Magic corner where the beech forest joins in autumn with the blue pools of the Urederra river.
A spectacular and uncomplicated landscape. The parking right now is paid (I have been a few months ago and it was not). Right there they kindly give you directions on how to do the route if you don't know it.
You have to reserve entry, after doing so you receive an email with the time slot that corresponds to you
The visit. It is recommended to keep it stored on your mobile since during the tour there are personnel controlling the capacity.
Shortly after starting the route there are some tables to eat
Incredible place to visit. Three hours of walking very quiet with photos included. We decided to go at the last minute 6 people on busy dates and thanks to the efficient and friendly management of your page on Facebook we were able to get tickets. Thank you very much! :-)
With a lot of impressive water, but it is with little water when the turquoise colors are appreciated.
Spectacular! The site is beautiful, you park your car in the town's parking lot ( 5 a day in summer) there they explain if you want the route a little and where you should go (no loss) you cross the small town and start the road, the first half hour there is no shade, data to take into account depending on what time you go or if you go with your dog and he is older etc ... my idea was to go with my pet but I decided to leave it at home since the day we booked was almost 40 degrees and my dog is almost 14 years old and seeing the heat it was doing was a good decision.
Once you enter the forest it is already all shade and soon you begin to see different areas of water, pools and waterfalls, there are many places to take good photos and stop to eat a sandwich.
We in 5 hours made the journey back and forth quietly, making several stops to take photos and eat.
Highly recommended
Must visit and fairly simple route. We went soon with few people and it was a very pleasant walk. It has beautiful areas.
A spectacular place to visit and perform leisure activities for children
A good place to spend the day with family and friends
The place is beautiful, now in February the river carries a lot of water and is cool.
Parking 5
Services closed at 3:45 p.m., when it says they are until 4:00 p.m.
You cannot do the entire route (the end) because of an environmental protection issue.
With the covid, you can only do the outward route, for the return it is mandatory to go along a path that you neither see the river nor see anything and is muddy to the brim.
It seems fatal to me that it is only 500 people a day, especially in summer, we have gone for nothing, and it was barely 3 in the afternoon, and practically everyone goes there, to see the nacedero, a lost trip
Spain, without going any further. We do not have to look for beautiful places far away, we have them here
Wonder of landscape! An affordable excursion for everyone with incredible turquoise water views. A place 100% recommended!
beautiful, splendid, walking to access is widely rewarded, calm, serenity
Beautiful, without a doubt a route to do if you visit the area. It has capacity and you have to reserve entrance, a fact that favors the conservation of the place, which is in perfect condition and very well cared for, all marked and marked. The river is very beautiful and the water of a very surprising celestial color. The route is under the trees and is appreciated in summer.
Beautiful landscape where to get lost, now in Autumn it is beautiful.
I loved. It is a place with a life of its own. I have to say that it is hyper-crowded, so the maximum capacity - although I doubt that it is scrupulously respected - is absolutely necessary.
The photos look like they were taken from a movie, but they are real like life itself.
In good company, and with a full stomach, you spend an incredible day.
Recommendable.
Spectacular landscapes. Incredible water color. The route is done very well. Worth. You have to book, there are only 500 visits per day
Ideal for family visits and enjoy a wonderful place. DO NOT FORGET to protect the environment, or leave your garbage, take care not to damage the land, enjoy.
The most wonderful place in all of Navarra without a doubt. It is very worth doing the excursion. Just remember that you have to make an appointment for the visit, since it is limited to 400 people a day. Sun so there are too many people !! But you have to see it, it's fantastic
Typical Sunday place, lately excessively full of rocks, when it was free almost no one came.
A very pleasant walk, under a spectacular and diverse tree canopy, beech, oak, holm oak, chestnut, holly, some huge specimens drowned by ivy, they are born directly on the rock, the beautiful turquoise-blue river, continually gives us pools and waterfalls, the public is cut off in one of them, higher than the others and prevents us from reaching the source of the river.
Site with a lot of charm and recommended to go with family
You don't have to travel to tropical countries to find authentic gems
A tad crowded for my taste. Suitable for all ages. Very nice route.
Beautiful the river with the turquoise water. I do not put 5 stars because the indications on the web focus on weekend visits and during the week or low season there are other instructions that are only on a sign when you get there (or I have not seen it on the web), like for example that you don't have to pay for parking.
Magical and spectacular place !!! Mandatory visit site, taken from a fairy tale, recommended 200% if you are close I recommend it and above all respect the rules of the place. Recommended to go as a couple, family even with your dogs that yes tied.
An entertaining excursion to do with the family. Most of the way you go along the river seeing some very nice waterfalls and lagoons. The path is perfectly signposted, but there are some quite slippery and other steep areas, so it is better to go with mountain shoes. If you go with very young children, forget about the cart or you will have to leave it halfway. It is better to carry them in a chair-backpack.
Beautiful place very well signposted but has many steep ups and downs. It is worth it
Good place to clear the mind and be in touch with nature
Getting to the area is somewhat comp, but once in town it is easy, this town marked the parking area.
It is a paid parking, but it is very comfortable and it is not expensive
The route starts from there, from the car
The path is very simple, without the best difficulty, suitable for all ages
You leave difficulty in the forest, next to the river. And in the end, you discover the wonder that hides
The most beautiful place in Navarra with such an overflowing nature that excites.
A walk of 4 or 5 km, enjoying nature in all its splendor, with a good path always next to the river. The last 500 meters getting to the source is a bit complicated, but it is worth it
Wonderful place, of great beauty and grandeur, everything that can be said about it is little.
