Very good attention by the staff.
As for the car, they gave me one according to them superior for not having a VW Golf. This point very debatable. Also very debatable that you have to block 1500 euros if you do not hire full risk. Perhaps the risk level of the roads in this country forces to cover a greater risk but is excessive.
For the rest very easy to get to the return of the vehicle and an excellent shuttle service to the terminal and from the terminal.

I booked a car just talking on the phone. I live in Canada. I received an email specifying the steps I have to take. I landed on June 2, 2018 in Sibiu. A representative was waiting for me at the airport and we went to their headquarters together. The headquarters are near the airport. That's because I didn't pay anything before. At their headquarters I signed the documents, paid, received the car key, checked the car, and left. At the end of the vacation, I handed over the car at 4 in the morning, also at the airport. A representative waited for me, checked the car, informed me that I had put TOO MUCH PETROL, and that I would receive a voucher in the email. In 30 minutes I had that voucher. I am very satisfied with their services. Next time I will ONLY call Klass Wagen. I want to specify that I have rented cars from several cities in Romania, but this time I am much more excited about the services I received. The car was a WV Polo. Very good car. In the 2500 km I did in the 2 weeks of vacation, I had no problems.

The vehicles are good, reasonable service only to those who do their insurance. Once you reach out to them, take a car and do not have their insurance, stress and intimidation begins until you are persuaded to do their insurance even if you have comprehensive insurance with another company. It really stressed me out that I decided to take out insurance through them (in addition to renting car insurance that I could not cancel).
I gave two stars one to their newest cars and replaced 3 cars in two rental weeks.
Second star, their service with their insurance is good. They come to you to replace a vehicle in the event of an accident or malfunction, but again pay insurance if your vehicle has been replaced.
In conclusion: if you are already taking a car from them, it is better to insure with them and not a third party.

Well, arriving from a delayed flight, we expect an easy pick-up from our rental car ... Unfortunately. After being picked up by a van, we are transported to an office outside the airport. When you arrive you are insisted on an additional insurance of almost 160 euros for 3 days. We have taken out full insurance, right?!?! No only insured for accidents, not for scratches, mirrors and other small items. Always costs at least 600 per damage .. And Bucharest is a traffic-safe city .. Not .. Haha. Booking canceled.

It is OK. We rented a car in Cluj and returned it here. Deposit was 300 but I rather paid 10 insurance per day to get car without deposit (you never know who can scratch car during parking or somewhere else). At return they only checked fuel level and it was all.

I was a little bit scared to have car from KW as I read many reviews on internet but if it will be possible I will rent car from them again. They have good prices and cars.

The only negative thing is that they have quite high fee if you want to return car somewhere else. We paid 132 for this. Overall I don t complain, I am happy.

A bit overpriced and we were expecting a vw tiguan but actually got a Renault kadcha.. Also they charge you an extra 100 euros for insurance cover (without this, we were advised that any slight damage would incur a 500 euro excess charge)
Despite this, the car was new, clean and had no issues returning.

Maximum seriousness, new cars and employees to match! The only thing I don't like is the payment method: the prices are in euros and the payments in lei at a not very good foreign exchange. It would be fairer to be able to pay in euros as well.

Rented a car in RO for the first time in 2015 and got surprised (in the good way) on the services, and I said it couldn't get any better. In 2018 I've discovered Klass Wagen and honestly...wow!
I can honestly say it's the best company i have tried (around 10 big ones) no matter the country (around 5 countries where i have rented vehicles).
Cars are in very good shape (in case of some older models), technical department responded nicely even to some of my stupid questions, the rental process is always fast, simple and the personnel is always friendly.
Really wow...I really hope that they will keep on the good job!
In short...i have been very satisfied by the services of this company.
PS: I always pay a full insurance and rented only from Bucharest..
