Some details in the rooms porebbero be improved. But overall it's a good structure.
Breakfast could also be improved, but in any case it is more than enough.

An embarrassing hotel. 150 Euros for a night in a hotel that should be a 4 star but actually worth no more than a couple. The photos you see are misleading, it looks like a normal hotel but it's not like that! The hairdryer didn't work either. Tiny and old rooms. Breakfast then embarrassing, in the beautiful photos, then in reality there are four things on the cross, we went down to 9 and there was no longer even bread or croissants and the rest were two slices of sliced because there was nothing left!

In Casino we went to see the show, purchased tickets through Eventim, a mandatory identity card at the entrance. In order to check the identity cards, the delay at the start of the show is 45 minutes.

It seemed abandoned, there were no waiters or cooks, no one ?????

You will be surprised by stars and names on the doors. All of those are local singers - stars who have stayed in the hotel. Some of those are really well known. The hotel is well located with extremely easy approach to the highway from both directions. Hotel restaurant is open until 24h and the kitchen works until 23. Guests get a voucher for casino and a free drink. Casino is open 24/7.

We ran out of a car on the long Bulgaria-France route 5 km from the hotel and stayed 6 nights while waiting for the vehicle to be repaired. We would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and hospitality during their stay as much as we travel with our little dog A THANK YOU

Sometimes we went to the Congo and it was full, now it's empty. There are more hosts than guests. There are a couple of Albanians who play roulette and a couple of farmers who play for betting 20 machines and are upset for not getting anything ... They have more old machines, obviously there is no money for a new purchase ... Nothing special. Central sadness. In the restaurant above there is a rich selection of dishes that are also delicious, especially pancakes ... ... I do not know how casinos with little or no players pay for electricity, which is high, renting space, renting machines, salaries for employees etc. ... Ni I understand where their money is ... Or why the mobs are washing money, there is no other logic.

Too little staff to help or money or market. Too many Roma and people asking or almost blackmailing you for a win for money. And also the machines are "driven" to a minimum ... specifically, and from my own experience, one evening was a filan ... I gave about 1300 inside, the maximum in the prize money was 100 . You can go play with 50 and press at a minimum cents, but for whatever you get, forget, those times are over ...