A spectacular place to do a simple route, either just as a couple or as a family. In total they are just over 5km round trip. I advise taking the path on the left to the outbound and back on the other side. An impressive image of the river of color and great strength of the water, since we visited it in winter.
To access it, you reach the town of Baquedano where there is a parking lot at the entrance to the town. In winter it is free and you can stay overnight with the van or the motorhome without problem. In spring and summer, the parking is paid and must be closed by a fence at night. As we have gone in winter we have had no problems. I recommend 100%.
One p-u-t-a shit, after making a lot of kilometers they tell us that we had to make a reservation before, you can not go to the mountain to enjoy if you are not paying or booking before, the hatchery I guess it will be fine
Lovely ride. Water with a spectacular turquoise color. It has some areas (at the end) a little hard but it is perfectly marked and prepared with stairs, wood, railings ...
Thanks to whoever has prepared it so well to facilitate access!
Free entry but you have to RESERVE on the web because it has a limited capacity.
Of course, parking at the entrance of the town costs 4.50 but that covers you all day. Highly recommended walk.
The spring is beautiful. But the "gentleman" who was in the car park can be improved with a little, the first phrase he released was, "if you don't park here, for 4.5, in any other part of town, I will call the forales", when I was just a driver and I wasn't going to do the tour.
Wonderful and very beautiful site, although I still do not understand why they do not allow access in the last section, I understand that many people do not, but a smaller and more limited number should leave. People do not respect the rules of distance or safety, they eat and go without a mask and there is no one there to monitor the place, if you complain they tell you that the people in charge or the forest agents are from the town and that you call 112 but well tell you They charge 5 euros and we still don't even know why since it is a town and it is a wasteland where you leave the car since they cut the streets of the town. A pity, it is very nice but as a Spaniard I feel that they deprive me of something that belongs to all of us and not only for the people of the town.
A magical place, route of about 5 km without too much difficulty, some amazing corners, some spectacular colors, a marvel.
Spectacular turquoise waters between the lush forest of huge beech, oak and maples. The road is very pleasant although it is getting harder towards the end, but without becoming painful. Better to go weekdays to avoid overcrowding and be very respectful of the circuit since visits are eroding the trails and bare the roots of ancient trees. A treasure.
Get ready for an hour and a half almost two of ascent to the spring, the route is simple even to go with children and dogs (as I have verified) what if, take water and good shoes. Dogs on leash x park standard. Route that I recommend for beautiful and also that there is a parasol
Awesome natural site, a place to relax and disconnect from everything, it is worth not being able to see the entire hatchery
Very good place to visit and see the beautiful landscape that gives us life.
It is a beautiful place, full of peace. The only thing I missed was a bin in the road
Easy route to go seeing pools and waterfalls of turquoise water, all depending on the time of year you leave.
A super place to lose yourself in a beautiful wonderful place ....
The park is very limited and you cannot see the real birth of the river. We deserve it, because then people are not even able to take the role of the sandwich and throw it on the floor ...
As always a beautiful walk, although a bit damaged in its ways ... I totally agree to book in order to maintain the charm of the place!
This is the tourist information office that is also used as a place where parking is paid. From this mini office you will be informed on how to get to the birth (which is clearly indicated with signs). It is a circular route of about 2 hours (approx.) That although it does not present much difficulty if you have to be prepared: there are many climbs, wet areas, rocks, etc. It can be done with children but well shod.
Essential if you visit the area. Recommended to go with water and food.
I only give two stars why at the end of the route we have found the passage cut to the shipyard, without having seen previous information before starting the route. Otherwise the very beautiful route, very good places to photograph and remember. I would not recommend going with very young children as cars are not allowed and end up weighing in the baby kangaroo
The last section is closed and you can not see how the rock river rises
In 2012 I made the complete route and I would give them 5 stars because it is the most impressive route that I have seen in my life, but today I only give it two due to the frustration that it causes me to not be able to visit the most beautiful and impressive part of The route with its two most important waterfalls "El Elefante and El Tubo" is amazing that the most beautiful waterfalls and wells route in Spain have been amputated its most important part and give no solution or reopening dates (and that within little will have been closed for a year
I have been several times and I always like it. It is an easy and very beautiful route.
Some spectacular landscapes, you have to book on their website before going. A nice morning walk. Safe visit in Navarra if you like nature.
A privileged place, worth visiting beautiful views, the layout is very good and you see that they work to improve it. You have to make a reservation that is free and they give you the pass to do the walk and to leave the car in the parking. Look at those photos ... that make you want to take a dip ... but it is forbidden to bathe .
: very nice place, with easy access since it has private parking. The route is not very hard, so it can be done with children. The town is next door, and has many bars to eat / drink. All very well signposted and delimited. Reservation required.
: there was not much control of the covid, people without a mask, and gauges to enter to see waterfalls or small sites even duplicated. I do not know whose responsibility it is, but the guards saw it without saying anything ... The waterfall of the last section was closed that day, a shame.
A wonderful place to disconnect, it is certainly surprising that such places exist. It is a pity that some of the people who pass by cannot respect not bathing or picking up their own garbage.
Easy walk, very pleasant.
Very beautiful natural sites.
Ideal for young people. For those of us who are old and have ailments, it is possible to do the route but it is very tiring.
Beautiful!! What colors !! It is a facilitated tour .. I did it with a. 4 year old boy. THERE IS Q RESERVE !!
