find that more than 80% of the rooms are paying 50% or less than what I am paying and the excuse is that those are corporate deals with utility companies, sports clubs or government bodies!!!! I was planning a VERY long stay but the avoidance tactics and the inhospitable manner of the general manager put me off it completely and was actually VERY HAPPY when I finally decided to check out.

In Conclusion; my recommendation is that you should only use this hotel in summer if you have kids and wants them to spend some time swimming and maybe use the playground in the club for a maximum duration of 3 days ... and I definitely don't recommend it AT ALL in winter ... I also don't recommend it unless you can get a 50% discount like the other guests otherwise you will feel robbed, unless it's for a day or two and you get maximum use of them.

I would have given it only 1 star, but really the junior staff were all very friendly and helpful it is only the manager and owners who have an upside down policy that made me resent having given them any money AT ALL!!!

Excellent breakfast. There is no WiFi in the rooms and the one in the hole is not very powerful. The rooms are dirty and the bathrooms have to be redone. The air conditioning has little effect
