Great place to go for a drink and to hang out, day or night. It feels really high end. The prices are definitely higher than what we experienced is most of Bali but reasonable given the quality and ambiance.

Overrated, expensive drinks, too busy, slow service, slowest WiFi in all my travels throughout the world... Move over Ku De Ta, you're not what you used to be, not worth the buzz anymore

I did not stay here but instead enjoyed the sun beds and the table service. Great position with cocktails flowing non stop. Staff were attentive which meant your glass was never empty (this is a great thing trust me). Definitely recommend a stop... You will be back!

Spent new years eve here and the party was the best i have ever experienced. So entertaining and fun. Plenty of staff so easy to get drinks, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing.

One of the beach clubs around Seminyak is really mandatory for you to visit because you don't have to pay a minimum spend to be able to enjoy the sunset and sit on a poolside bed, the price is quite affordable at other beachclub classrooms, friendly service, spacious and not too crowded . You can also go down to the beach and walk on the beach. There is no live music but there is loud music that makes the body dance

We had dinner at the top floor of the restaurant. The view from up here is amazing, you can see the beautiful sunset of Seminyak. Staff is very friendly and the food is o so delicious. Do take care, the menu does not show prices. We paid 180 euros for a 2 person 3 course menu including wine and water. This is quite an unpleasant surprise, though you can expect this by just the looks of the restaurant. A 5 star review because the steak was one of the best I ever ate, the service was better than I ever saw before, the location is beautiful and so is the restaurant itself.

Located directly on the beach, Ku De Ta is a quintessential Bali beach nightclub. Drinks were relatively expensive, but not egregiously so. There are lounge chairs overlooking the ocean, as well as interior dining and lounge spaces for those who may want to get out of the elements. There are multiple bars split over two floors and staff which provide service at the tables and chairs. We went during the off-season in January so it was mostly empty, but I am sure this place is hopping during the high season.

Great place for lounging by the beach with some cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Fun to go with a group of friends or with a special someone and cozy up in a lounge chair under an umbrella. Since the place is right on the coast, it's perfect for long walks on the beach. Loved the beautiful panoramic views and the sound of the waves hitting the shore.

We ordered the sangria, pizza bread with an assortment of housemade dips, and fries with a kimchi aioli. SO DECADENT, but SO worth it.

Ok for a drink but too expensive for a meal, unless you don't care about spending money. For light dishes + drinks we paid 630k IRD which is more than for the dinner at the famous Naughty Nuri steakhouse in Bali. I liked the fact that they pay a lot of attention to security (bag check at the entry). I did not like that on top of the expensive dishes, we still had to pay for a parking next to restaurant (5k IDR). Restaurant is popular among social media addicted tourists, so it was a disadvantage for me to sit among ppl trying to make the perfect selfie all the time.

Do you really 'HAVE to go' to Ku De Ta?
When coming to Bali everyone said that.
So we did.
And well....
It was okay. But I'm still a little foggy on what is so great about it.

Don't get me wrong, the food was great! Fun menus that had a lot of thought and care put into them.

But the prices are ludicrous for Bali.
Was my tiny dessert on the corner of the plate really worth $120,000IDR?
No.
Was a watermelon martini worth $170,000 IDR?
Nope!

The atmosphere? It was okay.

Our bill for 4 people came in at around $4 million IDR, and I feel we could have had an equally good experience for 1/4 of the price.

All in all, I give it a 4 out of 5 because it was very good food, polite service, trendy establishment. But if I was only ranking in terms of value, I would give it a 2 out of 5.

The magnificent view is wonderful, peraonel is an expensive place compared to other restaurants ... We went because they said there is halal food, the meat is halal but it is cooked with alcohol, the garaon has created a question mark in our mind ...

Frustrating to get to down some overload backstreets in a Kuta rush hour, but worth it for some fantastic views at sunset out over the bay. We went for dinner off the tasting menu upstairs, where the service was worthy of royalty, but the food, though magnificent, perhaps played within itself and could have been bolder with some of the flavours intimated on the menu. The cocktails were by far the best we had in Bali, making up any withholdings in the food and then some.

Good:

Good:
1. Atmosphere is very comfy and cosy
2. food & drink quality is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
3. the view is great at sunset.

Bad:
1. Service is spotty, we ordered food to share but weren t provided with small plates. The servers didn t even ask if we needed new ones after each dish. Drinks were empty for awhile and no one asked if we needed anything else until much later.
2. We checked the menu online first, but when we got there pasta and grill are only available between 12-4pm. It wasn t stated on their website. But then we ordered pasta off the kids menu and it s available?!

Overall not bad but not great either.

Nice place and beautiful. Good was delicious and good service. Overpriced if you wanna stay in the swimming pool. Another beach club charge you half price and are much better, like Potato Head.

This place is just so nice.

This place is just so nice.
No entrance fee or required membership. Just walk in, order an actually really decent drink (with western standards), let the kids if you have any play in the pool while you just hang back, relax and enjoy.
Most likely you ll stay longer than you planned and perhaps spend more than you had planned, since the prices are a bit above average Bali prices, which they should be.
But don t worry. It s worth it!
I promise.

The place is rather pathetic, expensive, the pool is small and very shallow, you can not sit on slippers in wet swimsuits, you need to take a towel for 50000. The prices in the restaurant are high, a bottle of beer is 65,000, I'm generally silent about food, more than 200,000, 4 spent 100 $ 2 hours and nothing. If you watch the sunset over a cup of coffee in the evening, it's quite a pleasant place, but not in the heat of the day.

The most 'look-at-me' spot in Bali. Pay expensive drinks to watch a sunset surrounded by tourists and local wannabe hipsters. Go there for an Instagram check in and 'likes' from your friends, if that makes you feel better about yourself and your life; otherwise skip.

Place is way better than expected from the looking at the photos from their website and other reviews on here. The atmosphere here is great for eating and drinking with a view of the ocean and good music. It's a bit similar to Potato Head but more upscale and smaller. We ordered the Passionista and Banana in Bahamas. I recommend the Banana in Bahamas; it's more smooth and nutty with a bit of banana flavor. The Passionista was a bit too sour and nothing the taste did not stand out. I would come back here again to taste their dinner menu and relax. I definitely would not recommend the swimming pool. It was cloudy to the point you can't see the bottom or the walls of the swimming pool. It's the same at Potato Head. Not sure how often they clean and renew with fresh water. I would come back because it has a chill vibe.
