It is regularly crowded at the cash registers and the staff are not overly friendly, probably because it employs too few staff. The whole center looks a bit neglected.

Konzum ... only bigger and thus more product selection. I gave it 5 stars because I personally have never had any inconvenience, but I suppose you could find some sort of resentment that you are looking for. In any case, a big choice store and if you have something outlined ... chances are you could find it there.
